Needed air in tires for my F250 truck. 65psi. Pulled up to the door and manager told two guys to air up each side of truck with 65psi. Workers double checked with me I wanted 65 psi. Awesome that they double check as it's unusual request. I have 10 ply highway tires. Anyhow 5 minutes later I was one my way. No charge! I tip the guys. Customer service is outstanding at this jiffy lube.

Worst customer service ever! I took my 2016 Jeep renegade in and they rotated the tires. The weights were hitting the rotors and I told them several times that this happens every time I get them rotated and they need to put less weights on. Instead of fixing the problem they tried to say I came in with this issue, blamed it on the thickness of the rotor and suggested I take it to the dealership to get it fixed since they clearly don't know how to put tires on. They also told me to "turn up the music" so I didn't hear the clanking noise of the weights breaking off from hitting the rotor. Now I have to take my car elsewhere to get the tires put on correctly

I was quoted a price of $75 for my oil change, then charged $100. The added charges increased my cost by one third.

Great and quick service. Tire rotation was very efficient. All you can ask for in an auto shop.

2 Stars is fitting overall. I don't know how this place has the reviews it does, I genuinely was…read moreexcited to see the community pour so many thoughtful reviews but now I'm not sure. I paid over $450 to assess why my air wasn't cooling at a expected rate Ex: 20 minutes to just become slightly cooler & then barely cool once it finally gets there. This did not include dyes to check for leaks, this didn't add refrigerant (apparently was pretty under utilized for a 2015 car, which may be a clue in itself since I've never had this serviced), this didn't charge fans, this didn't change filters, fluids, this was strictly a "diagnostic" fee. The next step was to add dyes and maybe check into the condenser & compressor .. which wasn't made clear if that had been assessed for performance or not. I don't know what that would have cost! I didn't get further communication on this. My air is still not performing or improved, as I'd hope and I'm out near $500. I've been going to this place over the last 6 years for here and there services. I've mostly been fine with those minor services but the price is definitely steeper than others in the area. I didn't mind because as the reviews would show - they don't press and harass you to do more .. and I figured they likely have an edge in quality based on reviews (I do lack experience with mechanics). Either way, I have tried numerous times to get my records from this business so that I could keep track of my oil changes and services, as well as to have in hand the record of the air conditioning diagnostics already performed ...so that I can actually fix the issue. To which voicemails have not provided any call backs, one time I got through to a nice woman (do not recall name), told her what I was looking for, she said to call "Donna" (manager I believe) at another number .. so I do that, speak with Donna twice asking for this information, she takes name & number and says she'll get back to me, still I wait, weeks go by, nothing. It's just unprofessional. Over it.

Everything!!!!! Mike and team exceed expectations every time we go there. My family and I wouldn't…read morego anywhere else.

The value was outrageously expensive. An air filter that typically runs between $25-50 from GM…read moreparts and max $70 if you buy a high flow part was listed at 103.88. A typical Google search says that the typical price for part and replacement is $50+, another part was a Mass Airflow sensor, this sensor at the highest cost is no more than $150. They charged me $331.99. And then charged another $100 to replace it. A replacement of the MAF takes no more than 15 minutes max, and they already had it open to diagnose that the sensor needed changed. So basically got double charged for opening up the engine air filter assembly. The last bit of ridiculousness was a diagnosis cost of $190. They basically just plugged the car into the computer saw the MAF as the issue, opened up the assembly to get to the MAF and confirmed it was gunked. Then the last bit was $135 to clear the codes and reset the monitors, this is basically unnecessary, because after you change the sensor the car will automatically reset the code and monitors, but even if you do it manually the car was already attached to the computer for diagnostic so a punch of a button, which cost $135. All in all, the total job cost over $900. For a job that should have been fairly priced at about $250 and medium priced at max $500. I was recommended to go to this garage by AAA when my car broke down. I would recommend finding any other place than this one. It's a shame that they are taking advantage of innocent people that happen to breakdown far from their trusted mechanics. Think twice before you go to this garage! I have asked AAA to reevaluate their name brand with such crooks. You would hope that a company that specializes in roadside assistance would do their homework on the garages they recommend you tow your car too.

Simply mind blowing. 6/18/2024 had 4 brake rotors replaced. Why not pads also...I don't know (…read morecould have been MY choice?) but being told should always be replaced together. 3 days later, while driving in Ashburn I noticed breaks still causing car to shake . 3 days after repair. I called and explained concern and fact that the next day I was taking car x country to Arizona. Hence couldn't bring it in. I told them I would bring it back in when car returns after sons school ends. I asked that they make notes to my concerns about the brakes before I left town so file is documented for later on. They did have notes and did know about the concern reported 3 days after initial repair. Son brings car home from Arizona several months later.....bring car in......they say Rotors warped but tough s^&*. No warranty .(3 days!!!!) They wanted over $1,100 AGAIN to replace rotors that they installed less than a year ago. They said, " come get car, keys under matt". Prior to this experience, I liked bringing car there as it is family owned and close to my work. Unable to discuss situation on phone as they didn't ever answer and relied on texts only. Closed mid day when went there to talk about it. Like I said, Mind Blowing!
