I went to Jiffy Lube and Brian the manager checked my oil level, added oil and reassured me. he was so kind and helpful I wanted to hug him. I'm a 75 year old woman and he was so nice and respectful. This Jiffy Lube totaled my car due to a negligent oil change. Because the oil filter O ring gasket was not installed properly, all the oil spilled out of my car while driving on the interstate, causing my engine to seize. The engine failure also had the side effect of damaging my hybrid battery. Trying to get this resolved was a nightmare. After my car became non-drivable in April, I repeatedly requested a rental vehicle to no avail. I called, texted, and emailed again and again, asking for answers on the status of the claim, but I was given little to no information. It wasn't until June that Jiffy Lube finally provided a settlement offer and rental car agreement. Even then, the offer was far below the fair market value of my car. Because it was such an unfair offer, I turned to my own insurance company, which fortunately was able to provide coverage. This whole ordeal caused significant inconvenience and distress. I feel incredibly disrespected by Jiffy Lube as a whole. If you take your car to Jiffy Lube and something goes wrong, good luck getting a fair and timely resolution. read more

Robert was a manager on shift there was a line of people and only 4 people including him on his shift i came in a 4:52pm to get set up for my ABS to get fixed but I waited about 20 mins to get into the garage while I was still waiting I ended up falling sleep while waiting and about the time I woke back up at 6:02pm the shop was already closed for the day , so they served everyone else beside me and I was very upset need better customer service! read more

Incredible service. Came in with a battery that I had purchased at another store, but couldn't figure out how to install. Turns out it goes in the back of the car, not under the hood! I don't have high expectations for instant oil change shops, but this place sucks. 2 hours for an oil change. No one talks to you or tells you what they are doing. They put synthetic oil in my car without asking and tried to charge me for it. All I wanted as a conventional change. I've been here twice and both experiences were bad. read more

Pretty annoyed with this experience. I am a pet transporter so I get my van serviced at Jiffy Lube locations all over the country. Usually, I'm in and out in 15 minutes. 25, tops. Service here was just sad. I pulled in and was one of 4 cars in the garage (2 being worked on). The female attendant was so busy flirting with the client that she just kept hanging into her window, taki g her sweet time with the conversation--vecause that's why we come to an auto shop, the conversation. When the truck ahead finally finished (the tech kept getting g called away by the manager, i thought it would be my turn. Instead, they set up 2 people who had shown up after me. I spoke up and they made a big deal about "getting me next", but when I finally did pull up the manager kept talking to my tech about old orders and pulling him away from my oil change service. It's called JIFFY lube. As in, "quick as a jiff." AS IN FAST. Going on 40 minutes now and I'm frustrated. I hate when auto shops give preferable treatment, especially since it was the dudes they were pushing through first. We are all paying the same, get out of the 1920s. read more

First, I had to wait 25 minutes for assistance. While waiting 2 cars came and left. There was only one car in the building that was getting service. Since they did have the synthetic oil that they used before, they required me to have a engine flush and they would be able to change my oil. The pervious employee suggested to me to uses that product. With no additional charge. The manager wouldn't waive the fee. I told them that they would be losing a returning customer, if this wasn't taken care. She wouldn't have it. I mentioned to her that I come twice a year to this location. The manager said she couldn't do anything. I asked her to talk to her manager and she wouldn't provide me with his office number. I will never go back to any of the Jiffy Lube because of this experience. Bad customer service and later I find out that when I did my oil change earlier in the year, they didn't give me the right amount. read more

The staff were nice but everything else was very aggravating. They did not tell me everything they were fixing until after. I also came as soon as they opened and there were only one or two cars there the whole time. I was there for 3.5 hours just for brakes and watched as 5 staff members just sang and danced when they could've easily sped up the process of my car and worked together. At least give the guy one helping hand. $600+ just for my breaks. Never going here again. read more

I stopped at this Jiffy Lube for an oil change. I was first shocked by the cost even with a coupon. 2 weeks later, I was in need of a completely new oil change. The team hadn't tightened the plug or replaced the pan under my vehicle correctly. My car had been leaking the entire time. I was traveling when I was made aware I was needing a new oil change and surrounding jiffy lubes were closed. I had to go somewhere else. I emailed the customer service team and was told I'd be contacted within 3 days but 3 weeks later I still haven't not been contacted by anyone regarding the issue. I read Dan D.'s review before I went here, so I was expecting that the oil change process here might be a little slow. It certainly was. I was probably here for about an hour to get my oil changed. There were only 4 cars in line and 2 technicians, so I'm not entirely sure why it took so long. I guess there's nothing "Jiffy" about this store, but it'll suffice since the hours are decent and it's close to where I live. They did make my filthy car have sparkling clean windows, so that's a bonus. read more

The technician I worked with, Phil, was extremely polite and explained everything to me, without recommending a bunch of extra stuff. I'm not very knowledgable about cars, so I liked that he was just very honest and straightforward. He even told me to google 'Jiffy Lube coupons' and I found one for $10 off- that's what I call great customer service. This place is easy to find, and the entrance is easily accessible. The waiting room has a restroom, a coffee pot, a soda vending machine, a TV, a decent magazine selection, and some seriously comfortable chairs- such a nice surprise. My only complaint is that I was told my service would take about an hour, and it actually took just over 2 hours. I will return here for sure. read more

