This was my first time at this Jiffy Lube. They were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely go back.

I got my oil changed here and it ended up costing me a lot of time and hassle in the long run. First off, they were pretty fast, it only took about 25 minutes. The staff was friendly and professional. So great. The reason for the review is that they didn't reset my "maintenance required light" even after I specifically reminded them of it. That's pretty small thing though. The bigger issue is that they told me my brake pads were "dangerously low" and needed to be replaced. I never have work done at these places other than oil change so I took the feedback and scheduled an appointment at a local garage. That garage told me that my brakes are totally fine and have at least 50% or more life left in them. It took a couple hours out of my day to have this checked when I didn't need it. Next time, I'm going to go to my local garage for the oil change and skip the hassle of Jiffy lube. read more

I was running all over town to try and find someone who could do my transmission flush since the other locations didnt have the machine or proper fluid for my little Nissan Rouge . These guys fit me in and literally got me out in a jiffy!!! Location was alot nicer and cleaner than most Ive been to. Will be coming to them instead!! read more

Took 1hr 25 min for a simple oil change. No extras, just oil and oil filter only. WAY to long. I wont be going back. Not busy enough to take this long. Nothing Jiffy about this lube place. read more

I did not have a good experience when I came here. I am having to go to discount tire now to fix my issue as they cannot. Not to mention that I was there for over three hours. It wouldn't have been as big of a deal if they hadn't constantly told me that "it is almost ready". If it's going to take several hours to do an oil change, then just tell me that. Don't leave me thinking it's going to be ready in 10 minutes as I was told. read more

Looks like a newly built location. When I first pulled up, I sat there for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to come up and take my car. I was only here for an oil change. They said it would take 15 minutes. I was there for 30. Sitting in the waiting room and watching how they ha doke their other customers was unbelievable. None of them knew what was going on with anyone's car. They were rude with some customers. One of the techs was speaking with a customer who was checking out and he walked out of the building saying "this is why I don't do other people when work when I haven't done it myself". Just unprofessional. Never had an issue with another jiffy location like at this one. read more

I wouldn't bother taking my vehicle back to this place again. It's took well over an hour for them to do a simple or change. About two days after the oil change I noticed there was a puddle of oil under my truck when I got under there I noticed the drain plug was loose. So I decided to call them and let them know so they didn't make the same mistake on somebody else, they didn't really seem to care or take any interest in the problem. read more

Service: Not good. I do NOT recommend. They didn't do several things they said they did do and were listed as "COMPLETED." And it wasn't only my vehicle, but this happened with my husband's as well. Normally, I'd return to have them complete the tasks, but I've had no desire to go back. I just want to stay far away from this business. I suggest you do, too. read more

Took 2 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation, and then they break the wheel lock and one of the lugs. I drive 2 miles to my house and a tire is flat, and of course it's the lug they broke. I called and they were 'too busy' to help. They wouldn't even replace the wheel lock they broke. Took my number and claimed they would call back, but of course never heard from them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I can not stress this enough--do not have your vehicle serviced at Jiffy Lube especially this location. I had my oil changed at this location in December 2017 and the technician drained my differential fluid and didn't refill it, and they then put the gear oil into the transmission of the vehicle. After driving the vehicle about 20 miles the transmission went out and I lost all power to the vehicle while traveling about 70 mph on the interstate. Luckily I was able to get across 4 lanes of traffic to the emergency lane where I was stuck waiting for a tow truck in Monday morning rush hour traffic. After trying unsuccessfully to get in touch with Jessie the manager of the Jiffy Lube that had serviced the vehicle we decided to have the vehicle taken to the nearest Subaru dealership. The vehicle was inspected by the service department at the dealership where they found the error made by Jiffy Lube and determined that the transmission of the vehicle would have to be replaced. We were given a parts and labor estimate of just over $13,000. Jessie the manager took 100% responsibility for the incident and didn't even seem shocked when the dealership let him know what had happened. He sent an email to the dealership approving the order of the new parts per the estimate made by the dealership. Cut to 3 1/2 weeks later and Liberty Mutual the insurance company for Jiffy Lube sends a check to the dealership on our behalf for $4,400 and tells the dealership that if we do not accept payment and have the repairs completed according to the insurance company's recommendations they will cancel payment on the rental car that Jiffy Lube was providing me. Throughout the process the store manager and the regional manager will not answer or return our phone calls the only way we have been able to get anyone at Jiffy Lube to contact us is by filing a customer service complaint where we will then get a phone call from the regional manager James who's only response is that he is the highest authority at Jiffy Lube there is absolutely no one else that we can speak to and there is absolutely nothing else that he can do once insurance is involved. Through the entire process we have been lied to, mislead, ignored, and mistreated by Jiffy Lube, it's employees and their insurance representatives. We reached out to Jiffy Lube corp office through their customer service and were told that they would pass our info along to the franchise owner for them to contact us and that has never happened and now corp customer service has stopped responding to us as well. This was the first and only time I have ever used Jiffy Lube and I am paying for it in a major way. Please save yourself a lot of trouble and do not have your vehicle serviced here. read more
