The service is terrible here. The workers are rude, they are NOT organized, they're extremely slow compared to other place, 30 minutes before we could even get services. We left. You're better off doing this stuff by yourself, the auto part store is a quarter of the price to just do it yourself! read more

Yes, I do other activities other than just dine out. This little south side facility in front of Costco on County Line Road is consistently staffed with smiling, friendly and very efficient people. There are many choices to get your oil changed and finding a facility that can be trusted and are quick is a big plus. I pulled in at 2pm on the dot, there were 2 vehicles in front of me. As I waited, an employee came out and checked all my lights, scanned me in, reset my oil gage and told me the price. After exactly 25 min, I pulled into the garage and they started on my vehicle. They checked my battery, filled the air pressure on all tires, filled/checked fluids, changed oil filter (of you want/need) and changed the oil. I was done in 10 min. The nice thing is, they have a second person double check the work and they show you your oil level when done. Fast and easy! read more

Had an oil change on 7-8-25. I noticed they did not check tire pressure, but not a problem as I check frequently. Main concern was on 7-11-25 while checking under hood of vehicle, they evidently checked radiator overflow tank and left cap off of tank. Might be a good idea to check everything under hood after an oil change. read more

Been coming to this company/ location since they opened by Costco. Loved the idea of getting your oil changed and not having to get out of your car. Staff is always friendly and QUICK! The times I've been here I'm usually in and out in 20 / 30 mins. Last oil change was last Thursday. Everything went great! I noticed today, Tuesday, there was an oil spot under my car where it had been leaking. I went back in today to get it checked out to see what might be causing it. Holly took care of me once I pulled up, who turned out to be the manager up there. She was so kind. They took a look... they ended up replacing the gasket and plug, as they were bad and ensured the oil was topped off/ changed again, where I was 100% good to go again. Best part? No charge! Great company, employees, stand by their work, and like I said FAST! Can't beat it any of it! read more

This is a great go-to place for a quick and effective oil change. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable on their job. There is no high pressure sales effort. They simply give you the results on all tests performed which includes tire pressure, oil and air filters and more. We get our wipers changed there as needed. Some days there is no wait at all and other days you may have a 30 minute wait. Prices are fair and comparable. You never even have to leave your car. read more

I love love love this particular location. Prolly bc it's the only one I've tried?!? They do an exceptional job! Super friendly staff. They have actually looked for coupons on my behalf. Very Cool. The three coolest parts for me are as follows: 1. VIOC inflates tires when I don't need anything from em BUT air. That's sweet IMO. I never have to mess with buying air or trying to figure out how to buy air (yuck), or if I have enough air or whatever...I totally adore that part about em & it's FREE, 2. VIOC also will fill your windshield wiper fluid for FREE. That's right, you won't havta buy or forget to buy a gallon of it or storing the leftover. Bonus points IMO, & 3. Concert(s), sorta. While you're in your car, you get to self promote your very own concert. That's fabulous. Personally, X103 is my most favorite choice. I crank it up singing to whatever sometimes using my own new words, as if I were getting paid ;) ! Tho at times I have been interrupted during my special encores bc of air filters/car questions but all in all, VIOC didn't mind nor did I. Oil filters should never be this tight!!! Took us 2 days to get it off. I came here because I was in a rush and needed an oil change before a road trip. We decided to do it ourselves this time around because we had the equipment and wanted to save cash, but they put it on way too tight. $30 later and we finally got it off with adjustable pliers. Valvoline - my go to place when I need a quick oil change! The best thing about this place is you pull up and never even have to step foot out of your vehicle! I've been going to Valvoline for the past year anytime I need a quick oil change or service. I love how quick and efficient it is! While I've gone for my oil every single time they check my turning signals, break lights, head lights, tire pressure, etc. it always feels good to leave knowing they've checked all the basics. It's a comparable cost and only takes about 30 minutes at max. My recent trip was 10 minutes long. They will walk you through and suggest everything your vehicle could possibly need but what car place doesn't?! I simply choose what I want and that's it! You are in and out in no time! read more

My husband normally does routine oil changes for our vehicles, but we were short on time and recently put on more than a few miles on my truck from a trip. This place is open Sunday, which is why I chose it. The technicians were fast and communicated well with each other. They seemed to follow procedure to the letter. I paid, left, things are great, until my next oil change. Just one month later I needed another oil change due to another long drive. Surprise! The drain plug was over-tightened and I had to replace it because the threads were stripped out. The oil filter was over-tightened, as well. Maybe this establishment uses power tools to tighten things up? Fine, but it's too much torque. I can't say the technicians did anything wrong. They were courteous and efficient. Maybe Valvoline should re-evaluate certain protocols so as not cause customers extra expenses later on. Just my two cents. read more

Not a good experience at all. Took my son here for his first oil change. What a nightmare. First off it took 35+ minutes to get the oil change. The next morning I had 4 qts of oil on my concrete drive. Not happy. Took back over they topped it off and couldn't figure anything out. Waited 4 days for someone to get ahold of me as the manager was on vacation. (Asked to speak to district manager) he never called. Manager called nice guy. Asked me to bring car in. Defective oil filter was the problem. Two weeks later check engine light came on. Hmmmm. Pop hood. Air intake is laying on top of engine disconnected in two different spots. The broke the tabs and ripped the rubber air intake so you can not attach it anymore. Now I will be paying over $100.00 to swap out an air filter. The people working on the car I could tell had never done anything to a car in their lives. I work on cars, but sometimes take my car in for oil change. Have never had problems at other locations, this was a complete joke. Will not be back. read more

I came in for an oil change and wait time was very short. Being able to call and determine wait time was great. Madeline (manager) did a great job explaining to me the extra things that are recommend for my car urgently, and stuff to do in the future. With limited knowledge on cars- i left feeling like I had some understanding of what needs to be done and was done. Will definitely be going back to see them for another oil change. read more
