TOTAL NIGHTMARE. DO NOT TRUST. We drove in a fully functioning 2019 Toyota Highlander for a routine oil change. They upsold us on a transmission change, put in the wrong, less viscous fluid (TR330), and completely destroyed our transmission. Immediately upon driving off the lot, the car began jerking and hard-shifting while the check engine light flashed.The incorrect fluid caused the solenoids to lock up, the gears to grind, and created heavy metal shavings until the vehicle could not function. It required an expensive, complete transmission replacement. Corporate initially promised a rental car to try and resolve the issue, but they have now lawyered up and refuse to keep their word or take responsibility. Avoid at all costs. read more

Tried to sell me a battery during an emissions check. I said no it had just been to the dealer for maintenance and the battery was fine. Suddenly my car wouldn't start for them and they said that my battery was dead. After having it jumped, I drove straight to Richins Automotive to see what they did to my car. Been to this Jiffy Lube twice and have had negative experiences both times. First time I went for a safety and emissions test. Car passed and after I paid, the worker informed me that I came in to early and that it would need to be done again before I could renew my registration. He said the emissions test only lasted one month and that I couldn't renew my registration more than a month in advance. First off, I would have appreciated hearing that before the work was done and paying. Second, both of the things he said weren't true. On the emissions paperwork it said it lasted for 60 days and after a google search and going to the registration website I was able to register my car 60 days before it expired. Went in again to get my oil topped off. I have an older car the leaks / burns oil. One thing that jiffy lube does that I really appreciate is they'll top off your oil between changes. For an older car like mine, I feel like this is really helpful! Anyways, went in and it had been too long and I was extremely low on oil. Just asked for it to get topped off since I'm less than 1000 miles from a oil change but one of the workers tried to get the guy helping me to not top it off (said it was over the 3000 mile limit or it had been to many months since the last change). He tried to get me to do an oil change (which it needs) but I didn't have time so said I would do that later. After some back and forth between the employees, the one helping me decided just to top it off which I appreciate and told me to just get the oil change asap. I have been going to jiffy lubes for years and have been going back because of great service and the great work that they've done. I will choose to go to a different location in the future from the recent experiences I've had here. read more

when I arrived at this location I was already frustrate, made an apt for the dealership for my company truck and when arrived they didn't have the filter so they needed to reschedule me. So I decided to search for a jiffy lube with good reviews and found this location. Michael was the one to assist me and understood My frustration and immediately asked his coworker if they have the filter and then he also double check on the computer. Michael stated they can take care of me and sense this was coming out of my pocket not my companies he was able to get me a promotional discount they had in store so that helped a lot. Broken promises from the store and also from the corporate office. Went in for a full service and asked that all of the levels- especially the transmission fluid be checked. After completion of service, I asked if all fluids were checked- including the transmission (the bill says "checked" and Okay) and the person taking my payment said 'yes' and I asked him if he was sure and he yelled into the pit to ask if the transmission fluid level was checked and the person in the pit said 'no' it was too hot. I live less than 4 min from the store and sat waiting for over 20 min with the truck off before the vehicle was pulled into the bay. How can I trust them when they say on the bill that "yes" everything was checked when that is not the case. It makes me doubt their service at all levels. I called the corporate office and they offered a $100 card for service as compensation but never delivered it. Not sure that I want to use them when I cannot trust that they will 1) do the job that was paid for, or 2) even when they admit they were wrong, follow thru on their commitment to make it right. Did they really check the oil? Fill with Synthetic? check the other items on the bill? I will never confidently know what they do or don't do. Broken promises at both the store and the corporate level. It feels to me like this is a corporate culture issue. Their billing statement is blatantly deceptive when the work is not completed- even though they walk thru the statement and tell you that it was performed. If basic vehicle maintenance is what you are looking for, then Jiffy Lube is a viable option. They would have received higher ratings from me if it wasn't for the fact that they were up-selling their services. They were pushing synthetic motor oil little too hard for my lubrication needs. Why did they show me the air filter that I replaced less than a month ago? Are they showing me they know how to remove an air filter? Not cool... Other than the up selling that was going on, the service was quick, efficient and I believe done properly. The waiting area is clean with magazines,TV and vending machine. Jiffy Lube is also an excellent value when you bring in the online coupon for $11 off your signature oil change. When compared to the automobile dealership, this place is a steal. I will patronize this Jiffy Lube again and certainly recommend that you do too. Salute! read more

