** OVER PRICED SERVICES ** I went for an oil change and inspection. The service was good however as WE ALL KNOW, Corp push to upsell Slightly cracked/old wiper blades was the reason I couldn't pass the inspection, so I asked to replace them. The Pack of 2 Rainx blades (26" AND 16") is $12.65 on Amazon and replacing them is not that hard! they charged me $80 for the blades and installation! that is OUTRAGEOUS! On top of all, they charge you Shop supplies for $9.99 which should be included in oil change anyway! Well that's it, I will bring my business somewhere else moving forward and will try to be smarter to check/replace my blades myself next time! read more

I just wanted to say thank You for being so honest with me when I stopped by last week. First of all I had someone tell me I needed new tires and had better consider it soon and that they (the other business) would give me a good deal. I was worried (because I am in my 70's) that I may have an accident . So I stopped by Jiffy lube 100 Matthews Drive, Holly Springs, NC 27540 just out of curiosity and ask them for a second opinion. (I have never done business with them before) I was greeted by a Very nice young man who said he would help me. I explained my situation and he started checking my tires for me and then another gentleman came out and they both checked my tires and stated that they had alot of life left on them and not to worry. I was so relieved and also impressed that they were so honest and kind. I am thinking I better start taking my business to them . There are still some honest businesses left ! I am a female with absolutely no knowledge in cars whatsoever so I often times get mechanics that try to oversell or tell me my car needs additional work than necessary. The mechanics at Jiffy Lube were exceptional and never once tried to tell me I needed things that were not necessary and even gave me a discount. I was told a 10 minute wait time for them to start working on my vehicle, but it took them 50 minutes to start.

Went for an inspection. Car need a headlight and some coolant. They wanted $35 to do headlight and $10 to add a small amount of coolant. When I questioned the manager he got upset and told me he wouldn't do the inspection. I had a headlight at home. I changed it myself and went to jiffy lube in Fuquay Varina. They are much better and great customer service. Oh and by the way no coolant needed. Stay away from the Holly Springs Jiffy Lube. They are a bunch of thief's. read more

This place used to kick ass. But I brought my Acura in recently for oil change and walked out $110 poorer. Do you know they honored my $12 off coupon still seems like this place is outrageously priced. To top that off they didn't vacuum my car, didn't clean my windows, or top off any fluids. The windshield wiper reservoir completely empty. Went back a week later to try and get an inspection done there and for three days straight and said they can't do inspections. Probably a certification thing with the state or something else like the service here has fallen off read more

The one complaint I have was that the young man I spoke with initially when I pulled up talked to me like I did not know anything about cars, like what a registration was. I never had issues getting my car inspected at the Holly Springs, NC location until this year. On my first attempt (Mon, 8/9, around noon), they couldn't perform the inspection because their sticker machine wasn't working. I returned Fri, 8/13 (3pm-ish) and they couldn't perform the inspection because their machine was down. Before returning on Mon, 8/16, I called to confirm the machine was functioning and that I didn't need an appointment. I was told the machine was working and an appointment wasn't needed...it was first come first serve basis. When I arrived (~10am), I was told that they couldn't perform inspections until 11am. I gave up and went to Carroll's Auto Center in Holly Springs, NC. read more

Under new management and what an improvement! They honored and comped the mistakes of the past team when I went in for an oil change and explained what happened last time. I stopped in on a Saturday not realizing that they had already closed. The owner informed me that they were closed, but then asked me what my issue was with my vehicle and I told him I had a leaky tire. He said, 'bring it around back and I'll take a look.' He plugged my tire and didn't even charge me for it. What an awesome guy! I have purchased 2 sets of tires from them and they are my preferred oil change place, but this was so above and beyond I had to come here on Yelp and give them a shout out. Very friendly and helpful employees. Stopped by to ask them a few questions at lunchtime this week and they were able to come out and look at my car and offer me some advice. I stopped back later in the day and they had my repairs done in less than 20 minutes. Not sure if they are this speedy all the time but for my first visit to their shop I was impressed. They gave me a very fair quote on tires (I've looked at on line pricing) and while it is hard for the smaller shops to beat Internet pricing they were close and I would rather help keep things local. read more

Just went by yesterday to get my oil changed - all closed up. Signs on the windows that say Jiffy Lube coming soon.

Used them a few times for oil changes and inspections, but this last time they forgot to put the oil fill cap back on the motor after the service. My driveway was covered in oil and when I opened the hood to figure out what was going on I found the cap wedged on top between the intake manifold and the hood lining. On a positive note i didn't have to try to find an oil cap on a Saturday, on the negative side I've got half a quart of oil spread around half the engine bay on and on my driveway. I'm hoping kitty litter will soak up most the oil and then I can try to pressure wash off the rest. The engine is going to be a bit more work to clean up. I get it that mistakes happen, but man what a mess. read more

I love these guys! I really do. I have had several tire purchases for a SUV/F150 and oil changes there as well. I love the kiddie table to use my lap top so I can work while I wait and the rocking chairs outside, though honestly I have never waited long at all since they are pretty accurate about giving me a timeline when I walk in. Great customer service, super-honest: we thought our vehicle required an additional (relatively expensive fix), but after inspecting, the tech told us we just needed a minor tweak and did it at no charge. When I first entered to get my inspection I was dealing with an older gentleman who was not exactly agreeable. He failed me on my inspection (only one minor thing, no big deal) but he would not work with me about dealing with the issue. I called and spoke with another employee (who was wonderful) and he suggested a simple fix to deal with the issue to get the inspection done right. He also informed me that the older gentleman was the boss of the place. Anyhow, he got everything fixed up, inspected, and was great throughout the entire process. I was ready to give one star after the first experience but the second gentleman has convinced me to meet them in the middle at a 3 (I considered a 4 but the boss isn't worth the 4). Call before you go. If the boss is there, you may want to check elsewhere. If he's not, you're in for a good experience. read more
