What in the actual hell. I went to go get my car AC fixed up, and my husband wasn't able to do it because he works every day so he didn't have the time. I'm pretty sure they effed me over because I'm a girl who doesn't know about cars, but the second I came home there was an engine light going off And there was a few things unplugged. I know this because my husband is a mechanic. He just didn't have time to work on the car himself. I'm pretty pissed off but I won't be taking it back just to get it fixed. I've been going to this Jiffy Lube for years, and the only time I haven't gone is when I moved out of state briefly. I've seen many staff come and go, but one thing has always been steady. The service is done quickly, the workers are incredibly friendly, and I never have to doubt their work. Today, I had Tito, sharif, and stephen working on my car as I got regular maintenance done. All the folks who work here are super sweet and helpful. I had a check engine light situation going on, and they were able to help me out. They were very quick with the service, and helpful when I had to come back again for the Texas DMV inspection. The second time I came back one of the technicians noticed that there was a big bubble in one of my tires. She pointed it out to me and told me it was dangerous. I went straight to Discount Tire, another place I highly recommend, and they told me point-blank that I was lucky I made it there. When I first came here with problems with my car such as needing a tune up and oil change etc. the person who worked here known as "Steve" did not care about the problems with my car and did not want to seem to help. I kept asking if anything could be done but he didn't seem at all to want to do his job or give at least good customer service. Don't come here. I wouldn't come here again. I've never paid more then 50$ for an OIL CHNAGE & suddenly I'm 113$ out. Even after saying I didn't want the extra stuff he did it anyways charging me w no problem. I'm so happy I had got paid when I went otherwise I would have been so embarrassed prepared to pay no more then 50$ & having to spit up 113$. But not all bad, they do give you a 13$ off coupon. The mechanics were sweet! They made sure I was comfortable the entire time reassuring me with things like, "I'll take care of your baby, don't worry!" and "Come back here to change that oil, I'll get you $10 off." Just seriously went out of their way to make sure I was good to go. I had to dock off a star because the district manager, I believe is what the cashier told me he was, was RUDE! I mean, he would cut me off to ask the cashier a question, and he hounded her for ten minutes before he let off. He accused her of lying in front of two customers, and we just sat there shocked. As soon as he went into the garage and left the cashier, me, and the other customer in the waiting room, the other customer made a remark before I could about how rude this man was. And we spent the better part of five minutes talking about how neither of us would handle it, but she's pregnant and needs the job. SAD. I get that you're doing some type of inspection, but you need to handle your gripes away from the customers and not belittle one of your employees. I hope the district manager sees that he cost this location a 5 star rating, and he fixes the way he handles things. This location was great before you ruined it. read more

The actual service was performed quickly, the workers were professional, and gave me some great knowledge on what's needed in the future. Gave me a discount, much appreciated. I have an older vehicle and it was nice to hear them say that my car is in great shape. The employees here are kind and very welcoming. DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED at the Jiffy Lube located on WS Young! Because of convenience and time, I decided to get my oil changed here on Aug 24 (Sat), penzoil high mileage synthetic oil.. Drove home after that and noticed my car drove rough but didn't think anything of it. Stayed home the rest of the day. The next day, I come out in the afternoon and notice an oil leak on my driveway coming from under my car. Threw a pan under my car in case the leak continues... On Aug 26 (Monday), I go outside to see my car... Still leaking... Brought it to Jiffy Lube with the video I took of the oil leak. They said they couldn't find anything wrong and if I notice anymore leaking, then to bring it back again.. So I guess 2 full days of it leaking isn't a big cause for concern but that's okay since y'all already took my money. Didn't even offer assistance in dealing with the oil all over my driveway! So I took my car to my usual mechanic and said I needed an oil change. He checked my oil and basically asked why I wanted one because the oil doesn't look like it needed to be replaced yet. I explained the situation to him. Long story short, my mechanic said my oil drain plug gasket needed to be replaced and showed it to me. That's the reason my oil was leaking. Lesson learned to stick to my usual mechanic! I ended up paying for another oil change since I didn't trust the service that Jiffy Lube did. And received a new drain plug at no extra cost. I basically paid Jiffy Lube to place half my oil in my car and the other half on my driveway and work parking lot. On a side note, the Jiffy Lube workers here are polite and the place is clean. But those couldn't make up for them not noticing my drain plug needed replacing and having to pay for another oil change. read more

I got here first thing in the morning to get my car inspected so I could get it registered for another year and both of the guys were super nice and attentive. I was in and out in about 10 mins. It gave me enough time to get to the DMV and be the first one there so I didn't have to spend all day there.
