Today they went above and beyond by checking my cabin air filter that has never seen the light since I've had my car. I came for an oil change and they stole my engine cover. I went back when I noticed it was missing. I showed them the invoice the manager there saw the people who worked on my vehicle and said that they no longer work there. He said that he had similar complaints before and that he would be ordering me a new engine cover. This was several months ago and never got a call back. I still don't have my engine cover. all the years of me driving and getting oil changes this has never been an issue. My car had 10,000 miles on it and I should not have left Jiffy Lube without my engine cover. read more

I went to go do an oil change and when I got my car back my front cloth seat was really dirty with oil stains and when I told the mechanic he said I'm so sorry man you want me to get a rag to clean it. I told him no because it would make it worse. Also the passenger seat had oil stains too. I dont get it do they not use seat covers? I try to avoid going to the dealership because it more expensive but at least they dont leave your car with oil stains. read more

We showed up at 8:45a because we knew it would be packed on a Sunday. Our son's headlight and taillight weren't working. We waited because we knew they didn't open until 09:00. 9a came and went as did 9:15, 9:20. Doors locked, people lined up and nobody answering the phone. The mechanics were hanging out outside unable to work as none of them had keys. It was nearly 9:30 when the general manager showed up to open the store. He wasn't scheduled but the manager scheduled didn't show up. This was frustrating as a first experience with this location. If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment after my car had engine issues for 10 am. We show up early I'd say 0940 and they say their mechanic is out and he'll be in within an hour. I waited all day and tried calling and no one answered. I give them the benifit of the doubt since I don't get off work til 5. I show up after work and my car is parked in the same spot. I ask if they looked at it and it took half an hour to let me know that they didn't. I barely even drove my car here so this is a huge inconvenience. The guy helping us wasn't even attending to the situation. He was everywhere but trying to figure out if my car was looked at. I don't blame the workers but the establishment is very unorganized if they can't take a look at my car on the appointment time given to me. Or handle customer service on a timely matter. Didn't even get a price estament when making the appointment so I'm not sure what the prize range is. Don't waste your time coming here. read more

Went in Friday morning for a top off never had problems with my hood or the latch before until Tuesday morning the next time the vehicle was operated after sitting for three days on my way to work my hood flew up and broke my entire windshield while driving in the freeway to work. I spoke to the manager Lyes and they said they can't do anything about it even though they're were the last people to touch my car because they followed through procedures that as a customer I'm simply supposed to believe but when I inspect my vehicle and the damage I noticed my latch for my hood is broken and they only way that can break is from people slamming the hood or letting it down incorrectly. They speak about film that they have watched and has back the employee who was working on my car up and still haven't shown me any film from that day of him doing it even so no one told me that my latch was broke they just continued to operate on it because it was busy at the time and didn't want to deal with a issue most likely. It's unacceptable and goes to show not a lot men have integrity or respect the customers vehicles. I now have to pay for a vehicle that is barely touched and driven for the responsibility of others. Terrible experience terrible customer service and terrible employees. Will never recommend or go to a jiffy lube again read more

This was truly a 5 star experience. Scott was very prompt and professional. Upon servicing my vehicle he noticed that my tail lights were not working. I did have the bulbs I just didn't know how to put them in. He installed them in less than 5 minutes. He also topped off critical fluids that were low and gave me expert advice when adding air to my tires. I have 5 cars and people like Scott is the reason I will not take my vehicle anywhere else. Had an unfortunately poor experience here. The staff was cordial, but ultimately useless. I drove to this location as the closest free Uber Vehicle inspection site. I decided to get an oil change as well and was told upon arriving I may do so. Long story short, my oil change would take longer than they wanted to spend doing it (quoted over an hour from start to finish) and Uber was wrong and they "charge" $20 for the free inspection. Important to note: based on my year/make/model it does take a special tool, but takes less than 20 minutes to complete - even listed as "easy." After confirming this, I was able to in-fact book my oil change on their website or app for this exact service. I decided however, not to give business to a company that worked so diligently and vehemently to refuse it. read more

