Tire warranty and road hazard is a lie. Firestone has not been good to me. For over 15 years I've been going to Firestone from Virginia Beach to Las Vegas. But I kept going back time after time. Maybe if we didn't have there credit card, we would have stopped going years ago. I bought 2 tires and I've put roughly 30,000 miles on them in FOUR YEARS. Under 8 thousand miles a year. On one tire the thread has started to separate and lift in 2 places and the other hasn't yet but looks to start soon (Manufacturer Defect). The 50,000 mile warranty and road hazard warranty is a lie. Paid $425 and now they said they'll prorate me 2 new tires for $400. Originally I was told the warranties will cover the tires for anything I didnt cause on my own and all I would have to pay for is the labor of replaceing them. LIE LIE LIE They're not honoring the warranties and want me to pay for 2 new tires (pro-rated price) plus pay for labor. Please ask question and get clear specific answers... This latest experience like the ones in the past deserve a rating of 5 thumbs Im not gonna go into the time they didnt put enough oil in my car and the light came on 3 days later, or when they put the wrong brand & size tires on my truck. Making me wait 2 weeks until they got in the correct tires, or when their overhead heat cooler leaked and ruined my cars paint. Had to fight for 8 months to get that resolved, or when they charged me for a new oil pan but didn't replace the old one and it started leaking again a month later.... Think before trusting Firestone Im finally cutting ties with them. A lot of time, headaches and LIES latter... read more

It is well managed, with it seeming little turnover. The staff remembers who you are and the history of the work on the car. They are very fair!!!! You dont get unexpected suggested fixes so they can add cost!!! That is very unusual in the industry! This use to be my go to Firestone. I had my car here two weekends in a row now. The first appointment they assured me that they could get all the work done and at 4:30 a half hour before they close they tell me that they weren't able to get to half the work. One of the things that they said they found was oil leak and they were going to put a die in my oil to find out where it was leaking from. So I had issues with my battery that following week and when I dropped it off the following Sunday I asked them to check my battery when they finished doing the other services. When I picked up my car they said that there was no oil leak. That's whoever changed the oil last must have done a really messy job. Well it was the guys at Firestone that changed my oil last. And they gave me paperwork saying that there were no issues with my battery that it was performing to factory settings. Come Monday, my car needs to be jumped three times. I called around lunch time to say that I would be stopping by after work at about 5:00 to get the battery changed out of my car. The GM Henry said they would order one and have it here waiting. I show up at Firestone they have no idea what I'm talking about. To make it even worse, the guy in line in front of me dropped his car off to get the tires aligned and somebody called him to say that it was ready. When he got here it hadn't been touched and there wasn't a mechanic left on duty who could do his tire alignment. Really disappointed because I liked coming to this Firestone. read more

My first visit this weekend, I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was told they had no technicians available due to sickness. While that may have been outside their control, a phone call or notification beforehand would have saved me a wasted trip. I rescheduled during the week, arranged my work schedule around it, and dropped my car off. They never even looked at it. I had to call just before closing to find out what was going on, and they told me I could leave it overnight. I couldn't do that because I needed the car the next morning. They never called to update me -- they were just going to keep my car without communication. I asked them to please call next time so I wouldn't have to rush there at closing. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I brought it back again. I had an 11:00 appointment but dropped it off at 10:00 and told them I got off work at 4:00. They said they would have a tech look at it right away. I arranged a ride back to work and another ride back at 4:00. When we arrived, they were just pulling my car into the bay. I called again around 5:30 -- no answer. I went in, and they were still looking at it but couldn't do anything further that night. They didn't even properly diagnose the issue -- they just quoted repairs based on the items I suggested. Three visits. $120 spent. No diagnosis. No communication. No accountability. Just a complete waste of my time. I won't be returning to this location. read more

Every time I've come here the service was good and efficient. I'm always skeptical of warranties but I have a warranty on tires I purchased from here and it definitely helped when I got a flat a couple of times from nails, etc in the roads. Their prices are reasonable, they've always let me know about potential upcoming maintenance without trying to push a sale, and they've done give me my options as well as what they'd recommend when I ask. Horrible experience. Spoke with the girl by phone on Monday night, told her what I needed and set an appt for Tuesday morning. She assured me they would have plenty of techs and could complete the job on Tuesday by 6. This was important as Tuesday is my only day off from work, and I need my truck. I dropped the truck off Tuesday morning, she again assured me that they would get it done that day. It got to be late in the afternoon and I just called to check in, she said that the "tech" was busy and hadn't had a chance to look at it yet. I asked what happened to the "plenty of techs" - and was meet by silence. She said they would put it up on the rack in the next 10 minutes and give me a call with the estimate. I waited another 90 minutes and called again, this time a guy answered (Ryan) and put me on hold to see what was happening, and left me in hold until the line disconnected. I called back, got the girl again, she said they were busy and she'd call me back, that they were working up the estimate still. I waited another half hour and called an Uber to bring me over there - i also called and told her to get my truck ready as I was coming to pick it up since they obviously didn't want my business. I arrived and saw that my truck was in the same exact spot, and parked in the same exact way, as it had been when I dropped it off. So they lied to me multiple times and then never even looked at it, or put it on the rack to inspect or anything. So they wasted my entire day for nothing. I'm a cash paying customer and was prepared to get front and back brakes and 4 new tires with alignment etc. They lost about $2,000 from me today because they are liars and unprofessional people. I got there at 4 PM after dropping it off at 9 AM.l for a simple oil change Nothing was done. One of the mechanics startedarguing with me and refused to work on my car. I've arrived first thing in the morning at 7am they did an inspection on my car took them 4 hours. After the inspection they told me what the problem was. It was the power steering pump I got them to install a while back and had warranty for it, the power steering pump it was leaking meaning they did a crappy Job doing it back then. So I had them fix it and checked in on how long they would take like an estimate the cashier said 3 hours for the repair and get my car aligned cause I also ordered an alignment on it. I ended up waiting 7 Hours for the repair. They did not check in on me on the problem and they also said that they told the customer service attendant (cashier) that they had told me about why it was taking long but I never heard from the technician or anyone on why it was taking long. Anyways I do not recommend going here the service was very unprofessional and just full on wasted my day and time waiting for it to get done without even checking in with me. read more

