    Price? Outrageous. Service? Poor So I took my car here for the first time because it was in a convenient location to my commute. The price is Higher than any place I have been too. They "cleaned" the windows of the car, but I can only see streaks of dirt where a dirty towel went. They claim to vacuum the floor. that's fake news. Left the place and realized there's no new sticker to tell me when the next oil change is, thanks for that. They did not reset my dashboard notification so it still says I need an oil change. The only redeeming quality of this place was the guy at the counter. He was pretty friendly. Honestly, I'm pretty upset about how much I paid and how little I got. I will not come back. I will not recommend.

    Sunday night, my car wouldn't start. I had it towed to superior on Sunday night and it was there…read morefor them first thing Monday morning. Superior noted on the invoice that the car was dead on arrival. Said they tested the battery and that they were able to start the vehicle with starting fluid after multiple attempts. Well, to me that means there were something wrong with the car battery. They got the car running and charged me $155. They kept the car all day, over seven hours to do the safety maintenance inspection that I didn't ask for. They didn't ask me either. Two days later, the car would not start again. I called superior to let them know and they said that the battery was OK when it was there. The battery was dead in their own words when they checked it. I don't understand why they didn't replace the battery. I was unable to go to work on my new job on Wednesday, I would think that an auto service center would recognize when a battery needs replaced.. I am homeless and sleeping in my car. I have no money to get it towed. Fortunately, somebody helped me in the Walmart parking lot to get the car running so I can drive it to a Walmart service center. If that kind person did not help me, I would've been stuck there. I would not have been able to go to work. I wouldn't had a place to sleep. Anyway, I think they should've changed the battery on Monday when the car was in their shop. I think they should've recognized that since it was dead on Sunday and Monday and it was a really old battery, they should have replaced it. Since they didn't, it was a big hassle for me not going back to Superior auto service again. It said on the invoice that they recommended that I monitor it. That is ridiculous. I'm supposed to just drive the car around and hope that it starts when I get back in. I would have to have an expense of it being towed. Shouldn't they fix the car so you don't get stranded somewhere ? Walmart charged me $150 for the battery and instillation. Superior charged me $155 and didn't fix the car. They just gave me a list of $2000 worth of stuff that needed to be Repaired.

Ed immediately took my car into the garage and had me back on the road in under 30 minutes. It's rare to find a team that combines efficiency, skill, and genuine care for customers. Estefani and Ed turned a frustrating morning into a smooth, stress-free experience. I'll definitely be returning for future service and recommending this location to others.

BUT, the issue is that the woman who was "helping" me couldn't tell me what was wrong with my car. I got it towed there because my tire was flat. 1 tire. When I got a call back from her all she said was "you need a new one". Okay.. why? Is there a nail, or something puncturing the tire, can we patch it, what? "uhh welll it's got sidewall issues and it's bald so you need all 4 tires replaced". Okay... so we can't patch it? "uhh we just recommend cause they are all bald to replace them." Train your people better. Safe to say I had my car sent to Mr. Tire down the street because this whole exchange (not even worried about the phone/computer system being down) was AWFUL. Do better.

    There was a mistake made when placing our online order. We were totally unaware of this before…read morehand because the order confirmation email didn't contain a clear description. My wife completed the transaction without seeing it or knowing the tire was totally the wrong size and completely useless to us. We walked back inside immediately. Then the associate informed us we were intelligible to return the tire because we ordered online and paid cash in store, also we didn't receive a paper receipt. At this point, we were standing there with a new tire paid in full and no options. We didn't have any use for a tire that wouldn't fit our wheel. I mean this tire was basically trash in our opinion. This store did an amazing job helping us correct this issue. This compelled us to post the experience online. We were very thankful and expressed that to this associate. Didn't get his name but he's truly a decent guy for helping us apply the purchase price towards a correct size tire. We can vouch for this ending as a very positive experience.     My husband placed an order for tires over the phone. We went over for installation and they did…read morenot have the 4 tires in stock. They were supposed to have the tires in by noon. At one my husband called and they said they would call him as soon as they arrive. A little later they called and said they were delivered. I went right over and they had told my husband and hour and half for installing the 4 tires. When I arrived I was told 2 1/2 to 3 hours. My husband came by to pick me up 2 hours later and they said another 2 hours (5 PM) and they would make it happen!! We got there about 5:10 and they were pulling my car into the shop to start the work!! So we refused and took my car home to find someone who keeps their word. If it were possible, they would get a negative star rating. Avoid this location!
