I have a pretty beat up Honda. Came in for safety check and oil change. I let them know right away that the alarm is a bit wonky and the starter can be difficult. Despite my warning, both caused them problems throughout the service. I expected they would be curt, short, rude or even deny my safety due to the difficulties. Luckily they were all very good natured about my annoying alarm going off more than 5 times during the oil change. The person who did my safety even thought the kill switch got activated..... no the starter is just weird. Despite it all, they were still friendly, joking and thanked me as I left. I apologized for the huge pain in the A*# my car had caused. Didnt seem to bother them a bit. Thanks guys! Ps I was in and out within 20 minutes! Yayer! read more

As per Jiffy Lube's request (see their response to my previous post), I tried contacting Jiffy Lube at wecare@paclubes.com. I tried three times. The emails were all returned as undeliverable. So much for being concerned about the the experience I had in their shop and taking responsibility - they didn't even give me a working email address. Because of social media, customer comments, both positive and negative, play a more important role in a company's reputation than ever before. Some negative comments are inevitable, and the worst thing a company can do is ignore them because customers do not. I have seen a lot of improvement in customer service over the past two years. Came in for oil change and safety check and although busy they were able to squeeze me in. Everybody was very friendly and courteous . Lana checked me in - she was very sweet - and while the crew recommended some additions there was no hard sell. I did have one more recommendation done as it was probably time for the change. Otherwise great experience except minus 1/2 star for forgetting to return my credit card afterwards and having to return the next day but that is equally my fault. read more

My family and I are extremely satisfied with the service at this Jiffy Lube. I tried another place ( flagship) when we moved to Mililani and didn't get the same quality service as we did at Jiffy Lube. Titus was the technician that helped me and noticed that the place I used before had screwed the oil pan bolt in so it was tightened and cross threaded so it stripped it out. They re-threaded it and fixed it.. The other mechanic there fixed it, don't know his name but did a great job!!! Will continue to use them for all our cars and recommend them to friends and family. I usually go to lex Brodie's and here jiffy lube to get my car serviced but when I came back here after covid. I dropped off my car spoke to a aunty on the phone and she was very welcoming and treated me like her own family. She has excellent customer service. So I came in on Friday. I tried getting it fixed that day because that was my only day off. I dropped off my car and they said they didn't have the part so I had to come back and pick it up. I understand they didn't have the part. That's very understandable because I know and understand they don't have all of the parts there. So I told them I will make the effort to come back on a Monday after work. Then on Monday, the only problem was I have work on Monday and Friday was my day only day off. So I tried leaving work early to make it to jiffy lube on Monday 2/1/2021 and I check my voicemail after work I checked my voicemail and listened to someone yelling "Pick up the fuc**** phone David!" I don't know who it was exactly but they called multiple times but I was at work and I couldn't answer. After work I tried calling back 6 times trying to let them know I was at work and I'm coming straight from work but don't bother they don't pick up. Then I got another voicemail from Joe and he was super calm and had left a professional voicemail letting me know the part came in and if I was interested in getting my car serviced. I was already on my way and I had to coordinate a ride back home. The service was great except for the person who left me a voicemail. I work in a customer service industry and no matter how mad you are or how bad of day you had. You don't leave a customer a voicemail cussing to answer the phone especially if I'm at work and I couldn't answer. I'm on my way from work to give you the business! I only went back because of the aunty who treated me like her own family and Joe who had great customer service that's all. I even tipped the guy $20 whomever worked on my car. Other than that, lex Brodie's has better customer service overall. It's a longer wait because it's way busier but I never have a problem there. They're busier for a reason because they have better customer service. If you go here, beware you might get a nasty voicemail. Just a heads up. read more

