Forgot to issue me the proper displayed discount so they issued me a refund for the full amount ($54) and then charged me the discounted rate ($40). Yet a full 9 days after calling the store twice and the regional manager once I still have not received my credit of $54. They blame "the banks." I had an AMAZING! experience with the jiffy lube in Draper. The customer service was fantastic. It took the exact time amount they said it would (45 minutes) and my car drives and feels better than it did when I bought it 10,000 miles ago. They even cleaned my windows and vacuumed my car. What a scam. Took my fiancé to get a simple Oil change on her car which was pricey and took all afternoon. The following day the car was leaking oil so we took it back when we got a chance about a week later. They said a seal had busted but was not their fault (of course). Referred us to a place called Auto enhance to get fixed. Looked at their reviews and what do you know, terrible just like at this place and everyone was referred by Jiffy Lube. Weird! This location is close to the Draper DMV which I thought was perfect for convenience. I was wrong. I was the only car here and for only emissions it was an hour... I do not recommend coming here even with the convenience of being nearby the DMV. Please do yourself a favor and drive an extra 10 min to have it done by a different location or company. read more

Great service. I came in after hours with a low tire, and noticed the door was open. David came out and filled my tire.

I would say this is about an average Jiffy Lube experience for me. The staff was friendly and very courteous, although shorthanded on a Saturday morning. I came in for an oil change, emissions test, and the on the spot renewal. It took almost 2 hours. not impressed that they didn't plan ahead, especially on a Saturday for their Staffing. There were only two other cars in the shop with mine. It definitely shouldn't have taken that long! As I was leaving, I noticed the sticker they put in my window for my next Oil Change was off by over 40, 000 miles, so I had them fix that. When I got home, I realized there were black smudges on a few places inside the car. (Doors and glove box area) Even though the staff was friendly, they should pay a little bit more attention to the details of their work. My good opinion (minus the wait time) as I left the shop deflated after those shoddy details. read more

Talk about the slowest service on the planet. My usual shop was closed today so I had to get emissions done before my tags expire. One car in front of me had emissions, still working on that same car for a full hour! They told me 15 minute wait time! If you ever come across the Draper Parkway and Bangerter Crossing location, don't let your ride come near. They will screw you over big time! read more

Beware! Went in to have my oil changed. The next day my engine blew. The mechanic told me there was 0 oil in the vehicle!

Mason was very professional. He was happy to answer any questions and gave several good recommendations on possible repairs.

I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for them to service my air conditioning before they told me their machine was actually broken and they couldn't do it. To make it worse the other mechanic said the machine has been broken for days. They should have told me this before waiting so long. read more

Unfortunately, I had to stop by here the other day since it was almost closing time. ALL I wanted them to do was an oil change. But they check other fluids/filters as well during the regular oil change. So after my simple oil change and "inspection" of other parts was done, I pop my hood to look at my engine and check for myself, I see that the engine air filter wasn't put back on correctly and they left a piece sitting on top of my coolant overflow reservoir. And when I go back to the shop and ask them to put it back on, the guy said "I don't think this part goes on here". It's like, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? All it was, was an air filter, and common sense can tell that the pieces go together. An air filter, one of the EASIEST things to check and change on a car, and you can't even figure that out. I went there to get my oil changed. Not other parts of my car to be played with and not put back on correctly. They just proved the rating and opinions of my last review. I am guilty of trusting them by taking my car there again for the "simple" oil change. If I had a way to get under my car easier, I would just do all of the changes/inspections myself. Cause its pretty simple; unscrew oil tank, let oil drain. Unscrew oil filter, and replace. Poor 5 or 6 quarts of oil in, and I just did their rip off of an oil change. Oh, I forgot to do the part where they take other pieces apart and "try" to put them back together correctly. In conclusion, this place.... IS A JOKE. read more

I was loyal to Jiffy Lube but they were not loyal to me. This Jiffy Lube location is the worst! My experience was so bad here that I don't think I will ever use any Jiffy Lube again. We always take our vehicle to be serviced at Jiffy Lube. We do all their recommendations when it comes to servicing it. We try to take care of our vehicle as best we can. In our last service, Jiffy Lube recommended we change the air filter which we did and paid for it. We then drove the vehicle for about 5000 miles and when it was time for another service, to our horror we discovered that this Jiffy Lube location FORGOT TO PUT IN THE AIR FILTER we paid for(so we drove with no air filter for 5000 miles)! When we confronted the manager Cody about this he was extremely rude. He did not apologize at all and stated that since we didn't even realize there was no air filter then there would be no damage to the vehicle. Obviously driving a vehicle for 5000 miles without an air filter would cause future damage and add to the wear and tear of the vehicle. This manager refused to acknowledge this and didn't even offer to compensate us in any way. I am actually shocked that a company with the slogan "Leave Worry Behind" has caused me now to worry about the future reliability of my vehicle because of their incompetence and lack of accountability. read more