2 Stars is a little low here. I will agree with the intake process being slow and somewhat unorganized or they have their own system. Came in a little after 7am. 2nd car there. They were already working on another vehicle. I followed their entrance directions and got out. The key here is just wait in the waiting room until they bring up your car. They do not discuss services until your car is on deck. I can see advantages and disadvantages. FYI... I did not experience it, but I know the floors can be greasy in auto garages and usually they dont allow people to walk through them. But this set up is different. Just walk slow and light on your steps. The service was fantastic. Phil was kind and you know he could go off on you because hes a big dude and you know hes one of those people who dont take shit. But he is courteous and respectful. He knows what his job is and its to inform you and sell you of things that need fixing in relation to services they provide. It is a little pricey, but you know what... If youre lacking and cannot replace your cabin filter and theres a dead mouse in there... Time to change it. *NOT ME* I was the GM for a Sears Auto Center for some years... The typical time you want for an oil change is 30 min. That sometimes is just not possible. All the additional checks and services they provide... Like washing windows, vaccuming your car, checking all your fluids. Plus dealing with cars coming in and going out. Possibly with a 3 person crew... Its a strain. *I suggest you allot an hour or so to just sit and let them do their job. If you rush them, they will do a rushed job* I will be checking my oil levels monthly to see if I am losing oil. The first oil change saw no significant drop in oil with the high mileage. *Key sign they actually put high mileage in an older vehicle* Second time bringing the car here and its been painless. I need to buy tools after moving here with nothing. Then I can obviously do it for cheaper and myself, but in lieu... Jiffy Lube is close, a little expensive, but pretty close to being worth it. read more

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!!!! I got my oil changed here on Sat., Oct. 5, 2019. After leaving I was called and told to come back because my car had left a puddle of oil on the shop floor. On my way back to get the issue resolved, wet roads and oil covered tires resulted in a wreck. Thousands of dollars worth of suspension and body damage were done to my vehicle. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!!!! They initially took full responsibility for everything. They also refunded my money further acknowledging they were at fault. They promised to fix everything. I was advised to return a couple days later to be connected with an auto repair shop. Upon my return, I was told that it wasn't Jiffy Lube's fault by the store manager, William. William went even further to verbally attack me in front of the other customers in the waiting area. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!!!! After filling a corporate complaint, I finally got a call from their district manager, Lee, who took days to send my info to their claims department. The staff at this Jiffy Lube are nice and communicative and listen to me without trying to up sell me on stuff. I already need a really pricy synthetic for my Prius and today they were apologetic about not having a cheaper version and I was like "No Worries! I always get that pricey one." They have adjusted well to Covid procedures. I stayed in my car while they did the work because the waiting area is too small for social distancing. I reset my own maintenance needed display so they wouldn't have to risk contamination inside of my car. It was a pleasant experience and I get the feeling that people aren't very nice to them because if you are even remotely adaptable they act like you're a saint. Go there and be nice. read more

TERRIBLE! Entering the garage was confusing. I needed an oil change, but there was no indication anywhere that this location performs oil change. I stopped my car and called for assistance. I was ignored. I had to literally walk up to within 3 feet of one of the employees working on another car to ask for directions for an oil change. She told me to go to the cone at bay three. The bays are not numbered. I guessed that the third bay from where she stood was what she meant. I pulled in and waited. I watched the staff wander back and forth licking candy suckers, drinking water, and, occasionally, making small adjustments on the cars already in the bays. After 15-20 minutes a member of the staff drifted over to my car and asked what I needed. I explained I needed an oil change. He asked to scan something on the inside of the front, driver-side door. He was openly exacerbated that my car was not in their system and thrust a tablet at me telling me to register. I did so. Then I watched the staff wander back and forth licking candy suckers, drinking water, and, occasionally, making small adjustments on the cars already in the bays. After 15-20 minutes a member of the staff drifted over to my car and asked what I needed. I handed him the tablet and told him I needed an oil change. Literally the best oil change experience ever! I pulled up at 8:15am and out by 8:40am. 5 minutes faster than they estimated and I needed to be at work on time. Loved Nyasia, the customer service rep. She was helpful, efficient and didn't try to up sell me anything I didn't need. Loved Phil, he treated everyone in the bay with respect. Gave me honest feedback and excellent suggestions. Good people! The GM not only checked over my car but also personally washed my windows. He has a son with Autism who works in the shop. Super near and dear to my heart as my son also has Autism. They had him working with the team, learning valuable skills but most importantly they all treated him like one of the team. Anytime an oil change place sells u a $60 oil change with the promise to top off your liquids for the next 5 months you expect them to deliver! Not here, brought it in last week, was told I only needed washer fluid, then the next day my oil light came on, my poor car was bone dry! I'm back in today to see if they rectify the situation. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is bc last time I came in they were pretty fast with the oil change and didn't pressure me in to buying anything else. read more

Slow Slow and Slow that's what I have to say about this location. 1 hour 15 minutes it took to get an oil change and tire rotation. Here's the kicker I was the only person in the shop when I pulled in and there were 4 guys working in the garage. I have had 2 good experiences at this Jiffy Lube location. The oil change went smoothly and quickly in both of my experiences. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and I made new friends in the waiting area during both visits. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable although, as a woman, I felt that I was possibly taken advantage of due to my limited auto knowledge. Both times I ended up paying over $100 when all I was wanting was an oil change. However, if you know what you need, it would be a very reasonably priced option. I was slightly disappointed in their vacuuming abilities. But c'mon, what mechanic is also a detail-oriented vacuumer?! I'd recommend it to anyone in the neighborhood. read more
