The place was clean and there was a system in place to keep cars moving in an orderly way. Anna was very friendly and helpful. We requested an oil change and she explained the choices, reasonable prices, and the work that would be done which included tire inflation, filter check, and topping off the fluids. Had to wait a little because they was busy and doing best they can. The person doing my safety check was Al and he did it quick and he did it good. Great care. Left there like 8:45 am. I had to do an emergency visit as my car was having a hard time starting up the past couple days. I called first thing in the morning to see if they take walk-ins and the gentleman on the phone assured me they do, and checked inventory in case my battery had to be replaced. I managed to drive over and was swiftly assisted - sure enough, bad battery. One of my brake lights were out too so I guess the visit was meant to be... I waited in their clean, air-conditioned waiting room while the team worked on my car. About an hour later, my car was all good to go :) They didn't seem too slammed but there were maybe 4-5 people already waiting, so an hour for a walk-in seems pretty quick. I've had great experience in the past and they did not disappoint. Everybody there are SOOO nice and cordial!! I feel like they genuinely try to help their customers. I'm so ignorant when it comes to cars so it's always nerve wrecking when something seems amiss, but their service put me at ease. They'll definitely be my top pick for my car needs! read more

I needed my annual safety check and oil change. For the safety check you need an appointment but oil change is first come first serve. The staff is very friendly, professional and expedient! Which keeps the lines moving and for my safety check there was no line. Great!!! For the oil they were out of the filter so that didn't happen but will go back once in stock. This time on top of the oil change, They replaced my wiper blades and cabin air filter. Simple because they asked and I knew it was likely time to replace them all. Mana and Nate worked on my car today. Full disclaimer, I called in the morning to make an appointment for oil change and safety check. I came at 1:30 PM, my car went in around 2:00-ish and we finished around 2:40 PM. I didn't mind the wait since their lounge had AC and WiFi so I could do some work on my phone. Because of my lunch time appointment, obviously, their techs will cycle in and out for lunch. They deserve to eat too! So if you want to avoid a longer wait time, try schedule in the morning or plan your day around a wait time. Roz assisted me over the phone and at the cash register and she was very friendly and nice. I expected a delay due to the lunch period so I was prepared for that. Jiffy lube is great! I used to go somewhere else for my oil changes but moved so had to find somewhere closer. Every time I've come, I've just drove in and asked for a routine oil change. There might be a little wait but they've always taken me. They checked my lights and asked about my wiper blades. They were very thorough in checking everything it seemed. They also had my information on file so asked if I just wanted to do the same thing, which made it easier for me. They were very quick, efficient, and friendly. Took both of cars there this week. First off, Jon, chief mechanic there is fantastic! Repsonsive and professioanl. JiffyLube needs to Give Jon a big fat raise!!!! This week, First Car: I was the first customer of the day and Jon was the only perosn at the shop.. Staff were running late. Jon Got me in and out quick no issues, 30-40min. Apologized being short on staff. Couple days later, took 2nd Car. When I arrived, Jon was the lone staff again and there 3 cars ahead of me. Again, Jon apologized for being short staffed. Shortly thereafter two staff arrived. Again, staff was professioanl and polite. Total time was about 1 hour, wait and service. Again, Jon rose to the occasiaon made sure customers were taken care of. I had to come here twice because I made the mistake of trying to join the line at 9:30am on a Tues but they were nice enough to tell me that the wait was an hour to an hour and a half so I left and came back at 6:55am on a Thurs and I was STILL the second car (haha) but I only had to wait about 20 minutes until they took me. It was very simple for an oil change and under $100 with a coupon they gave me (nice huh?) and I'm good for another year with synthetic oil. Dread going to get an oil change as I am not accustomed to bringing my car in for an oil change. Usually just bring my car in for service once a year (gotta love BMW's). Since hubby is away on deployment duty calls. This location is right next to QMC where I work so it is super convenient. I came after work at 4:15. I was greeted by Chester who told me that they only had 2 guys working. I went inside the small waiting area and he took my info. My car was ready within 20 minutes. Super speedy service. I was very happy to not have to wait very long. The check out process was easy they tell you what service they provided, you sign, and pay. I had a $15 off coupon which was nice. My only complaint would be that they didn't give me a sticker to put on my car saying when my next oil change would be due. Overall, a great experience. read more

I have always did my own service on all my cars this is the first time ever coming to a quick oil change place lets see how this goes. This location has a pretty cool waiting room with tv, free coffee, (cofee is good) magazine rack and free wifi if you have spectrum. The bay area and lot seemed very clean and organized. The facility seems clean the staff seemed very efficient and professional. I didnt even finish half my coffee before my car was already finished. I had a coupon for $13 dollars off so my whole oil change only came out to $37 ....A great experience I will definetely be back! read more

During COVID era it's weird getting your car serviced as you no longer require to get out of your car. Hey germaphobe me is VERY HAPPY! You aren't sitting in my car to drive up the ramp, I get to do this myself while I waited for you to change my car oil, teach me how to update my car icons... Like I learned new things along with speedy service. Have you ever felt before COVID, getting an oil change took 30mins-1hr at some other places. No longer long waits! I drove up.. told them I needed oil change and they had me follow steps. Pick my oil, pay, they changed oil.... cleaned my window. Best part check on yelp for $10 off coupon. This location is way better than the University location. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When you pull up, Chelsea will come out and let you know how long the wait is. They are very busy so it is best to go early in the morning around 7am. It took me 3 different tries to get my oil change as I kept trying to go in the afternoons. Chelsea remembered me each time and every time gave me an estimated wait time which i really appreciated. When i tried to go to the University location, i waited in my car and no one even came to let me know how long the wait was. i finally left after waiting over 45 minutes. read more

this location was hella good to my VW tiguan!! I needed an oil change not only did they do that and my car drives smooth again, but they also deep cleaned the sh*** out that thang. Vacuumed the seats and ground so no more sand, and all da windows are sparkling. And ofc i'm just a girl so my windshield wipers needed fluid so they top off all the fluids as well during the service ! Came by on a Thursday morning, and was pleasantly surprised when there was no line. It turns out they were out of the oil that my car usually takes, and only had a full synthetic (more expensive) option. Chelsie, the lady at the counter was SO helpful in trying to find the right service, with reasonable price (I remember when the oil change was $39.99). Even after giving me options to lower the cost, I still proceeded to have them take care of everything because of her outstanding service. She made me feel so welcome and was so willing to help.
