This was my first time and I'll definitely use them again. I barely got my first sip of coffee before they were all done - much faster than where I've gone in the past. I also wanted to pay for a tire rotation, but they advised me not to because of the level of wear on my tires - they made the right advisement on that and saved me money. According to OnStar, my oil level was at 19%. I pulled in and told the manager I needed an oil change. I'm a 76-year-old woman and don't know the first thing about cars. They could have changed my oil and I wouldn't have known any better, but the manager told me my oil looked fine and I could go another 3,000 miles. They topped off all my fluids and checked my tires. There was no charge. I thanked them for their honesty. Truly made my day! read more

$77 for a basic oil change and that was with a $15.00 discount. I've never paid over $55. Without the coupon they offered me, the oil change would have been $86.57 for a small SUV. I was sent a survey and when I expressed my displeasure I received no response besides email spam EVERY SINGLE DAY! Go elsewhere. read more

I went in for a simple oil change thought it would cost me at max $60 especially since they used their house brand oil. They ended up charging me for $120 but they told me I could use a $20 coupon. Was a total rip off as they really bent me over and had their way with me as their customer. I will never go back to any Jiffy Lube because of this. STAY AWAY! There's a gentleman running this clip joint named Richard, ...er DICK. This boy has no idea. They ruined the beauty nuts on my F150 today. Dick said it was because the nuts were torqued too tight when the truck came in, of course that was an assumption on their part which I challenged them on. Then the Dick said they were already damaged, and I asked why they didn't tell me before they started trying to remove them. I stated that I thought the socket they were using was worn causing the nuts to become stuck in it. They were banging the socket with a pipe to release the socket from my damaged wheel nuts. When Dick no longer had a factual comeback, he basically said pay your bill, you're done here. So the lesson here is don't go to this clip joint, there's a reason why it's a shithole and they have no clients. Have a nice day, Dick! Get a job flipping burgers.... read more

My truck battery died about a mile away from Jiffy Lube. I called them to ask if they had one in stock, I just have to get my truck there. They did! A young lady who works there (Ashley - I think) drove her vehicle out to me, jump started my truck, followed me to the shop, installed a new battery and for AND told me about a $20 coupon. You come on here to see if a place is worthy enough to visit and I reassure yes this jiffy lube is. Not only did they find, fix, and had me back on the road pronto but they did with great communication and a sense of professionalism that's wanted in a quick stop mechanic shop. I took it first to a smaller jiffy lube that wasn't able to fix the issue I had (hole in my radiator hose) so that place referred me to this full service location and they handled the issue flawlessly. Even when they got busy they got them out happily and took care of my problem in a proper manner. If you need anything small or big (depending) they will do their best and in my opinion and experience is the best in a professional fashion. Thanks guys!! read more

This store lacks ownership and accountability. I had to return after an oil change due to a leak. Was informed that it wasn't their fault because it was already leaking. Which it wasn't and was no evidence of a leak. When funneling and standing my ground the tech stated he didn't replace the drain plug because the new one was missing the gasket....hmmm mm. Yet I was charged for a new plug. I will not be returning. read more

Just had my oil change at this location in Independence, MO off 291. I appreciated the staff, including Jerry. I was given quality service for my car maintenance with above and beyond cleaning/vacuuming and other thorough efficient services they provided, I had to get new wipers and a tire rotation on top of that. I appreciate going over the standard manufacturers required maintenance schedule and not selling me something I don't need. Very impressed with their polite attitudes and and customer service. When we showed up, there were 4 stalls. 2 had cars in them already, 2 were waiting. 6 people were supposed to be working. We watched 1 employee doing windows with the same dirty rag he used on every car and one car when he couldn't get the window clean he just rolled it back down. The girl was supposedly vacuuming but, it looked more like she was just looking for things under the seats, The guy who was to be changing the oil spent more time arguing about how many cars and how long it would take then he did on the cars. 45 minutes later and then they took a car that pulled up after we were already there. It was at that point, we decided not to let them near our car and left. If you have 4 stalls and 6 people all the stalls should be utilized at least and employees should spend less time talking. read more

I went to get a simple oil change done on my vehicle before leaving on a trip. The sign outside the establishment said oil changes were $30. I ended up walking out with a bill for $75 for a basic oil change and vehicle check. I could have gone to my dealership and gotten the same thing done for under $35. Part of the bill was a $20 fee for a single quart of oil that I could have bought at the store for $5. I will not be returning to this establishment. read more

Tina and the other crew members at this Jiffy Lube are very customer friendly and so accomodating! Tina even located the number online for me to get in line at the DMV after my inspection. Above and beyond the call of duty. They are informative without being pushy. They are very fast and thorough. I will always take my car to this location for oil changes and inspections. Horrible experience! Went in to have my 2008 Dodge Ram inspected. Looks new and nothing wrong with it. The jerk of a technician had it for over 40 minutes, then cheerfully comes and tells me I failed? I inquired why and was told my front strip of tint came down about an inch lower than allowed in the front window. Mind you, the tint was installed at Tint Masters and then I had it inspected at a different Jiffy Lube the year before and absolutely no mention of this or any other problems. I bring it to his attention and question it and he tells me I can either have it fixed or take it to the State Police for re-inspection. I understand if I truly had a safety issue, but come on! This jerk wasted 40 minutes of my precious time (I didn't make it to the DMV in time) let alone $12.00 wasted dollars. Had it inspected at a different station the same day, passed with flying colors. This place is always out by the highway trying to generate business, but I will never go to them again. Totally useless, rip-offs. To boot, when I was leaving, the jerk of a tech made it a point to tell me, "Have a great day" (sarcastically). I highly recommend you not bring your car to this facility, 100% no loyalty or care for their customers! read more
