This has been my go-to spot for oil changes for the last couple of years. The staff is very professional and friendly and doesn't have that "garage mechanic" vibe. There's usually a short wait but the staff here always has given me an accurate wait time estimate which is clutch (no pun indented haha) when you've got a list of errands to take care of. The front desk lady even reminded me of an offer they have to top off your oil within 3000 miles of your oil change - awesome stuff! I started driving to work in the city instead of taking public transportation so I've been burning through oil and have needed it changed more often than usual this past year. This particular Jiffy Lube is literally the only one in the area that cares enough to wear a mask while they are doing service. Now, last time I was there I had to ask them to actually put it over their face, but the effort was there, which is more than I can say for any other location. The oil change is quick and reasonably priced. They checked my other fluids and tire pressure, standard deal. I had a very bad experience here. First they try to upsell you on an air filter by showing it to you and asking you what you want to do. Mine is only a year old and clean so this felt a bit like they were trying to take advantage of me. It is not cheap, so I expected for it to be done right. When I left, about 20 mins later I noticed that my windshield fluid was still empty. I called and the manager had stepped out. I asked for a call back. In the middle of the following day, when I didn't get a call back, I called again. That guy, the manager named Xavier, suggested that on my year old car, I must have a leak. So I filled it up myself. After a day of having no problem, I called back. He said they must have missed it then and it was not my car. I asked him, how do I know what else might have been missed? No answer. Aggressive upsell. No call back. Missed work. No real apology. I will go elsewhere next time. read more

I have been bringing my car to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since 2017. Recently, The engine in my car failed. I called Jiffy Lube to get a copy of all my services, so I could submit them with the car dealership for a new engine. Jiffy Lube does not have one record of me being there. Unfortunately my car was stolen in April 2021 and all of my documents were thrown out. I thought that Jiffy Lube would have a record of any services they had performed. Unfortunately, they keep telling me they have nothing in their system... Now I need to pay for a new engine out of pocket. read more

Went in for a battery check/ replacement. They checked under my hood right away but I ended up waiting an hour for them to start working on my car. After waiting to be seen, they told me they're not even sure if they have the battery at the location. Finally they found a battery but the installation took much longer than it should have and the guy working on my car had no idea what he was doing. It took him 4 times to get it right. I most likely won't be returning- they hire inexperienced workers and the wait time is ridiculous. I would have been in and out if I went to any auto parts store and they usually install the battery for no extra charge. The $20 off coupon isn't worth the aggravation. Put 70PSI in my wife's tires (so they can explode on her ride home). Called the place to let them know they have to be careful and the guy catches an attitude and tells me they didn't fill her tires, that their machine was broken. My wife saw the car ahead of her getting air put in their tires and she got a TPMS maintenance alert the minute she drove out of there. Not to mention that its on her receipt as a service done. Jiffy Lube - E. Jericho Turnpike, Huntington Station NY. I pull in to get my windshield wipers replaced yesterday. The Jiffy Lube attendant (Kenny) measures the wipers and goes in the back to get the new blades. He reappears moments later and tells me "I'm sorry but we don't have that size in stock currently". Hey it happens. Then Kenny says, "if you go across the street to the auto parts store they'll certainly have what you need. After you buy them come back and I'll put them on for you, no charge. We appreciate you being a customer." Well guess what, I appreciate being appreciated so I'm taking this time to post a big Thank You Kenny. Can't say enough about this place. I used to get my oil changed at the Toyota dealership, just because it was free for the first year. It took them anywhere from 90-120 minutes because my car has synthetic oil. I never questioned it, because I don't know any better & assumed they knew what was up. One day & just didn't have the time for that so I ran to Jiffy Lube & they were like, "Yep 20 mins, make yourself comfortable inside, there's coffee & tea!" I'm not sure what Toyota was doing that took that long, but I've been going to Jiffy Lube the last couple of years & I couldn't be happier. The guys that work there are super nice & always pleasant. They get me in & out within a half an hour (that's on the long side, & only if there are other customers area of me). read more

I went in for an oil change & was seen right away. I have been dealing with Jeep for about 2 years & it's always a production. I'd have to make an appointment so far out & then having to sit there for usually 1.5-2 hours. The 2 gentleman who helped me today were Jomo & Kenya (as per my receipt) They were very fast & were honest with what had to be done & didn't talk me into any unnecessary services (I was able to use a coupon for $15 off my oil change) Going to Jeep has become very expensive & coming here today was much cheaper! Due to the corona virus, they had gloves & masks on & I was able to stay in my car the entire time. I was happy about that as I feared I'd have to wait outside away from people or in a waiting room. i like the staff at huntington and have been using them for many years. i take all the company cars there for oil change and other maintenence such as wiper blades filters and normal stuff. jomo the manager is great as are the tech workers like shamani and robert and others all are very nice and friendly. quick service and fair prices. youll do best to get on the email list and get some coupons. overall a good place cant really say anything bad. i have vw bug and jiffy is one of the few places that has the special oil it needs. good place read more