The service wasn't bad, they tried to up sell me on everything. But when I had time a few months later to change my oil, I found they had overtorqed the oil plug to the point the bolt was nearly stripped. When I went to take off the filter it nearly fell off. Don't want them touching my car again. read more

This place is bad, and the staff is totally unprofessional. I dropped my vehicle off for an emissions inspection and oil change and specifically told them to call me when they finished or had any questions. 4 hours went by and no phone call. I returned 15 minutes before they closed, where they informed me that their emissions inspector isn't working, but my oil change was complete. I was annoyed since now it was too late to take it to a different location, I would now have to spend another Saturday arranging my busy life to deal with the inspection. When I asked them why they didn't call me like we agreed, the guy rolled his eyes and said "Saturday's are really busy". Wow, just wow. He then tried to charge me for the emissions test and said to just show them my receipt next time I was in and it would be free. Again, wow. I will never return, plenty of other places out there which are cheaper and more professional. read more

Absolute worst experience I have ever had with any auto service. Went in for a renewal, the manager got me from the waiting room. On the way out the door, he introduced himself partly stuck out his hand for a shake. I did not see his hand extend so I did not reach out. As we continued to walk he turned and made a smart mouthed comment something like "ok I guess we will do it that way". I stopped and asked what all that was about and then he starts with "you refused to shake my hand, I introduced my self and put my hand out, and you refused". Since I did come there for extra attitude I told them I wanted my car put back together immediately and I was leaving. He was not willing to do that stating they were in the middle of the service. Things got agitated from there. I said I didn't care I wanted my car returned. I stated I wanted to talk to a manager, he said he was the manger. I stated that I wanted to speak to his boss or the owner and he refused, and he refused to give me a name or number of someone else I could talk to. If this manger could keep his smart mouthed comments to himself everything would have been fine. Whether or not I saw him extend his hand or whether I choose to shake his hand does not invite a smart mouthed comment. And then he continued to allow the situation to escalate by arguing. A simple apology after his initial comment would have de-escalated the whole situation. And then as I was waiting for my car and all the comments were done, one of his crew walked by and said "f$&k you." Advice: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ENJOY DEALING WITH RUDE AND INSULTING PEOPLE. In the middle of all this another customer began pulling into the service area and he yells out "Don't kill me." Completely unnecessary. read more

Went in for a brake cleaning job, because of a squeaking problem that the staff assured me it was just some dirt and what not stuck in the brakes...so they did their job..paid them around 70$. Went on to drive my car, it squeaked more and i gave it more time, my squeaking got louder. Wish i never went there. I was already warned not to go... read more

During my oil change, a technician left a rag in the engine compartment of my car. After driving to my home within a couple miles of the facility, the rag caught fire. Luckily I carry a fire extinguisher in my car. The extinguisher helped, however the heat from the engine kept re-igniting the rag, and it took over 30 minutes to completely put the fire out. Since the Jiffy Lube had closed for the day, my husband went back early the next day to talk to the manager. The manager was not helpful and only offered a coupon for a future free oil change. It was difficult tracking down anyone from the Jiffy Lube corporation to talk to - but eventually, I talked to a district manager who agreed to refund the price of my oil change (minus the cost of the air filter they are very pushy to upsell you on) and agreed to pay for a car inspection by an auto mechanic that they selected. In hindsight, I should have argued to take my car to a mechanic I trusted of my own choosing. I took my car to their recommended shop and it was inspected in under 2 minutes -- I was assured everything was fine (how could they tell that by a very brief visual inspection??). I had no time to push the issue further -- we left town for 6 weeks within 2 days of this, and during that time the car sat in our garage. After returning, the check engine light came on within 2 weeks. I then took my car to my trusted mechanic who told me that a number sensors and different parts of the engine in the area of the fire were damaged and needed to be replaced. Jiffy Lube told me that because of the amount of time that had lapsed (regardless of the fact that the car had not been driven), they could not be held responsible. Over $2500 out of pocket for repairs, this was the most expensive oil change I have ever had. I DO NOT recommend this shop, not only because of their carelessness, but because their management was so unreasonable and such a nightmare to deal with. read more
