Just went there to drop off used engine oil as I used to for years. Not a soul in site found two guys in the office playing on their phones. I said I always drop off oil here, he said to drop it on the floor. I said I need the container back. He said we have to test it, I said good test it its fresh oil from my Honda... .then he went on to say go elsewhere or try next door and how they get fined. Both of them again lazy sitting in the office doing nothing giving me the runaround about why they can't take it. Nice job owner you hired two of the most lazy employees you could find. Brought my car in for service under their diagnosis. Car was supposed to be returned to me in 1-2 days and that turned into a week. Terrible communication and horrendous staff. Juan tried telling me that I needed a new battery after their mechanic had to put my engine back together they messed it up... took it to AutoZone to check it and they said I was all good. Safe to say never taking my car here ever again, confirmed after an hour long rant w my friend with a similar experience with the same staff that this place sucks. read more

Well I sat waiting for service for about five minutes. All garage spots were empty. No employee in site. Finally I left. On my way out, I saw an employee sitting at a desk inside playing on his phone. I guess he gets paid an hourly wage regardless of how many sales he makes. I brought my mazda miata in for a routine oil change. Next day i lost power on the freeway and the car started smoking, almost getting me into a serous accident. i brought back in and they said i had bad spark plugs. Not true as i had them replaced by mazda 10k miles previous. Mazda said that by Jiffy Lube overfilling by a quart, they fouled my plugs and would need to be replaced. If i wouldn't have checked this place would have tried to sell me new plugs. the owner of the business should be ashamed. read more

I went there after a friend said they did headlamp polishing-I was greeted by a man telling me they do heavy mechanical work too-just wanted headlamps polished-after two hours of them spraying and scraping off and runs all over the headlamps I asked them to stop as now my chrome grille was ruined too. They lied about price/time to complete and as a former adjuster who also worked in a body shop-I would not recommend this business--my dealer looked at my headlamps and said they need to be replaced-cost $1000- bad business practices and customer service! read more

AVOID this place at all costs. I took my Ford Escape back in August 2024 for an oil change. Upon checking my car, the crew there claimed my rear brakes were days away from going out. I should've ignored this but the scare tactic worked and I agreed to have them replaced in addition to the requested oil change. 3 hours later and almost $700, I drove away thinking everything was good. Boy, was I wrong. About a month later, I started hearing a clanking noise in the back of my car. I took it back to this Jiffy Lube to have them inspect it. The tech said he looked it over and nothing was wrong and that the noise would go away. It did, but a few months later, every time I braked in reverse, I heard a loud groaning noise. This time, I took it to a reputable brake shop, where they told me the back brakes were installed improperly, with some parts on backward. Got the brakes replaced at a fraction of Jiffy's price and what a difference. Oh, and this gets better. A month ago, my check engine light came on. I took it to another reputable shop, where they said I was a couple of quarts low. Jiffy Lube NEVER changed my oil despite charging me for it. Run far, far away from this place. There are better, honest shops out there who won't potentially put you or your car at risk. read more

My go to Jiffy Lube! I always come here for my smog tests. It is the cheapest place I have found, I believe it is like $22. Today I was worried about having to wait a long time with two cranky kids in the car. I can't remember the gentleman who helped me, but he was helpful, efficient, & very kind and helped me get in & out in under 15 minutes which I really appreciated. I will be back anytime I need service or another smog test. read more

I have a high end Mercedes so I was extremely hesitant to bring it to a lower end facility but was pressed for time. This particular location has an individual named Astrid. Don't let the fact that Astrid is a female fool you, especially in a man's industry! She knows her stuff and saved me an additional service, as well as an error. Highly impressive and I was in and out. I will definitely return as well as bring my caddy in. Hats off to you young lady! You deserve a raise! I'm warning you all to not bring your vehicles here for service. I don't blame the techs, I blame the management supervising the techs and the complacency in providing poor-quality service on our expensive vehicles. Last year I paid for my front brakes to be changed coupled with a brake fluid flush. Today I went in for an oil change where they told me to consider changing my rear brakes and also included that my front brakes would need to be changed soon and that my brake fluid levels indicated high corrosive material and needed to be flushed soon as well. I told the tech that I had changed them about a year ago and got the flush done about a year ago, which they thought was odd because this shouldn't be happening if that were the case. Finally after speaking with other techs they came to the conclusion that when the brake fluid was "flushed" the previous time, it was not a complete flush that included the reservoir, and this was possibly done for the sake of "time" and not accuracy of the service. This honestly irked me because why am I giving my hard earned money to this company to provide a service, putting my vehicle and my trust in them to provide the complete and accurate service I am paying them to do. Now I need to pay for new front brakes sooner than I needed to and on top of that I still need to pay for the brake flush at a discounted price. Despite the discounts taking my initial quote ($690-$588), there is no discount that can win back my trust in this business. After many years coming here, I've heard management upsell their products to other customers as well. I appreciate the techs that did try to make things right but unfortunately it is too late for that. I cannot justify paying for the mistakes that were made on my vehicle and will take my business elsewhere. I encourage you all to do the same. read more

I came in to get my brakes fixed and an oil change. I had no idea what I needed as far as my brakes go, but they were very helpful and took a quick look, told me what they thought, and gave me a rough estimate of how much it'd cost me to fix it. I had to come back when their mechanic was there who could fix my brakes, but no big deal. I dropped off my car and I came back about 3 hours later and my car was ready to go. Everyone throughout my entire visit was very friendly and helpful. I really do love this Jiffy Lube! Eric is always so friendly and helpful. Last time, even though the sticker said I needed an oil change, when they looked, they said I didn't need one yet. Most places would have done it anyway and taken my money! I got my wipers replaced and they threw in some water repellent stuff for free, which worked great! Today, I actually did get my oil changed, abs they did a great job explaining all that they did and my levels.
