On June 24, 2025, I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change at the Jiffy Lube on Hwy 114 in Fort Worth, Texas. On June 26, while parking near a glass storefront, I noticed a large piece of the undercarriage splash guard hanging and dragging on the ground. I immediately returned to the Jiffy Lube location in question. The technician informed me that my only options were either to cut the piece off completely or attempt to secure it back with latches, though they admitted that due to damage from driving with it down, it likely would not hold. I then filed a complaint with Jiffy Lube customer service. The store's response was to offer to install a replacement part for free--only if I purchased it myself. This is unacceptable. The damage occurred as a direct result of the service performed by your technicians, and I do not feel comfortable paying out of pocket or allowing the same team to work on my vehicle again. To further support my claim: On June 20, I had my car inspected for state certification. No issues were found with the undercarriage or splash guard at that time. I did not drive my car at all on June 25, meaning the damage became visible the first time I drove it again--on June 26, just two days after the oil change. The torn portion of the splash guard is directly adjacent to where the oil was changed, and I firmly believe this is a result of negligence during the service. The store says the oil was changed from the top of the engine but it's a little too convenient that the exact spot they were working on is now damaged just 2 days after they worked on it. I've had my vehicle over a year and never had this issue. I am completely disappointed with the lack of care during service of the vehicle and customer service to fix this issue. read more

This business is never fully staffed. I have gone there on 3 occasions to have a state inspection done, and each time I was told that they do not have anyone to do it. Not to mention that a 2 hour wait for an oil change is a bit ridiculous. read more

This location did a brake fluid flush for me. Initially went well, but as time went on, I came across a very severe issue. I was roughly 10 minutes away from my house when I realized I lost my brakes. Managed to make it home and diagnosed it. The fluid was vigorously leaking out of the right rear. Got it towed to a different shop and they told me the tech previously worked on it for the brake fluid flush did not tighten down the brake bleeder screw. Got with Jiffy Lube about this and I was told I would be issued a full refund for the invoice that I got the brake fluid flush done on. With my work schedule, I was not able to come down immediately but made it that weekend on Saturday. Spoke with Dylan to let him know what was going on and why I was here. He kept going back into the small room I would assume is there "break room " and talked with somebody. I'm assuming the shift manager. I had called this location three times, throughout the week, before making it out here to ensure that I was good for my refund. Every call that I made confirmed that I was entitled to a full refund for their mistake. Dylan told me he would not be able to issue the refund and I needed to get with the district manager. Sent Chris Newman, the district manager, an email describing everything that happened and what was told to me and never got a response back. Moral of the story, do not get any brake work or anything close done with these guys. Just heads, looking to collect a check with no sense of pride or caution in anything that they do. I went in for an oil change and the Manager was very nice. They were short handed so it took longer than expected. The mechanic was busting his butt to get work done on a couple cars which was understandable. I was a bit leery I told the manager because of the rating and review comments. As far as value I believe since the mechanic was rushed not everything was checked however I will give them another try mainly because the manager was honest and friendly when I voiced my concerns. read more

I took my truck in for an oil change at Jiffy Lube at 3432 Highway 114 in Ft Worth. After the work was completed, I realized that the driver side power window switch bezel was damaged. I did not see it until I was already a few miles down the road, so I decided to go back the next day to discuss with one of the shop members. He told me that he would check the cameras, but he concluded that the footage did not provide a good angle and admitted that it was too blurry to find any conclusive evidence. I was not shown any of this footage. After elevating this issue to Chris Newman, he stated that simply because it was a high use area he would not cover the damage. He then said that since the area was dirty, he thought that it was already damaged. How can dirt indicate that something was already damaged?? This truck is 8 years old with over 120,000 miles on it. I have since followed up with Chris numerous times, but he refuses to respond or give me a phone call. I have listed his email response below. Don't use this company, they will not take care of you if they damage your vehicle! "I appreciate your patience as I've been out of the office and have now returned. Base on the photos you have sent me, and the fact that a door handle is a plastic wear and tear, high use item, I will be denying the claim for a replacement handle. The photo looks to have some kind of dirt on the hand rest area, the side leather panel near the carbon fiber, and also in the area of damage, which leads me to believe that area has been broken for a long enough period of time to accumulate dirt." - Chris read more

I went to this jiffy Lube branch for the regular state inspection. Driving home after the inspection, I noticed the hood was vibrating. There was no alarm on the dashboard. When I got home and saw the hood was not completely closed. It's a good thing I was not driving really fast or the hood could have come off and hit the windshield and cause major accident. I had gone in with a nail in my tire. I told the attendant I needed it repaired. While I was there, I figured I would get an oil change. $400 later, after a hard sell on coolant and other things unnecessary at the time, they finally told me they didn't have the patch for my tire. THAT WAS THE WHOLE REASON I HAD COME IN! They then told me I could go 7 miles away (with a tire that is getting lower by the minute) to Discount Tires and they would fix it for free. The owner deleted this review THREE TIMES ON GOOGLE and won't contact me!! DO NOT GO HERE!! They will try to upcharge you on every little thing and lie to you just so you spend more money, for instance they told me my drivers side brake light was out and I explained I just replaced it last week and they said maybe it was a faulty bulb and I declined the additional service, got home and checked and both lights were perfectly fine. THE MAJOR THING is that they screwed up my oil pan and tried to blame the last place I went and said they couldn't do anything about it! It's just a bunch of ignorant men vaping and hoping that people are stupid enough to fall for all their lies. AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Now I have to replace the pan for another $700!
