Well, that is ironic considering all the other times I am there with the same situations, they take the truck back and I'm home NLT 1 pm. I usually go local for the oil change and then support a local business or two, but this is the second time in 6 months the young gentleman told me he couldn't get to me. This time had a helper "girlfriend" behind the desk hanging out which I've never seen before either. This is just not like Fuquay tire and their normal level of service. I went somewhere else because it needed to be done but it has me questioning if every time I recommend this store if I'm now making a mistake.

So we are out the service cost twice because James will not partially refund for his royal screw up, states we were supposed to bring the car back to him first for warranty work. If I had known it was he who screwed up so badly I may have brought it back but do I want him working on the car again?? NO RESOLUTION, nasty attitude and out the money for the same repair twice. The bad: I was originally very impressed with this business but then a couple weeks later, I checked my fluids and found my antifreeze and wiper fluid nearly empty. When I paid $40 for an oil change, I was told that included all my fluids getting topped off. Clearly that wasn't the case. And the "free" car wash left my windows streaky and half the door jams weren't even cleaned. I won't be going back.
