Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me! They have refined up selling and jacked-up prices to an art form. They didn't quote me a price until I was in the repair bay with the hood open and started work, by which time I was stuck. f i could give negative stars I would. The manager sold my wife on an unapplicable service to her car. Front and rear differential fluid change. Its unapplicable because they do not carry the correct fluid and the manager manually entered it in because the computer didnt list it as an option...I found this information out from a different Jiffy Lube location because I found the manually entering thing a bit odd. After over $2000, which could have been a lot more had she driven it, in repairs the mechanic found 1. Incorrect fluid in the rear differential causing back wheels to lock independently 2. Over filled transfer case with incorrect fluid type. 3. Also, the transmission was 2 quarts overfull, causing a whining and gear slipping. 4. The front differential had OLD OIL in it but the signature Jiffy Lube yellow mark was on the plug. The plug was NEVER REMOVED!!! After 6 weeks of calling/emailing coporate, the store and the district manager we gave up and are now blasting them on the web and seeking lawful justice. Why 6 weeks? Corporate suggested we wait to hear from the District Manager because of the holidays, the District Manager refused to take our calls or return our calls and the Store Manager was the pawn in the whole operation insisting she had told the District Manager multiple times to return our calls because we were calling 3 times a day. The excuse the Store Manager gave us was as follows: "The person who was underneath your car is new and was not trained and I am sorry." She also remembered us very vividly because we ordered a pizza delivery while we were waiting for the service and gave it to the employees as a tip. read more

I used this place on several occasions, receiving fast, courteous service. Then one day my engine light came on and stayed on. My mechanic asked, "When's the last time you changed your oil? I had a great experience here, unlike Maria it seems. I went here on a Saturday, a very busy time to go. I was greeted at my car, asked what I was there for and the door opened for me. I was lead inside and again the door was opened for me. I was told someone would be with me in 15 minutes to talk about my car. While inside is where I have my only complaints. It was a hot day and would have been nicer if the air was cooler, and if they had a water dispenser instead of free hot coffee on a 105 degree day. The inside was nice and clean. I was then asked to come out to talk about my car. I chose which oil I wanted, and told about all the recommendations or possible service options they offer. With each offer, they told me the price, and i declined. Yes, it can be annoying to say "No" 15 times, but it's not a big deal. They showed me my filters and asked I wanted them replaced, I said no thanks to that also. They again held the door for me to go back in the waiting room. About 10 minutes later I was told my car was ready. The gentleman was friendly and explained everything they did, where my new window sticker was, and when I should come back. He took my coupon as well, that I got when I checked-in on Yelp! Saved me $10 instead of the $7 off email I got from Jiffy Lube. As I walked out again another guy held the door for me, walked me to my car, opened my car door and wish me a good day and to stay cool. The signature service comes with a vacuuming of your floors and cleaning your outside windows. This is usely done half-assed, but this time they did a great job. I was very happy with Jiffy Lube, as usual and will keep going back. read more

Back today for an oil change and I'm totally disappointed. I am writing this as I sit and watch my car be worked on. The mechanic was rude upon arrival. I pulled up where I have every other time I've gotten an oil change and that was apparently wrong. He tells me to park my car in the lot behind the building. I do just that, but that's not good enough. He rolls his eyes at me as if I'm stupid but that's not that he told me to do. Then, when I get out of the car, he doesn't ask me what I need, rather he tells me to sit down and grab a magazine. Very bad service! Won't be back! read more

I have been here several times and I am done. They tell unsuspecting people that you need all sorts of filters and fluids that you don't need and then you walk out with a $100.00 oil change. The last time I went they put the wrong filter in upside down! These guys are crooks and incompetent. read more

I received the typical VIP treatment I receive at this location. The guys are polite, friendly and make me feel like I am at a 5 star hotel with their high concern for my comfort. DON'T GO TO JIFFY LUBE!! I recently bought myself a car with only 60,000 miles on it. Never had an issue after I bought it, never did ANYTHING to indicate there were any issues with my car ever. We even had It looked over after I initially bought it just to be sure there was nothing wrong with it and it passed with flying colors. About two days ago I brought my car in for a routine oil change. The following night I was driving home from work and my car completely shut off, wouldn't even turn over, eventually we got it to start on the side of the road. There was a lot of oil leaking from the bottom of my car and the engine was knocking really loud, so we towed it back to jiffy lube due to the fact that they were the last shop that had done maintenance to it. When I brought it back they were unprofessional, didn't even check the oil dipstick correctly, rubbed the jumper cables togather when jumping the car which made a big spark, then basically drove the car out of the shop and said "good luck getting home without the motor blowing up". When we called corperate they sent the store owner to call me and he too laughed in my face, yelled at me and told me his mechanic didn't do anything wrong and to TAKE HIM TO COURT... I don't usually post reviews for places because I never really feel the need to complain on a social media platform and put someones career at jeperdy, but this place is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and does not take responsibility for their actions when due. I'm now stuck paying out of pocket for a car I JUST payed off, for something I had no control over at all. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. read more

