I've done a review on google, but I haven't done one on yelp, and it looks like they don't have a high star rating from yelp. However, this is a five star location.It is a go 2 4 everything I need done for my vehicle. I'm not vehicle illiterate.I'm very well versed in how to take care of my jeep.However, sometimes I don't have the time or day to deal with it. In the last 3 years, this Jiffy Lube has become like family. They are honest, repairs are done quickly and timely. There's always a clean environment. I've never walked into a dirty bathroom or any situation where I felt uncomfortable to sit inside. They will offer you all the things that your vehicle tells you is needed to have done. I've never once been upsold on things I did not need, they only verified what I already know needed to be done. Every technician at this location is spot on hard-working and honest I would work with any either one of these find employees to get my vehicle taken care of. They are competitive for the oil change prices.In the area and also don't forget, there's always coupons online.And at jiffy lube dot com.For people who do want an extra little discount for oil changes. I do advise this location for all of your needs as they are. In all-in-one stop and more reliable than most shops that I've known in more areas. Getting an oil change on my son's car. Typical Jiffy Lube not to clean inside however a nice open sitting area. They have to get out of the car and go inside while they work on your car in the bay next-door. Prices for oil changes have been going up lately so they are pretty much in line with all that. Of course they came out and offered me all kinds of things that I didn't need, but I did not take them at this time. Great experience! Wasn't there for too long, didn't pressure me to get anything else done, and got a nice coupon.

I've been going here for years because it is convenient, but I've had a range of experiences. On the good: they don't pressure me to get more work done, they just inform me what I need. They can be quick, but it just depends on # of cars in front of you. A few times I've waited over an hour and other times it was less than 20'min. They have WiFi, so yay. On the bad, with COVID-19 specific information: Y'ALL NEED TO PUT ON SOME DAMN MASKS. I GET IT. It's 84 degrees. Your bay doors are open. When working on cars you choose not to wear a mask because you are basically outside. That is ok. I left my car windows down so for the limited time you drove my car, hopefully you didn't get the virus all over. But I am effing mad most employees didn't wear a mask in the office area where I am forced to go for the consultation and then to pay. Like are you kidding me? You are less than 6 feet away, I must go within 1.5 feet of you to consent to the work aaaaand you're not wearing a mask? The only employee who did was the woman who has been working there the last year or so at least since I remembered her. Costs are ok. My oil change was $60+ because my car is a delicate damn flower but their website always has coupons and this time I had one for $10 off. Will I go back during covid? Especially during the winter where I'd be stuck sitting in the office? (Today I waited on the chairs outside except when I was required to go inside). Hmmm. I don't know. My normal mechanic is out of the way from where I live ~ 30 min Drive ~ but it's a family owned place and I imagine they will be more responsible about masks, so probably not. :/ read more

The actual service in regards to my vehicle was great. Went in for an oil change, and they let me know what my options were in regards to changing my engine air filter. However, the impression I got from the staff in respect to the reality of COVID-19 were flippant and mocking at best. On top of that, one staff member made a presumptuous remark in respects to my ethnicity, and another staff member was blatantly disgruntled while processing my payment. read more

Edit on 8/13/19: Jiffy Lube corporate called me several times (we played phone tag, but they did not give up!) to try and make this right. They refunded the amount of the oil change and assured me that they spoke with the people at the store on 31 to improve their processes so that something like this would not happen again. I can't say that I am 100% confident in their company, but I CAN say that they did everything they could to make it right, and that says a lot! I brought my car in on 7/25 for a standard oil change and brake inspection. The person who checked me in said that they would do the oil change on the one side of the building and then move the car over to the other side for the brake inspection. When she checked me out, the car was still on the same side, and they didn't charge me for the inspection - so I don't think it actually got done. I started to travel home and on a whim decided to stop by Aldi on 135. My car totally locked up on 135; luckily, I was able to make it to the center turn lane instead of in the actual driving lane. I had to call 911 because I could not even get my car into neutral, and I felt that I was in an unsafe location. I then called the Jiffy Lube on 31 and told them what was going on; he had ZERO advice and said "Well, I'm sure we put oil in the car." I finally said that I was in front of the other Jiffy Lube on 135 and asked if he thought I should call them. He said yes (he should've said he would be happy to call them himself, but alas - he did not). I called the 135 location and they said they would be out to help me shortly. The police officer arrived and was able to put his lights on, making me feel a little safer. We were still trying to get the car in neutral when the other employees came out to us. They started looking around and figured out that the air filter had been placed incorrectly back into my car after the oil change. It was a very easy fix, but I am incredibly lucky that I was in front of the other Jiffy Lube location because the 31 employees weren't going to do anything to help. My husband called the 31 location this morning to explain what happened, and the gentleman said nothing. They offered no refund, no coupon for an upcoming visit, etc. I will not be returning to that location, and I have posted about it (publicly) on my personal Facebook page to encourage my friends to also not go there. I understand mistakes happen, but to not do anything to make it right is unacceptable. I've also contacted corporate to let them know about this issue. I went there to get a headlight changed. It takes less than 5 minutes to do and I waited 35 minutes before I went to the Greenwood location where I was there for less than 7 minutes and they had great service. Not dissing jiffy lube. Just this location read more

Good to see familiar faces. Manager has been there for years and is always on top of things. They treated me right and were honest about what my car needed and didn't need. I trust these guys. Do not go here! 1. Told me oil change was around 57.00 bucks ends up at 82.bucks. Way more than the dealership ever charges me. 2. The guy below had No clue what he was doing , almost ruined skid plate bolt using air gun instead of racket. Dropping stuff, and didn't know where his tools were even. The manager saw I was concerned and went down below with him to help! I'm going to dealership this afternoon for them just make sure everything's right because I simply don't trust them now. How do I know it's not damaged? My vehicle only has 16k on it, don't want it ruined because of some jiffy tech didn't know how to service. Lesson learned NEVER go to this place and stick with a dealership that actually knows what they are doing and don't gouge you for an oil change! I will never go to this jiffy lube again, they made a mistake on my mileage so I just got windshield wipers installed that day, went back knowing that they made a mistake & what did they do, change my oil & told me that I needed new windshield wiper blades, all they do is try to up sell you & don't pay attention to what they had already sold you read more
