All the other big shops were quoting me for several hours of work, so this small family owned shop easily beat the other estimates. But the customer service was awesome, got us in in a timely manner and responds to messages quickly. We went in for a tune on my boyfriends camaro and not only did they tune it, they say there for 2 hours re-writing the previous tune that was messed up, they tack welded his exhaust that has been popping off, they charged us almost $2-300 less than an opposing shop and got all of this done the same day that we dropped it off. This place reminds me of every other performance shop run by some stupid ass who doesn't know how to run a business. This guy was probably some mechanic and decided to open his shop which is why they can't keep up basic business practices. When someone calls your shop and requests a quote you call them back. When someone emails you after listening to your voicemail 9 times because you don't answer your phone you should probably email them back. Especially when said customer is asking for LABOR prices. Isn't that how you all make the majority of your money is on LABOR? I don't care if this shop MIGHT be able to work on Cars. If they can't even follow basic business practices you think I trust them to work on my car? That's probably why they are in Cedar Park, can't run a legit business to pay Austin rent. Sad. read more

GREAT PERFORMANCE TUNE SHOP! I stumbled upon this shop doing a duckduckgo search and was intrigued by the reviews, most are very positive. So I decided to check them out since I wanted to know what my car was putting out at the wheels. When I got there I met Stacey, and what I love about her and her husband is they are straight shooters and will tell you like it is...just how I like it! I had a great time talking with both of them, and their Techs are also very friendly....shoots, even their customers are nice, which tells me this is the place to get your car tuned...especially if it's a Chevy. Jerry has a lot of experience in tuning and mostly working on GM Z cars (aka Z06, Z71, ZL1) for a dealership. In fact dealerships will honor his work and still keep the warranty on their customers cars if they have a tune or any work done on their car by Jerry. Unfortunately, I have an EFI Tune on my car and will need to wait a bit before I change over to HPTuners. However, when I do, I will have Jerry do all the work...He is a true Car Tuner from what I can tell and not like some of the other "cartooners" out there. Do not go!!! It started out good but then they stopped returning phone calls and that should have been a sign. When we would talk it would just be a couple more weeks and it would be done. They never came through with anything they said. I would drive by the shop and it would never be in the shop.My vehicle was at this shop for over a year and cost me thousands of dollars. They would tell me to order parts and then they call me months later and they don't know how to use the part they told me to order! You think they wanted to refund me $1800 for the part they recommended? Nope. I had to get a tow truck to go pick it up because it still didn't run when they told me to come pick it up because they were done working on it. Take it from me and don't go and waste your money. read more

Jerry is a master of his craft. At the time, I had a twin-turbo C6 and Jerry was able to accurately diagnose and repair all it's quirks that comes with owning such a car. His shop also repairs daily drivers, so don't make the mistake of thinking they'll only work on high performance cars. Not many technicians will take the time to answer every question and go over everything with you in detail. Stacy and Jerry set aside their day off so I could tune my car for an upcoming race, After hours and hours of trouble shooting and not being able to correct the problem, I just wanted to give up but both Stacy and Jerry kept pushing me.
