After finding out that Starkeys Auto repair does NOT do State service Inspections since they moved to the new location, they recommended Fantasik Auto Repair or A1. I chose Fantasik and I was NOT disappointed. Most inspections take over 10 minutes from my experience at Jiffy Lube & Starkeys. I pulled in, stayed in my car, the inspector checked the lights, tint, brakes, odometer. Less than 5 minutes I was out and driving away with a new place to go! unfriendly...over priced took my car there for AC repair, they say its the condenser, they want over $1200, I give them a shot. The day I pick it up (it don't work) they say I need a compressor, they want another $1500. No Way kinda funny. I start reading review on YELP and find some other guys. I take it to one guy he checks out the AC and says nothing wrong, just no Freon, he service it and put Freon and it works fine, he also fixed the frontend for less then half the price of this guys. This is across the road from pauls auto shop. Fast easy place to get ur safety check done. $20 for cars that are tint free and $25 for tinted cars. She was fast! She did what she had to do to make sure my car followed all inspections codes which it should because everything on my car is current and within regulation. There was no wait when i got there. She took pictures of the car and placed the new safety check on the car. Overall the whole process took about 15 mintues. Good job guys! read more

Car had too much gas in the tank to ship and O'Reilly's ripped me off and sold me siphons that would never work on a newer car with an anti-theft block. Called frantically looking for someone to siphon the car to 1/4 tank or less in under 2.5 hours - they were so helpful and accommodating, got the car to 1/6th tank, wrote me a note on shop paper to give to the shipping company in case the gauge didn't drop fast enough, and got me siphoned and dropped off before the docks closed! Do not take your vehicle to this nightmare of an auto repair shop. They broke other parts of my vehicle while trying to change out the original problem and charged me for the repair that they broke. They also charged me a 300 percent mark up on the parts used to fix the parts they broke. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. read more

Go there to get a safety early about 12:40 there's a car parked in the stall where it says safety checks so i park on the side of the road and go ask the guy clearly doing a safety check do I need to wait in line for safety checks or first come first serve the worker looks at me with straight attitude and says what time is it? I said idk I think 12:40ish and he says your early and walk ins only (straight attitude now) so I asked another question and he keeps on with a attitude so I give it right back and he say oh you don't have to give attitude I said I'm only giving you attitude cuz your giving me attitude then after that I said it's ok I'll just take my money somewhere else then the guy goes and says ok fu**ing beat it then. I was like wow what king of place is this. If you don't care about grouchy workers and having them cuss at you, then this is the place for you. read more
