They broke my air filter housing, took my vehicle back and the workers took pictures of it. Manager calls me and said it was caused by a missing screw after his employees said the worker should of took the cross bar off instead of ripping the box open. They denied all responsibility. I would never recommend this business to anyone. Some of the workers are good people but the manager and owner are shady as f____. read more

Wow! $158 for a basic oil change! Is this the new normal because I can't see this business model lasting for long. And they don't rotate tires which may have been good seeing as how that would up the bill to $200. Klamath Falls is not New York City. I'm looking elsewhere next time. read more

Where to begin with this place...for starters please do not ever bring your vehicle here for any sort of service. If I could give no stars I would. I took a chance and brought my wife's car (2016 Rav4) here a few months back for a quick oil change. This place up sells and up charges everything imaginable. A simple oil change was upwards of $200. I figured that's fairly standard given the state of the economy these days. Strike One. Took a chance and brought my truck (2014 F-250) in for a service. Strike Two. Once again, upcharges were out the ass and ended up costing me just shy of $500. I opted to wait in the lobby while they did the work. I witnessed these pre-pubescent boys revving the throttle and giggling like school girls. The cherry on top was the fact my truck was returned with a broken grille, which was not there previously. Also, don't bother bringing in any sort of coupon as they no longer accept corporate released ones since they're a privately owned franchise. Absolute joke of a business. If there were an option for NEGATIVE STARS I'd be mashing that button like whack-a-mole. What a RIP OFF - completely unsatisfied with every part of my experience with an oil change. Kris (the Mercurochrome headed employee) seems to be the ring leader of the "let's see how much more we can charge on totally unnecessary products and services". And to "top it all off" (pun intended) they failed to top of the other necessary fluids of my vehicle. Arrogant and misogynistic - apparently he has peaked his career at JL - as he is il equipped to work anywhere else other than mopping floors at a peep show. I have a feeling if I didn't have mammary glands and a vagina it may have been a slightly less unacceptable experience. If I wanted to be treated like my IQ was wavering between moron and dull normal I would have stayed with my first husband. Possibly my second as well. Total lack of care for the customer. Completely tumescent with anticipation on getting that up sell and a few extra bucks. By reading other reviews it sounds like this is an endemic problem and fatal flaw with this particular JL. And obviously whomever owns this business is quite okay with it. Le sigh. My boobs and birth canal will be taking their business elsewhere to be sure. I told my son to have the oil changed in my 2014 GMC sierra. He took it to Jiffy Lube and asked for a service and at that point was asked if he wanted a transmission flush, and differential oil change. He told them that he just wanted the oil changed. All said and done a simple lube oil and filter ended up costing $289. I called them when I found out what they charged and the guy that was in charge said he could give me a 15% coupon my next visit. I would not even consider going back if he offered to do the next one for free. read more

I came to Jiffy Lube because my regular had six cars waiting. Jiffy Lube had no customers. 2012 Toyota Prius. They told me they could only do full synthetic, as that is the only 0-20 ( i.e. Toyota suggested) they had. $99.95..... Oh wait, The Toyota uses a cartridge oil filter, which costs more. So it would be more.... I am sorry,but I left. Full synthetic is less than $9 a quart. A Toyota Prius uses 4.4 quarts. A cartridge filter for a Prius costs about $1 more than a full filter. $40 for oil and $7.00 for a filter. And less than an hour to change it. A dirty job but Jiffy Lube wanted more than $100. It was interesting that they did not show their prices publicly. read more

I went to get an oil change for the second time and I was told that the oil change prices had gone up to $159.00. I have never heard of such a ridicules price for a regular oil change. Just a shame this business is taking advantage of being in a small town. I will not be back and I'm telling my friends! read more

Been getting my oil changed here since 2005. Never had any issues. My fluids are always topped off and they the condition of the rest of my vehicles, tires, and lights included. The staff work effectively and I've rarely seen the customer service in a bad mood. 5 stars. read more

I went to Jiffy Lube in Klamath Falls, Oregon for an oil change November 17,2022. I drive a 2019 Subaru that is new to me with low mileage. We have had services done there in the past with no issues. They had the hood up and were proceeding with the oil change. They had forgotten to get the odometer reading, so they told me to turn on the car. They had removed the oil filter. The technician then got a hose and was spraying under the hood. It seemed strange for him to do that. I left Jiffy Lube and detected an oil smell. I went to the Subaru dealer who showed me alot of oil in the engine compartment. I went back to Jiffy Lube and they finally told me what happened. I believe it is totally an oversight on their part for not getting the odometer reading before they opened the hood. They attempted to clean up the oil. They had water on the firewall, it was puddled in the battery holder. It was wet everywhere. I told them I wanted a refund and they said "No, we gave you an oil change.". They gave me a 15% coupon for my next visit. I said with service like this, I doubt I will come back. They said "That is your option, you can go wherever you want to.". My car still has an oil smell. If I am going to pay that amount of money, I should get better service than what I received. They would not offer any restitution for what they did. read more

I stopped here on a Sunday usually go to Oil Can Henry's but they were closed and I was past due for an oil change.

They lost a 15 year patron today. Since they're now "privately owned" (per the manager) they no longer accept Jiffy Lube coupons. I've never paid over $40 at this Jiffy Lube in the last 15 years. They quoted over $63 for a simple service. If you needed other fluids for your vehicle it was more money. I'd go anywhere else if you want reasonable pricing. read more

What a rip off. Over 70 bucks for an oil change, and they don't even top any of the fluids off!! My fault for not asking for a quote ahead of time .. but ive never spent over $45 for an oil change in my life. What a joke! Lesson learned! read more

My son had his oil changed here, only to have the oil light come on an hour and a half later on his trip back to his summer internship. He stopped at another Jiffy Lube where they found he was completely out of oil, which damaged his engine. Our first conversations with the manager here seemed positive as they assumed responsibility for the situation, but 3 weeks later, they still have not resolved the issue for us, and despite promises that the owner will call us back, we've heard nothing. I'd like to be able to come back and change this review for the positive, but I'm thinking it's heading toward legal recourse and follow up with Corporate Headquarters. read more

As bad as it gets. The place seems cluttered and dirty, the technicians were all in such a hurry they forgot multiple things I asked for them to check. When I wanted an air filter put in they said putting it in place would be an extra $20 on top of the price of the filter itself. I have 50+ oil changes a year done for my fleet and have never had anyone in 7 years try to charge extra to just put a new air filter in. Definitely a shady / rip off move on their part. Also asked for all tires at a certain PSI, my invoice said one thing (which wasn't what I asked for) and when I tested the pressure myself the actual pressures didn't match the invoice OR the actual PSI I requested. Avoid this place, Oil Can Henry's took care of me once I left and we had a good laugh about the 20$ fee to put an air filter in. The quality control at Jiffy seems non existent. read more

Since moving to kfalls, finding there is no kia dealer, we took our car to this place, figuring they can't screw up an oil change. Boy were we wrong. First, they didn't tighten the oil filter, then, when my husband took it back, they broke the skid plate. After making a complaint with corporate, the manager called us and said he would call us back.... We are still waiting for that call. In the meantime, we took the car to Kia in Medford and they fixed the skid plate. They weren't sure how anyone could have broken it, either. Run, don't walk. Not only did they cost us more money, they couldn't even apologize. Customer service was LOUSY read more

for the price the manager should have better customer service. customer service: when a customer is very unsatisfied as a customer the manager of the business they should be able to offer some sort of remedy to satisfy that customer. not encourage the customer to take it up with corporate and should attempt to remedy there on the spot. read more
