Spiffy Lube has bailed me out on more than one occasion after being treated horribly by two separate auto repair shops. I will never trust another mechanic outside of Spiffy. They listened to my story and took on the mess the two prior shops left my car in. It was fixed right the first time and in a timely manor. Great staff. Came here for an inspection and my car is only few years old.. and my tires are good but u know being a auto care they gotta make money some how. Told me my lug nut for my tire is out which is $10, and without it it won't pass, and considering my inspection was already expired they knew I had my hands tied. I definitely will NOT come back or recommend this place to anyone. Mine was quite simple but imagine others. Smh read more

Went in to get an oil change and told him I wanted conventional oil. He told me no they had to do synthetic and charged me $75 for what should of been $40. It was done very quickly which was great, the only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1. Guy pulls my car around front with the front and rear windows down, it's down pouring. No one told me it was out in the front. Inside was just getting soaked. Will never return. read more

I had an electrical issue with my headlights. a friend of mine recommended this place to me so i gave them a try. service was immediate, fast, and they fixed my problem in less than an hour. whats more is, i didnt have an appointment to come in which was totally my fault. however they did everything possible to accommodate me, which was not only courteous but professional. they showed me what was wrong, and gave me an extremely fair price. all of the workers were hustling. no one was wasting any time. they were busy, but somehow managed to make me feel like i was their only customer. and now they have me as a customer for life. thank you so much for being good people during this crazy time. wish all places operated like you do! read more

Brought my car for oil change. I was in and out in less than 15 min. Affordable, quick and professional. Very pleased.

Brought my car here 2 or 3 times in the past for an oil change (sign says 10 minute oil change) you pull around back to the doors there is a menu as to which type of oil change service you'd like, the employee takes in your car and you go sit in the waiting area. (The only thing is you have to walk through two garages where cars are up on lifts over you there is no other way to the sitting are) Always had good service and in a reasonable amount of time till today. I pulled in and my 3 year old was sleeping in the back. I pulled around back an employee came out and said you need to go ask the guy in the front at the desk if we can take you we're really busy. I said I have her sleeping in the car seat can you ask your boss for me and he said we are really busy ask the guy in the front. With that I left cause clearly I was going to wait way more than 10 mins if they took me. I wonder how the owner would feel knowing employees are turning away business. God bless them if they can afford to do so. I'll go somewhere else for service and fixes from now on. The employee should have went in to ask if they could do my oil change in a somewhat reasonable amount of time and come let me know. That would have been proper customer service than telling me to go in and ask myself, requiring me to take my sleeping kid out of a car seat, walk through the garage (which isn't legal, your not supposed to walk through the pit area) just to see if I have to load my kid back into the car and leave. I gave 3 stars because my past service was fine. This happened on a Thursday afternoon, they must be jam packed on the weekends if your turning away oil changes at 1pm on a Thursday. read more