None if the employees inspoke with (3) seemed to be knowledgeable with anything they were doing. Only reason this place is still in business is because it's one of the only places in the area to get an oil change. Devin answered the phone and said she could not give me a price for all services together???!?! Really? We were told that many things needed to be flushed and replaced, including a brand new (only months old) belt. Finale at the end as the outcome of this visit.... First, they don't make these suggestions based on the manufacturers recommendations, they are arbitrary numbers to make you feel like you should have things done that are not necessary - or needed! I have at least another 50k miles before its suggested. When we asked who said we needed it to be replaced no one fessed up. This must be their thing... Someone in that bay signed off on those suggestions but yet when we were standing there asking to know who thinks that a brand new belt was about to fall apart (she had that in her report as well) no one would say. Hmm. The following day I had to take my car on a trip and now that I'm back and Peking in my own garage ... low and behold I noticed that it's now leaking oil. Never has this car leaked oil in all the years I've owned it, but now it does. I'm just happy that they hadn't screwed it up so bad my engine seized. I am certain they will not correct this, so what should have been a simple oil change will now cost me double and I have to take time off work to get it to a real mechanic. Do not trust them with your car, even if it's 'only an oil change'. It's their main responsibility and yet that was not even done correctly. Another company gave me an oil change and there was a problem with the oil plug so the oil ran out all over my garage floor. It happened over the holidays and the other company was unavailable for four days. Jiffy Lube fixed the problem and refilled my oil and just charged me for the oil and the new plug. I got immediate service, and the only time I waited was for the part to be delivered. I will be coming back in the future. The staff was kind and courteous. These guys are a joke. First I heard them talking about how they put oil for a regular engine in for a diesel. Then they kept trying to up charge me with add ons after I told them this was a fleet vehicle and only 2 months old. Next they told me to turn on the vehicle only to hear multiple guys yelling turn it off. Great customer service. When I arrived one of the mechanics approached my vehicle and asked how they could assist me. I told him that I just needed my tires rotated. He informed that there will be a 30 to 40 minute wait because they were busy. I went into their lobby to wait. It was full. There is a TV, vending machines, and complimentary water. Also there is a magazine rack with a variety of magazines to browse through while waiting. No WiFi. My SUV was pulled up front when completed. I waited about an additional 5 minutes for the gentleman to ring me up. Like I mentioned earlier, they were busy. Great service, I did have to wait but I was informed of the wait time and I chose to stay. Overall great service. I have now lost my patience. First we drop our car off for a oil change. We had a check engine light on. There tech on tutt put our spark plugs in backwards my wife with kids in it started shaking in a unsafe way. We get told to take the car to fountain location and its jiffy lubes falut by district assistant maneger Monica. Stays there for a day after we pick it up there manager told us that the tutt tech put the spark plugs in backwards. After a day or so our car started shaking again. We get ahold of the district manager he decides to tell us they will not take fault so we take the car to adam and sons they tell us after diagnostic they used parts that could not take the power for our car. Jiffy lube district Manger wanted me to pay for the diagnostic to figure out there incompetence. He only wants to hear his side. Thursday night goes bye now a week of dealing with this.. The district manager says we won't have the part until Friday morning now it is Friday night and no update no communication and I have no idea what's going on with our car my wife has no car. I am at the point where my wife has no car we have have been out a car for over a week and they won't give our car back I hope no one ever goes through what my family and I are going through I feel helpless dealing with this company. They just wanted to charge me more for the oil change which was $84. I have never paid more than $30. I definitely let others know to go somewhere else, which there are plenty that charge less. I was told my brakes were worn and had to be replaced during my oil change. Took it to another shop and they showed me my brakes were completely fine and still had a ton of life left on them. It also turned out oil was leaking out due to a screwed being too tight. Never going here again. I'm glad the other shop pointed things out! read more

Thieves, they will sale you everything in the store if they can. They get the job done fast, and correctly but buyer beware. I've watched them sale elderly ladies services they didn't need. They will take advantage of people who don't know much about cars, and you will be overcharged for every service they perform. My personal visit here included them trying to sale me an air filter service on my aftermarket come type filter. They told me it was filthy and could cause problems with my engine. Funny thing is, I had just put the filter on brand new less than 12 hours prior to bringing the car in. Unless your pressed for time and have a coupon do yourself a favor and don't go here. Been here a few times and service has gone from okay to unsatisfactory. I was the third customer from when they opened at 8am. I was quoted a time of 30 to 40 minutes because I did ask for a coolant change however at 9:53 is when I finally checked out almost 2 hours later. they also told me I had a license plate light out I said go ahead and fix it and after that two hour wait no one came and told me they were having difficulties or anything apparently they couldn't replace it because they would have to pull off the entire back panel of the trunk. Since then, the cabin filter cover/door has fallen out and is now missing the screw that holds it in place and today my bumper/oil pan scratch cover has partially fallen on the ground and is missing 5 of the 8 screws that belong to it. I went here a few months ago. They told me I was really low on brake fluid and would need that additional service next time I got an oil change, if not sooner. I went out and bought brake fluid, and I go to add it and it's completely full. They weren't very nice, and it took a long time. I went here because it had been recommended on Nextdoor, but I won't be returning. The cost is pretty much on par with everyone else. I'm not sure if they did the car care extras that some places do. All the staff approached me with no masks on, yet I had to wear one. The girl kept asking me what type of oil to use, I said I don't know. When they brought my car in I heard a squeal. They immediately came to me stated I need to pay an extra 20.00 just so they can take a look at my brakes, I said no move on. The second man came to me again talked of how I needEd my brakes worked on then he had my air filter just to show me how I needed it replaced. I said no I'm just here for the oil change. When they were finally done I was brought the oil sticker. Not only these idiots couldn't put a sticker on my car, they also couldn't turn off my change of oil light. When I got home I noticed the old sticker and the new sticker, jiff lubes had a shorter time. these people try to up charge you any chance they have.