i want in to get a oil change came out getting other things fix but they did something wrong so my car didn't start after i got home, so i got it towed back to the shop after waiting 3 days because of the holidays i reach out to Jiffy Lube because they didn't communicate anything to me,so i decided to stop by the shop when i get in the manager told me that they was test driving my car, i waited 20 mins for them to give me a bill on something that they messed up on. I ask for the District Manager number but the store manager refused to give me the number but after tell him that im going to call 911 he called him but he talked to him in the back office and maybe 10 mins later the manager comes out and give me the phone and i talked to the district manager which he tells me that i have to pay the bill of $255.00 but i refused to pay it because it was something that they did wrong. i will never visit a Jiffy Lube ever again. read more

These guys saved my life today. I went in because I had gone to Jiffy Lube 2100 Cherry Hill East on Saturday, and the left all of the Lugnuts on my car loose. I called and was told I should not drive my car. I get out of work at 6:30, so I would not have made it to Cherry Hill. I ran it over to this location. I wish I remembered their names. As soon as I got there, they noted how loose it was. They tightened all of them for me, which caused them to have to stay a little late. They were really nice and very apologetic to the work I had received for my car at the other location. After my experience with the first location I was done with Jiffy Lube, but after this experience I would say I am glad to go back to this location in Langhorne. I'd also like to shout out Jay from Cherry Hill 2023 Cherry Hill West. I called this location accidentally thinking it was the belt. I did not think it was so dangerous to be driving my car, and he right away understood what the problem was and gave me instruction to be safe. read more

Well I went there for a standard oil change and I will not be going back. They didn't quote me a price upon arrival but rather proceeded to go through a list of at least 15 "add ons" and "up sales" that had my head spinning in the end. They conveniently put my car's air filter up on the desk and said it needed replacing. It didnt look that dirty to me and as a matter of fact I just read online that a slightly dirty filter actually cleans more efficiently than a brand new filter because the debris trapped by the filter element helps screen out smaller particles that try to get through. I agreed to change it only because the price of the air filters they had displayed on the screen were seemed reasonable but low and behold the actual price was DOUBLE "for my model" car when the bill arrived. I will not be coming here again. This was the first and last time that I will come to a Jiffy Lube. When j pulled up, the mechanic told me I was parked in the wrong area and needed to pull my car around back. He was rude and not helpful at all. He had me sit down in the waiting room and then they called me out to the garage to go over my services. They tried to sell me all sorts of filters and services, after telling me that they don't know anything about any previous services. The mechanics were rude and made me very uncomfortable. Took my company car to Jiffy Lube for a basic oil change. The car is a company car that ended up needing a few other fluids replaced so they did what they needed to do. 16 miles later I'm driving down I-95 and my transmission seizes. Car goes from around 65mph to 45mph, tires skid and I almost lose control of car. Pull over, get towed to local shop. Turns out my transmission had no fluid in it. No sign of leak. They just forgot to replace it when they drained it. My car has been sitting at the dealership waiting for payment from Jiffy Lube for almost one month now. Not once was i contacted by anyone from jiffy lube for an apology or explanation. I even called to check on the payment for the new transmission ($9K by the way) and was told by the district manager to follow up with Jiffy Lube's insurance company. Still no apology from them. Are you kidding? I have to follow up with your insurance company to check the status of your mistake? You can't do that yourself? I know people make mistakes but it's how you deal with those mistakes that defines you. Poor job by Jiffy Lube. I will never use them and will steer anyone I know away from them. Also not all jiffy Lube's are created equal. I am sure there are others that are great. Just not this one. read more

took my suburban in for a coolant flush, what i got back was a broken radiator inlets and outlets ( they broke those off the radiator ) never said a word until it was broken down on the side of the road, a new radiator was over 450.00 not including labor and anti-freeze, corporate in texas said not their problem rather the store manager, to which he said talk to corporate, reported them to the BBB as well as the bucks county office of consumer protection, rotten location , stupid " mechanics " and you'd get a better job done by the chimps in the ringing bros bartum-bailey circus ! read more

I took my truck in for an oil change because because I was short on time. I don't think they even changed the oil in my truck. My truck tells you how good your oil is, and in less than 1000 miles the gauge is saying my oil is only 10% effective. They supposedly put full synthetic which is required. 100 dollar oil change and I'm already getting another oil change a month later. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I could kick myself because when they said it was done, I thought they barely had time to even pull the truck into the garage to work on it. read more