First and last time coming here, that's for sure. I couldn't get into the dealership for a few days, so I stopped here. The first red flag should have been that nobody else was there and I got right in. The guy who helped me was very nice, but I was shocked when a synthetic oil change, air filter and fluid top off for my Jeep Compass was $150! My Jeep dealership has a 3 package deal for $180, which includes fluids and tire rotations! I asked them to please check the tire pressure, and he said they do that and will put air in them. They didn't do this ad I had to stop at a gas station and do it myself. I won't be back! This place is a rip-off. read more

I haven't been to Jiffy Lube in years, because the last time I did it was terrible. I couldn't get into the dealership (booked out months), to do my regular oil change so I thought I'd see if Jiffy Lube had gotten any better over the years. I was so very wrong. I pay $99 for THREE oil changes with the dealership. Yesterday I paid $65 dollars. What a racket. Not only do they over-charge, but the worst part is they are EXTREMELY pushy when it comes to their up-selling. They tried to charge me 9 bucks to put a tiny amount of coolant to "top it off", and I declined. They were annoyed. They also tried to charge me $30 dollars to replace my air filter (SCAM). Also declined, and they were not happy about it. Bottom line, you're having shady people work on your car who can't be trusted, and you'll be paying top dollar for it. Don't go here, ever. My fiancé and I are moving to Arizona, and I brought my car in for an oil change. With that oil change, they had also done thorough job checking on other parts of my car. Ken, the head mechanic was AMAZING. He took the time to show me what else would be useful to do as well before I went on a long drive through winter. While they were working on my car. I also brought my fiancés car in for a full inspection, and we went through the same process with Ken. Once again, he physically showed us what he suggested we fix. My mother and I came in to get my car emissions done and car registered. The battery was completely fine when we started the car and when we arrived at Jiffy Lube. When we had gotten out of the car and sat they came to us and said our battery was dead and not working. So they test it and took 15 minutes, started working on a different car that was there after us. They came back in and said we needed a new battery and needed to test it. My mom said no multiple times and wouldn't stop saying we needed a new battery. We did not buy a new battery. We strongly feel they messed with something for it to not start and pressured us to buying a new battery. We then drove it to auto zone and they said it was completely fine and looked great. It just needed to be cleaned up a little bit. They were trying to scam us!!!! Don't go here! They will take your money! read more

An employee at this location stole my Yeti water bottle. I accidentally left it on the counter when I was checking in my vehicle, and when I came back for it the employee I initially spoke with claimed that he "never saw it." Then, when I asked a second employee he described my exact water bottle, and all of the sudden the first employee had seen my bottle sitting on the counter but it had mysteriously disappeared. By that time several employees chimed in, and noted that they too had seen the bottle, but they had no idea where it was. I have been getting my oil changed at Jiffy Lube for years, I always purchase high mileage full synthetic oil changes and typically whatever add-ons the employees recommend, wiper blades, cabin air filter and the like, I can't seem to drive away from the place for less that $150. After this experience, I will never go to any Jiffy Lube location again. With two vehicles that receive about four oil changes per year, that's a significant amount of business that I will be taking elsewhere in exchange for a $50 water bottle. Update: Exactly 10 minutes after posting this review on here, Facebook and Google, I received a phone call letting me know they had found my water bottle, and that someone had "accidentally" thrown it away. read more

Unbelievably over charged - typical Jiffy Lube. I was told the engine shield was free of charge. I return home, and was charged $30.00 for something I never agreed to. I had coupons for the oil change and the car registration, so I was OVERCHARGED for something was I was told had NO CHARGE for, which additionally make having any coupons POINTLESS. My Diesel shop advised me to make a claim as there was little to no oil. I had no issues ever until I took it to your shop to have the oil changed. Your techs didn't even know what type of oil it required or where the dip stick was to check the oil. Don't post like this is the first you have heard of this as I ha e talked to you on the phone several times. You are well aware of this situation and are just trying to do damage control. Took my $75,000 Hummer H1 into have the oil changed at the 1028 E Draper Park Way. Hummer had 51,000 miles and it ran perfectly. Their techs didn't know where the dip stick was, where the coolant went or what kind of oil to use. I drove my Hummer 63 miles right after getting it done. I was on the freeway and it started making a loud banging noise and then I lost power. $9500 later and a brand new engine and I'm back on the road. Do no not take your vehicle here! read more

