Terrible services. Sales tried to sell services not required. They damaged my vehicle on 6/5/2025 and tried to get me to buy 24 lug nuts for 186 dollars when they were at AutoZone for 36 dollars. They swore they could not get the lug nuts off. I went down the road and the next tire shop had no problems getting the lug nuts off. Firestone had damaged several of my lug nuts so I did replace all 24 lug nuts for 29 dollars. The Firestone store was trying hard to rip me off and they are being placed under investigation by the state for financial exploitation of a senior. The local investigative media reporter has been contacted. read more

I've taken all my cars to this store for over 10 years. Whether for tires or repairs, they've always been great and more importantly.. Honest. Case in point: This morning I left the house at 7:00. Yesterday, it was snowing, and I was using my windshield wipers. So when I got home, the wipers were still in the "on" mode. But because it was below zero this morning, when I started my car, the wipers tried to do their job, but the drivers side was frozen to the windshield. Long story short, the drivers wiper failed, and only the passenger side functioned. I called Firestone and asked if they could repair it, or did I need to take it to the dealership? They told me to bring it in. Turns out it was an easy fix, and they DID'NT CHARGE ME!! They could have easily charged me for labor at least, and I would have paid, no questions asked. In my mind I expected it to cost no less than $100, and I was bracing for it. There's nothing better than hearing "No charge" when expecting an expensive fix. I love this place. Check 'em out! They had my car for 7 days I asked them to check a couple things. Called 4 time through the 7 days to check on things. They were not able to fix the main issue I had going due to my car being too old. And I said well can you please change the transmission oil at least. I was told yess and that was on day 4. I show up and they did not change the transmission oil. When I asked why not they said they were too busy. Lol place is a joke read more

My husband and I have been customers for years. They have been honest with my husband as he knows his cars and what they need. They tried to upsell me at first until they learned my car is a fleet company car and they have to adhere to the maintenance schedule. But, they totally took advantage of our young daughter taking her car there for an oil change on her own for the first time. She went in for a $35 oil change which ended up to be $150 after they upsold her on filters!!! We won't be back. read more

Don't ever buy tires her. Their coupons where you go the website to get the discount does not accept the coupon a few weeks after the purchase and they don't tell you that. But the BIGGEST reason is their sales manager lies to makes tire sales. Went in to change the oil and they recommended changing the tires due to low tread at 4. My tires had 22k miles and the guy on the phone ( I went home) said all my tires needed to be changed. I couldn't believe and after a few questions from me about the tires he still recommended to replace them. Got the new tires and they were bad, had a noise, a slight bumping. They said they could remount, had that done, still bad. Upset so I looked at the paperwork and saw the old tires I had replaced, Firestone wrote down 1 tread had a reading of 4, all the other tread lines on that tire had 6-7 depth. The other 3 tires had depths of 6-8. So one tread had a 4, and you're not legally required to change your tires s until 2 depth! Found that out later. I only drive that car about 8k per year, those tires would have lasted another year, or I could have bought one used tire with higher tread. I wonder if it was 4 cause the other treads were so much higher. I told the sales guy I was out of work and that $800 for tires was tough right now, but he argued with me to get them now. So I trusted him. I later wondered if he personally needed my tires for his car, but one can't prove that and then thought no he just needed to make a sale and just lied about the facts cause I asked if all the tires had low tread. Firestone recommends this at 4 depth. They wouldn't refund me, and no matter what they did, the new ties weren't any good with the bumping noise. So I bought new tires again and paid an extra $120 cause they were a better name. Never go here. read more

We started this morning going to our local Firestone, but they were unable to squeeze us in due to low staffing. I called the Farragut Firestone, and they had the same staffing issues, but were able to squeeze us in. I can't thank Jerry, Peter, Jackson and Luke enough! We got stuck there longer than expected, but it was well worth it because these are some of the most genuine people. They made sure we got the best price possible, updated us every step of the way, and apologized far more than they needed to for the wait. Jerry, your service manager, don't ever lose him. He alone will create more loyalty for this location than anything else. He is honest genuine and goes above and beyond for help. My car broke down on the 40/275 interchange and racing against the clock he got my girl examined and fixed in 3 hours with half a crew. 6 hours of driving quickly because 12 but Jerry and Luke were a huge part of why that wasn't an awful day. read more