I love this place. I really am surprised by the negative reviews because literally I have had repeatedly great service from them. 1- the staff are so helpful. They take care of their customers, a lady who works their took the time to teach me how to fill my own tires, a guy helped me when there was something wrong with my car, their customer service is great. 2- when they do your oil they do a bunch of other stuff too, like all other fluids and tire pressure and stuff. I went back to get another oil change like six months after my last one but I had only gone like 1500, so they were like 'well just top up what is low no need for an oil change', so they aren't just ripping customers off 3- I like the staff, it seems like people enjoy working there enjoy their jobs. They also have a lot of female staff which I like. Everybody is very friendly. Yes, I agree that in some aspects the customer service could do with a little review, it can feel like you're being ignored, like why not have a receptionist in the office but i think the pros way outweigh the cons. The service here was exceptional and the wait time was 30 minutes from start to finish on a sunny SATURDAY @ 1:00PM! Every other place I called had 1-3 hour wait times. Besides the speed I really appreciated it that my service tech, Damon, was friendly and didn't try and give me the upsell like do many places. Sure it's good to lubr the transfer case and front rear differentials but not every 15,000 miles as the computer was recommending and Damon agreed. That's refreshing these days and why I keep going to Jiffy Lube. Try this location, especially on weekends. read more

Most boring review ever. My experience was great. Arrived 7:30am on a Saturday for safety inspection and told it would be about 45 minutes. New Shop manager noticed that he had done my inspection last year at another location.Told 45 minutes later that there was a cracked belt and they couldn't pass and it would be another 45 mins. The people working in the service bays were moving. Done by 9am. In and out in a reasonable time on a Saturday without an appointment. I've seen the overwhelming number of negative reviews. Maybe the new shop manager is turning it around. My biggest complaint is that the AC in the waiting room was weak. read more

I was speaking with a friend about Safety Checks and where was the best place to get it done. He recommended going to Jiffy Lube Beretania because of their quick and fast service, but cautioned me about my tint in my car. My friend has his two front windows tinted 35% , the two rear and hatch windows are stock glass from car manufacturer. Anyways, when my friend goes to get a safety check, the inspector(s) always charges him a tint inspection ($5.00). He has been going to this Jiffy Lube for at least 7 years in a row now. You would think their system would have a comment stating the tint is legal and no further inspections necessary. Anyways, my friend has "donated" a total $35.00 already. I thought the tint inspection was only done if it suspected of being too dark? - Is this a scam by Jiffy Lube to make more money? - Is the lighting bad in the garage? - Are the inspector(s) eyes bad? - My friend is stupid for not bringing this up with the company? My friend didn't want to complain or write a review so I decided to write one for him. Anyways, I hope Jiffy Lube changes their policy of always testing any car with "legal" tint. read more

Jiffy Lube offers fast service, I always take my car in to he checked right when they open. The customer service is decent, the workers are friendly/ courteous. I like that once you get an oil change you may take your car in to get it "Topped off" for free! read more

Really horrible service. No service. Drove up to front, one car in 2nd bay, another car in front of 3rd bay and five employees just walking around. No one to greet us or even acknowledge our presence. After six minutes we decided to leave. Someone finally tries to move the car without knowing why we were there. When we told him we were leaving, he just replied "Whatever". If their attitude is "WHATEVER" then it tells me that I cannot trust them to do work on anyone's vehicles. No pride, no sense of customer satisfaction, no leadership. Never going back. Really sad to see a business go downhill so fast. read more

This place is good guys. Those one star reviews arent worth anything. My parents have been coming to this jiffy lube location for 8+ years and so have I since I got my car. Their location is very convenient and easy to find coming from any direction. The shops prices are reasonable and affordable. They even have $10 off coupons which are easily found anywhere! All the employees there are very nice and knowledgable and will help you with any issue that you have. People need to understand that when they see the employees "chilling and chit-chatting" they're actually on break. They also do a very good job at vacuuming and wiping the windows. My fluids are always topped and tires always filled. Dont be hesistant when coming to change your oil here, be confident. read more

DON'T DO IT!! Go somewhere else. They had 6 staff members cleaning and cutting trees out front while cars waited to get in the bay. They don't acknowledge waiting customers and two cars left while I was waiting. Should have been a sign. Because of COVID, you need to sit in the car while your car is being serviced, you can see all the things that you wouldn't ordinarily see. The services are clearly marked on the receipt but were not performed. Then I was charged $100+ for an oil change. My car that had no issues now leaks oil in my garage daily. Went in on Monday to have my car serviced for an oil change and it took about an hour and a half. There were a few cars before me so it took a few minutes to get to me but was greeted with a smile. i made an appt. for a safety check. my fault - didn't have correct no fault insurance card. manager, gene, advised me to pay for safety check, get a "failed" report, bring car back within 30 days w/correct insurance card - no need for appt. - and they would put safety check sticker on the car. when i returned the next week, gene was not on premises. i talked to joe, technician, who said they had been told safety check inspections were suspended till may 1 due to covid-19. he wasn't sure if gene could complete paperwork since inspection had been performed. he took my name/phone number and said he would call me the next day with information. joe really did call the next day. when i didn't answer call, he sent me a detailed text with current information, as he knew it. the following day he texted me a picture of the state's letter to inspectors with complete information about the suspension of checks, grace period, etc. i am SO impressed. honestlym i thought it wasn't likely i would hear anything after i left the shop. joe followed up not just once but twice and gave me all the information available. now i know i have to wait till may 1 but look forward to going back to jiffylube and thanking joe in person. he really went above and beyond - great customer service! read more

