This location has been here for a long time. Good place to get an oil change if they're not busy. Much shorter wait times than going to the dealership. Prices are much higher than the dealership for the same product, however. I sat in my car during the service although there was a waiting room. The customer care reps should spend more time working on familiarizing themselves with the software. Almost could not get a coupon to work because of user error. The oil change interval was also incorrect for the type of oil and vehicle. Good place if you value time. Needs some improvements considering what you pay. read more

I needed an oil change, so I went to the closest Jiffy Lube to my house. The staff was very nice and kind. They explained everything with detail and made sure I understood what was going on. I really appreciated the manager, Chris, who gave his honest opinion on which oil I should choose that would be best for my car. I could tell that his intentions weren't simply to earn more money, but to provide quality service. The oil change was done very quick. Top tier service! I highly recommend coming here. read more

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Jiffy Lube this morning. It took over an hour for an oil change with one car in front of me. There were three people working and they were using one bay. Britney was handling customer service and was very friendly and helpful. Lawrence and Kenneth were working the bay and showed a complete lack of professionalism. They argued the entire time which took away from there job and caused things to be slower. At one point Lawrence came into the waiting area to tell Britney he was leaving. He stayed but stood around 90% of the time. This location has lost our fleet vehicles from ever returning. read more

Stopped in for a routine oil change. After it was completed I asked the technician to check to see if there were any leaks around the drain plug because I had an oil check light come on about a month ago. They proceeded to drain my transmission fluid without telling me what they were doing until after the fact. at that point, they could not get the fuel plug off to replace the transmission fluid rendering the car on drivable. I had to have it towed to the local dealership who discovered an engine, check light on and overfilling of the oil as well as several other issues resulting in a $900 bill. General manager told me he would reimburse me for the Repair yet when I brought him the bill, he said he would only reimburse me for the refilling of the transmission fluid which I never authorized in the first place. I am currently in the process of taking them to small claims court. Totally incompetent staff and unresponsive management. Stay away from this place. read more

Not the fastest. I was there at least 30 minutes. Rather expensive, 8 quart pennzoil ultra platinum cost 138 dollars AFTER a 20 dollar coupon. Main concern afterwards, the invoice says they vacuumed the floor, which they did not. See pictures. I needed a quick oil change and that's what I got. Went here one day after work (around 5:45) and only had to wait about 30 minutes, which I didn't think was bad at all. The guy who welcomed me as I pulled my car up to the garage was way friendlier than I expected and was very polite as he showed me to the waiting area. They gave me recommendations on other services... That part is kind of annoying but they have to do it, right? Overall, I'd come back if I needed to. read more

Super lame place they don't do brake fluid changes and rude service on the phone, was cussed at and hung up on.

My visit was going fine until the end. I asked the technician to reset my car after the oil change and he had an attitude about it. He finally went on YouTube to learn how and was complaining the whole time about how stupid the process was on resetting a foreign car. In addition he continued to complain to his colleagues right in front of me. I did not appreciate it. It was very unprofessional. I am the only one that has to live with the make and model of my Mercedes. Do better next time. read more

I've been going to this Jiffy Lube for years and it's always great. Everyone who works there is very respectful and they are never pushy in selling me things I don't want. They replaced my headlight for much less than I expected and vacuumed my car, which is much appreciated considering how much my dog sheds. I've had plenty of experiences with men at similar places treating me like I've never seen a car before, so it's nice to have a place close to home where I know I will be treated with respect. Not to mention, the wait is always reasonable. Today I only waited about 30 minutes despite the fact that I had a couple of cars ahead of me. read more

Average oil change place, but a bit sloppier. They checked my tires' pressure, and forgot to replace the tire caps. It wasn't expensive to order more online, but not something I was thrilled about. Also, the person who moved my car was incredibly sweaty because my seat was damp, the whole car reeked of body odor, and so did the back of my shirt when I got out of the car, can't you put some plastic down or something?? The staff was perfectly friendly otherwise. I was in and out at exactly one hour with only one car ahead of me, which seems about average for a drive through oil change place. read more

Nothing Jiffy about it. Every time I use this location they are way too slow and you usually have to wait for a part. Had to return since they caused a leak. Had to wait over an hour to get them to fix their problem. read more

Soooo painfully slow! Sitting in their waiting room right now, and it was 45 minutes before my car was even pulled in to the bay with only one car in front of me in the bay. Had been another 20 minutes after lifting my hood up that someone came in to try and sell me their usual upcharges. I'm done with Jiffy Lube if I can ever get out of here. read more

BEWARE. They advertised $20 for an oil change. They take your car and immediately start changing the oil. After the work has begun then they tell you the price which turns out be higher than advertised essentially forcing you to accept the price. This tactic is shady. read more