I called Firestone Complete Auto Care on Sunday morning and spoke with Roger. One of the belts on my classic 1989 Ford Crown Vic was starting to shred, and I needed to have it replaced ASAP before it shredded completely off and possibly blew up my engine. I called the shop and Roger said it would be better if I get my car there earlier in the day rather than later. Once I arrived at the shop, Roger was on the ball! I explained to him the noise my car was making and he checked the belt on my car. Once we were back in the shop, he was able to give me a rough estimate of the cost of the repair. In the end, the repair/belt replacement only took about an hour (if that), and was less than $150, which was what he had quoted me before the repair was done. (Please note: your repair or belt replacement may take longer or may cost more, but I want to be completely transparent with you about my experience.) Also, I am so glad that this shop has Sunday hours (8 AM - 5 PM). I would totally use this shop again if I'm ever in a pinch again. read more

My son went for a brake system flush and paid around $121. Good deal, right? Returned to Toyota months later for an oil change at Toyota. One of the recommended services was a brake system flush. In the process, Toyota tech showed me the color of the brake fluid. I was confused because I thought I remembered having that done. It took me a good while to find my Firestone receipt where indeed, it had been done that same year. I will not be going back to Firestone, nor recommending it. read more

Definitely wouldn't recommend. Bob (currently at the Lenoir City location) is completely dishonest and should not be trusted. Quoted over $260 for an unecessary repair service because of "rusted lug nuts". Took to dealer and paid just over $9 to replace a couple of the lug nuts and $15 for the tire rotation. (That should have been free at Firestone because tires were purchased with them.) I've questioned their business practices in the past but after this I will NEVER use them again. Shameful! read more

Awful store, they told me it would cost $270 to balance 4 tires, after speaking to someone else they tried to charge me to mount and balance the tires when I made it very clear I want them to balance the tires and that's it. They were literally already on the car. After talking to the old man at the desk he changed the price again, at this point I had gotten 3 different prices in 5 minutes. I asked to talk to the manager to get a price since the workers at the front had no clue what they are talking about. He walked into the garage and yelled "will he leave me alone" as the door was still shutting and everyone in the waiting room heard. I was told the manager is busy and can't talk to you. Awful service, they also "looked at the wrong ticket" for the lady in front of me before I spoke to anyone, she caught it but they almost charged her hundreds extra for fixing some other persons car. read more

Turns out they not only are more than most, they are more expensive than the Honda dealership. So not wanting to take the car elsewhere, I decide to go with them using the $50 off brake job in firestone.com- I was told however I that I couldn't because they had already figured that in. So far, it's not going well. I have not written a bad review and this will be my first. So bear with me. My daughter's car lost a wheel yesterday. Fortunately for her it happen on the tow truck instead of on the road. When we called around for the best price and my son was sold a bill of goods by this place. RM motors told me it too good to be true and I should have listen to Roddy. Now that it's there, my bill will be twice what I was quoted. Slowest tire rotation I've ever had. It took an hour for them to rotate the tires. Huge waste of time. Other places have had my tires rotated in 10 minutes. Other than that, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful and it was a good experience. If you have the time it would be a great place to get your car serviced but it was totally not worth it for me. read more

Had a 4 pm appt. Went by a couple of times going errands. Noticed not busy. Showed up around 3 pm and said I was early for a 4 pm appt and noticed they were not busy. Person said no problem. About 3:45 I asked how things were going. Said I had a 4 pm appt. I said If he had said that I had to wait 4 pm because I had an appt I could have done other things and come back exactly at 4 pm. Been doing business there a couple of years; however, the guy was an A hole to me. Good luck. Except for this bad day they are ok. I suggest that you go else where or do not make an appointment. We broke down on a Saturday afternoon 40 mins outside of Knoxville- called this firestone location, they said they'd be closed by the time we got a tow sorted but to leave our car there overnight and they'd look at it Sunday morning. I had been planning to get tires soon so I had done a little research on the tires I wanted, but not from where to get them. A triggered tire sensor and a nail in my tire prompted me to frantically google local tire places. Firestone was the first place that I called. They said a patch would be $29.95 and that they could get the Michelin tires that I wanted in case I needed to buy tires. I nervously drove down to the location, praying that my tire didn't blow out on the way. I arrived and the guy came out to look at my tires. He said it couldn't be patched. I don't know whether or not this was true. He ended up selling me on some Firestone tires that were ostensibly cheaper. He said they were $100 off and I'd get a $60 mail-in rebate. I got a life-time alignment for $159 and lifetime rotate and balance as well as a road hazard warranty. I spent $936 on this. In the moment, I was so overwhelmed at the unexpected nail in my tire and I felt stuck there and like I didn't have much of a choice. I feel very taken advantage of and while I will go there to utilize the lifetime services for which I paid so much, I will never buy tires from Firestone again. read more