I've gone back to this location a couple of times (once in early March, today) and the experience was the same. Sitting in their driveway, no one comes out to greet you and ask what you need. Now there is a sign to stay in your car (because COVID-19 I guess). 2 of the 4 open bays had cars in them. One worker was leisurely stacking filters onto a shelf, then moved another box, not bothering to even look towards the driveway. There was a truck that was in the driveway before me, and after over 5 minutes of sitting there, I just left. Went to the location by Queen's Hospital and a lady came out within 30 seconds to ask what I needed. Sadly they only had one mechanic who was out of time and I was out of time. Didn't know what to do so went in and the person at the desk inform me that just be sited and someone will call you. It was first come first serve basis. The person who help us was informative and told us we will call you when your car is ready. Customer service as great. Didn't know that they vacuum and clean your window. Awesome. Had an appointment. Waited more than 1 hour, told me it would be another 1 1/2 hours. Ok, I can understand they are busy that day. Why don't I make a new appointment, so you can get your work done. Came back at another say at the appointment time, told me to wait for 1 1/2 hours. So I waited. More than 1 hour later, I went to check on it. Nope, hasn't started yet. Told me at least another 1 1/2 hours. Why have appointments when you don't stick to them. The funny thing is that it is by appointments only. At least they could have told me that it was too busy, it will take 4 hours wait. Very bad management of the location. read more

Good mornin! so this morning I went to jiffy lube to do a oil change. I have my oil change done i pay and leave. 15-20 minutes later I get a call to come back cause one of the workers put some old oil that had water mix with oil in my Jeep. I go back and the mechanic told me that he was sorry after that he had discovered that the same guys was about to put it in another car and he stopped him. The mechanic guys was nice and told me that he going flush it out and put the right oil in. I talk to the manager and ask for some kinds of documentation about this and she said everything will be alright and me but I asked again for some kind of documentation but she won't give but said everything will be ok. this time I watch them do it and check the dip stick to. not going back there again. all I'm asking is for some documentation for me in case something goes wrong hopefully not. Pros: When being helped, they were friendly and nice. Cons: No sign saying Mechanical Only or Please go in line to the left 3 rows. It all had signs to drive in then someone will take it from there. So, explanation of the Con: I was the 2nd person in line waiting to be helped, when it was my turn to move in more, a car pulled out so I drove in waiting for someone to check me in. Few mins later 2 cars pulled in for service (technically in line after me) but instead of waiting behind my car blocking the road, the pulled into the far left 2 rows. The staff went to check them in first instead of me so I got out of my car hoping someone would realize I was in line first before the next 2 cars. Waited outside the car in the sun for a good 10 mins then someone came to check me in (that was total 20mins of waiting). I was told "oh this is he mechanical lane" so I said well there wasn't a sign saying that and the staff member didn't even apologize. Anyways, had to move my car to the left 3 lanes then get checked in (waited another 15 mins), I was so upset but I maintained my cool. Finally got my Van to be checked. I hope the owner puts up a sign of some sort for those who doesn't know of the differences of the different lanes or have their staff double check with the driver as soon as they can when they wait in line. read more

This was my first time to Jiffy Lube on Beretania Street and I was pleasantly surprise at how great the service was! I was in a short line of cars and someone came up immediately to greet me and let me know they will be with me shortly. Checking in as a first time customer was very quick, and was told they would call me when the oil change was completed. I went to eat lunch with my daughter and sure enough was called about 40 minuets later while still eating lunch. Checking out was quick and efficient as well and when I mentioned Yelp, I was given a $10 discount! Good deal! I would certainly go back again to Jiffy Lube! read more