$100 spent on an oil change. Techs over filled my engine with oil almost and inch over the max line in the dip stick. Car was pissing oil all over my new garage floor over the holiday weekend and couldn't drive anywhere. Take it, they acknowledged that mistake, no apologies. They noticed they forgot to put my drain plug gasket back on while they drained out some of the oil. I was afraid of more seals and gaskets being broken because THEY OVERFILLED MY ENGINE. The manager wouldn't even entertain a conversation on it, said there would be oil spills under my hood, which their were. You'll see in the pictures that oil is running down the pan from the front where the filter is. They claimed my leak was originating from that drain plug gasket. Tried to contact the district management twice, nothing. I mean, at least apologize or give me some of my money back at least! I spent $100 for you to clean my windows and make my car piss all over my garage... Btw, my car is still leaking oil. I want this to be diagnosed and fixed by Toyota at Jiffy Lubes expense. I just got this car last month. I think I wouldn't noticed an oil leak before buying it. UPDATE Upper management was very helpful in allowing me to take my car to the dealership to get a diagnostic done on it and paid for the trip. Thank you Ben for your care and concern. read more

Totally fired up about this place. I had written off Jiffy Lube years ago but I couldn't find much open on a Sunday so I stopped in. There are only two bays so I thought I would have to wait a little. They got me in and out quickly. I was done in less than 30 minutes. The team in the bays were friendly and courteous and went about their work swiftly. They asked about extra services but they weren't overly pushy like the Jiffy Lubes I remember. Good job on the oil change! Do not buy globes and filters from this location. The markup is incredible. Sold me a filter for $44 that really costs around $8 - $12. 2 minute job to replace = labor of $30+. Nearly impossible to get out under $100. I came in for an oil change, I asked for synthetic blend, they already started to prep my car and change the oil, the guy ringing me up is telling me how they "don't have" my specific oil and that we have to do the full synthetic, MID OIL CHANGE, you can't just tell someone the price will be 65, then say it's 115, AS YOU'RE CHANGING IT. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Ridiculous that they took advantage of me because obviously I am a young girl who doesn't know much about cars. read more

When I got my car serviced, they told me if my oil was low between my next service and my car was below the mileage on the sticker, they would top it off for free. We went to get it serviced and they were smug, gave me a laugh and said they wouldn't do it. I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional they were. They lost me as a customer for sure. read more

They changed the oil on my Mint (at the time) FJ Crusier. I went to change it myself yesterday..... the plate over the drain plug was missing. I'm not sure why, but they did not replace it. It looks as if another skid plate may be missing also. It appears someone there may also have an FJ and wanted the parts? I called, and employee said he was sorry. Gee thanks. I can't prove theft, but it sure seems likely. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. Go to the dealer. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I typically come here because it is convenient and close. I will be going elsewhere after ongoing bad experiences. They have damaged my car ( damaged the threads on my oil pan opening) and have given absolutely awful customer service. They keep raising their prices while lowering the bar for service. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 1 minute down the road to Valvoline. They are awesome, and you will never go to JiffyLube again. Came here for an oil change, and walked away with over $500 in damages. Because they stripped the screw to do the oil change, they ripped off the undercarriage of my car, and when it wouldn't fit back together, they siliconed it back up. I found out 2 weeks later, when the undercarriage is dragging and I took my care to a collision place. They said that whoever changed my oil last stripped the screw, didn't take it out, pulled down the cover to get to the oil, and hastily glued it back up - all without even mentioning it to me before I left! But you bet they tried to upsell me 20 different products I didn't even need. Will NEVER go to a Jiffy Lube again, even for something as simple as an oil change. Wish I could give this business 0 stars for their dishonest and crappy service. I am in the process of contacting Jiffy Lube, will update if they resolve it with a fully covered fix for their screw up. read more

I was really impressed, the two boys and two older men including the manager that were there took really good care of my car even Accommodated two extra requests I gave them. They went above and beyond by fixing up my skip plate that had busted. Aside from the nice service jiffy lube does, they did really good. Asym was the best help. I got a free window crack fix. I didn't know Jiffy Lube will contact your insurance and help a small windshield crack be fixed before it becomes a larger crack. I always go for liquids top off and always get my tire pressure checked for FREE in between oil changes. Great service at this location. read more