I had made an appointment for 4pm at this location. I typically go to another Firestone location and they are always so fast and helpful. I had only needed a patch on my tire since I had gotten a nail in it. When I dropped off my car I had asked how long it would take and I was told an hour and a half! It was that long because they are currently working on other cars. Luckily the location is close to my work (why I chose this location because I just got off work). So I chose to walk back to work to be comfortable while I wait. I show back up after the hour and a half and I asked how much longer and then I'm informed that they are about to pull my car in and begin work! It has been 20 minutes now since they had told me that and it is still not pulled in. And they close in 12 minutes. I am going out of town and have no other time for this issue to be fixed. I regret choosing this Firestone location and will choose to go to my regular location moving forward. read more

Based on that they took care of me, did an alignment and tire pressure check (the TP light went on) at 4pm on a Sunday when the place was closing in an hour, I would have to give this location five stars. Firestone by the way is the only place left that will sell you a LIFETIME alignment. If you plan on keeping your car a while, a good investment, and they have coupons available occasionally to get the price down. We use Firestone for alignments, oil changes, and to buy tires. Have never had such a great experience getting my car serviced. Lent my car to a friend and got it back with some major damage. Jared tried his absolute replace the tire with the broken wheel but it was beyond repair. He gave me a great recommendation to find a replacement wheel since Firestone doesn't supply those. Unfortunately the other shop gave me the wrong size and he personally made sure it was taken care of and I got the right size wheel. Got my tire and wheel replaced and never felt like I was getting scammed as a girl walking into a shop. Could not recommend them enough. read more

Initially I received good customer service on the phone (I believe it was Patrik I scheduled my oil change with). Super quick service on that day. I really just wish they didn't try to add something on every time I go in, especially when I've already stressed not to do this. Ignoring my request and repeating your list of 'recommendations' is rude and chauvinistic. You should probably also make sure the door is closed before you talk to each other about customers not being suckered into add-ons. Judging by other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence with how their female customers are treated. Because of how close this location was to my previous house, I went back on a separate incident for a swollen lug-nut removal quote. The guy said "$140++"! I wish I was kidding. I asked for a break down of the price and he said it was for the hour or labor. If you need an hour for that, god knows how long a major issue would take! I drove to Home Depot, got a drill and did it myself for under $50. It took me about 2 minutes once I started on the lug-nut. I will admit I laughed loudly when he said "$140 ++" and just drove away. I'm usually polite but between that and the previous experience with this location, I didn't feel the need to show any more respect than I was given. read more

They will advise you when they find things that needs attention and provides various options to you with no pressure to commit to any of them. They will give you their honest opinion as to what they would do if it was their vehicle. On top of that, if you do commit to the work, they will try to help as much as they can within their limit to get you the best price possible for the service. I'm really disappointed! I wanted so much to love this shop. I got a car alignment and a brake fluid exchange. Car alignment was the one year plan- Get your car aligned as often as needed for one year for $156. I had to come back to get a realignment, and just like the first one, they printed out a spec sheet showing the before and after. Came back and had my car aligned a third time and had a fan blower replaced. Great job replacing the fan blower. I made it out to the car when realizing I didn't get a receipt or a spec sheet showing the before and after. I went back in to get one. The manager Keith printed off a sheet, but it wasn't anything like the first two I got. He explained that he didn't need to print off a spec sheet because everything was green. I was told on my previous two visits that I had a red indicator because of a manufacturing issue. Now, everything is supposedly green? I'm just supposed to take his word for it? I almost get back home, a 20+ minute drive, before deciding to go back and get a spec sheet showing the before and after. When I asked Keith, the manager, about getting a spec sheet, like I did on my other two visits, he cursed. The mechanic put my car back up on the lift and ran a report. Numbers were not the same. Mechanic stated there was going to be some fluctuating of the numbers. The whole experience this morning was so disappointing. I'll never trust Firestone again! read more

I been going to this place for years. At 1st service was excellent friendly staff plus more. After going every time for oil changes there will be time that I might need some replacement like windshield wipers etc. but then I noticed that every time I go there would be a mechanical problem that they will call me for. In short I got my oil change as usual and when I get home I noticed a drips of oil on my drive way. So i took it back ASAP. They take a quick look for not even 5 minutes and told me I need a new gasket for my engine? What? Isn't it odd when I took my car in there wasn't any leak? Hmm beware people. read more

These guys are amazing. I brought my Lotus Elise in for an emergency tire change but this car is really tricky to put on a lift. Some shops wouldnt even work on these cars because theyre so tricky to lift up. Jared and Omar did everything possible to help me and they figured out a way to replace all of my tires.
