I went here around 9:30am on a Saturday morning. They got me in with no wait, the staff were all extremely courteous and friendly. The whole oil change took about 10 minutes! They helped me use my gift card and were not pushy with the up-sales. They even vacuumed my floors for me! Overall I had a great experience at this location. Today I came into Jiffy Lube for a synthetic oil change. I've been coming to the National Rd. location since I moved to Columbus in 2021. This crew is friendly, educated, thorough in their explanations, and I couldn't be happier. The price was very fair as well. I've been going there for years. After today will never be back. Seemed to be in complete chaos. Person in charge (the owner, I think was an ass to everyone). Some guy lost two bucks in the coke machine inside his establishment and he told the guy he needed to call the number on the coke machine since he had nothing to do with it. Come on, the guy just spent over a hundred bucks here. They could have given him back his two dollars!! Then he starts yelling at his employees to get the "damn" car in and start draining oil. I had no low windshield fluid (probably because they didn't refill it during my prior visit). I assumed it would be filled this time so when I pulled out after getting the oil change I get a message on the dash stating washer fluid is low. I stop a block away , check the fluid and none had been added! I return and tell the manager that my receipt was checked that fluid had been added but that was not the case. He told one of his employees to go fill up my reservoir and walked away. I said "wait! This receipt states that fluid was added, and it was not". He said "well , like" and turned away. I said well, like is not good enough so then he said it was human error and turned away again. I said ok that happens but a simple apology would have sufficed. Never got one and won't be back - ever. Gave a One Rating since I can't select zero. read more

One of my friends told me a nightmare story about them lying about differential fluid. They did the same thing to me last year. Said it was cloudy and needed replaced urgently. I never saw the fluid but went ahead and paid to have it done. Looks like they're just telling anyone this. Would advise to avoid. read more

Went in just to get an oil change and they asked me if I wanted to do some other stuff because they needed to be changed or were low and I said sure because I don't know much about cars. They charged me $147 and turns out they left my transmission fuel open and it has been leaking. I read other bad reviews but I didn't know where else to go so I went but I'm never going back! read more

Every time I have gone here, and it has been a situation where I could not change my oil on my own, they have over torqued my oil drain plug. It is bad enough this time that I broke one socket, snapped on T-40 bit, and then spun out the threads on another. Honestly Wal-Mart Tire and Lube sucks but I am starting to think they are actually better than this establishment. Also I ran the car for 10 minuets, until it reached temp and it was still to torqued to come loose. read more

So I was obscenely overdue, like years overdue for an oil change, and i had to drop the car off right when they opened with a cranky 3 year old. I have used them many times over the years for both of my vehicles. NO MORE! The last time I was in they took one and one half hour for the oil change, and they were not that busy. I sat there for a long time and Spencer did not check me in. I asked him if he forgot about me and he bit my head off. He said I haven't got to you yet!!!!! Looking back , I should have walked out to my car and drove off. I am not the only one that has had problems with him. I can name 4 other people that have had problems with him. I have been to this Jiffy Lube four or five times. They are quick and you are in and out in 30 mins or less. Except if they are really busy. There is an attempt to upsell things like air filters and top offs of different fluids. Its not too pushy though. Overall I go for the convenience and the quickness of getting in or out. Price is comparable to a dealer and usually quicker. read more

Well been trying for at least, at least a month to get my money back...they ran my debit card twice. At first I wasnt upset, because I belie e it was an accident. Now , however there seems to be NO WAY to fix this problem. Columbus, Indiana store on national rd is the location. Spencer is the one I always seem to be able to catch in the store and he tells me theres nothing he can do about it because he didnt run the card Travis did. So Spencer gives me Travises business card, keep trying to call him , goes to voice mail where I KEEP getting the mail box is full message...SO I asked Spencer for owners name , telephone #, Spencer says the owner cant help me...WELL WHO THE HELL CAN??? AT LEAST TRAVIS IF YOU SEE THIS , EMPTY YOU FRICKIN VOICE MAIL SO I CAN LEAVE A MESSAGE...$65.00 plus change belongs to me! read more

They ignored me when I had an issue. Went there for a free top off which they offer after an oil change. Waited an hour for something that should take 2 minutes. People who came in after me were leaving before me. I wrote to them online asking if they forgot me or if it is their policy to make the free top offs wait and always take oil changes ahead of them. They emailed back saying they would look into it, but I never heard back. It was about a year ago. Just saw a jiffy lube commercial that reminded me of it. Clearly I am still bitter. read more

Ive gone before they are great. They work fast, but this last time. I took my car there. They left the key in twice and my battery die twice there. The guy that was watching over the mechanic, comes to the lobby bitching about my car and that he had to get his car to Jump my car. I was so mad, that wasn't Professional at all. (Keep in mind after I told them the first time, if they leave the key in the battery would die. They just ignored it. How was that my fault) read more
