I've been going to this location for decades. I went here a couple nights ago 20 minutes before closing. They were very polite and escorted me to the waiting room holding the door open for me. I got the signature service. They came in with a tablet to show me it had been a while since my last tire rotation. I asked how much and it was less than $40. I just love waking up early on a Saturday and get my oil changed.... Said no one! That's one of the reasons I go here, they are fast and efficient. I wouldn't go there mid-day on a Saturday, but that's just common sense. I have been bringing my cars here since we moved to Leesburg. At other stores, I feel like the person doing the intake is just trying to bump up the cost with extra services. Here they always show you the air filters, I am not an expert so sometimes (when it is not obvious i will ask). Most of the time he said it didn't look necessary. Then there all the other services they suggest, but those are based on the manufacturer's recommendations for the mileage of your car. They often have a coupon in one of those packs that get sent to your home. So check before you go! read more

Needed air in tires for my F250 truck. 65psi. Pulled up to the door and manager told two guys to air up each side of truck with 65psi. Workers double checked with me I wanted 65 psi. Awesome that they double check as it's unusual request. I have 10 ply highway tires. Anyhow 5 minutes later I was one my way. No charge! I tip the guys. Synthetic Oil change, waiting time about 49 minutes, advertised 15 minutes but not when they have too many customers on Wednesday morning, provide my own filter but they are not using it because they forgot even has been told upon arrival and gave me $2 discount for it, they keep the $11 filter which I found out later at home. Got coupon but told its no valid in this location, they gave me their coupon instead which much less than what I have. Waiting room is full with customers, some waiting out site, but at least the room is clean and have restroom. Saw many customer cancel the service due to long waiting times, some left their cars/trucks and will pick up later. The location is close to many other stores so its convenience. The charge for Synthetic oil change is $139.00 which is high compare to other locations. More than dealer charge me. read more

UPDATE: Been speaking with Regional Manager, Thomas Schawalder and he claimed the signature service has been the same since 2016. I asked for proof he sent me my records of service since then and he proved my point for me that since 2107 I paid $55-60 for a Signature Service Oil Change. Not $90. So again don't go there and get robbed. Go to Wal-Mart or somewhere else and get the exact same services for half the price. The record even showed that the last time they charged $90 I also got a tire rotation AND a new air filter along with the oil change in 2018. RACIST...STEREOTYPING! Went to Jiffy Lube on 2/2/2022 for a filter change and was assisted by Mike. I was on the phone with my boyfriend who was explaining to me what I needed to get done (we were speaking Spanish because as a woman going to the mechanic shop it is a bit intimidating coming in and not being 100% sure of what needs to be done, and not wanting to be taken advantage of). As I tried to explain to mike what I needed done, he kept walking away, not listening to me, and then said to me "oh no no no no, I'm just going to have Felipe come over so he can speak in Spanish to you." I asked mike why Felipe was need since I spoke perfect English, I've lived here for 19 years, and mike said "Felipe just deals with all the Spanish speaking customers." I then went on to try to explain to mike that what he did was stereotyping, and racist. I tried to explain to him that I spoke perfect English. I tried to ask him what he wasn't understanding, and mike walked away as he said "I'm not dealing with this..." a few seconds later once I managed to get the attention of another employee I asked him to please not do anything for me because I felt disrespected, and was given racist treatment. To make matters worse, when I called the store manager, Joel, he said to me "90% of the time our clients are Spanish and we just immediately have Jaime or Felipe deal with them since they speak Spanish." again, I tried to explain to him that that is racist and stereotyping and Joel said no, it's not. I understand if someone had asked me "would you like to speak to someone who speaks Spanish? "or if I had asked for help. But apparently in Leesburg Virginia if you're not blond and blue-eyed Felipe or Jaime will be assisting you at jiffy lube. This was the best oil change ever!!! I drove in, received an oil change immediately, and drove out. The crew checked air filters, wipers, and windshield wiper fluid. They offered to clean the windows and vacuum the car. The staff was very pleasant!!! My daughter and I were on the last leg of our cross-country drive when the service engine light went on, and didn't want to spend our time in a new part of the country waiting for an oil change - we wanted to explore - and Jiffy Lube was exactly what we wanted! Worst customer service ever! I took my 2016 Jeep renegade in and they rotated the tires. The weights were hitting the rotors and I told them several times that this happens every time I get them rotated and they need to put less weights on. Instead of fixing the problem they tried to say I came in with this issue, blamed it on the thickness of the rotor and suggested I take it to the dealership to get it fixed since they clearly don't know how to put tires on. They also told me to "turn up the music" so I didn't hear the clanking noise of the weights breaking off from hitting the rotor. They took the time to explain what I needed and why, and their customer service was exceptional. They even had free coffee in their waiting room. I'm definitely going back to this Jiffy Lube! $500.00 in unnecessary services! Totally took advantage of my wife who was unaware of the car's maintenance history. Air filters, radiator flush, transmission flush and more. All of it absolutely unnecessary! Upon starting the car the first time after "service", the check engine light came on with 6 new error codes triggered. Had to take it to the my regular shop to clear the error codes. I was told the ATM fluid looked more like it was topped off rather than flushed, and the radiator flush also appeared to have never been done! So not only did they sell unnecessary services, the two most expensive services appear to been done very poorly, at best- if done at all! read more

Love this Jiffy Lube for the convenience however I wasn't happy that they skipped out on the vacuuming service after reading me the list of all the things they "did"... The reason I go to Jiffy Lube is for the extra touches that are included... When you tell me that you vacuumed my floor and I blatantly see almonds and trash which I didn't clean up because I knew I was getting the car vacuumed... not good! Yes they are fast and no appointment is needed but they do cost more than the dealer and aren't very customer oriented. Just got in my car and cracked my knee on the steering column. They also changed the rear view mirror. You are only driving the car 10 ft- why would you change the seat and mirror? It is ironic that Jiffy Lube would solicit my review after providing such shoddy and deceitful service. With an oil change I opted for a radiator flush. A few days later my car overheated. Looking under the hood there was no cap on the radiator fill tank. I stopped at JL and told them the problem. They were apologetic and reflushed the radiator, put foil and a rubber band on the refill tank and said they would order me a new cap. I never received a call. The quick fix foil solution blew and my car overheated again. I stopped by JL and again they were apologetic and offered to flush the radiator but no cap. Again they told me they would order a new cap. Now on third week and no replacement cap. I can appreciate a mistake but it is the lying that has me most aggrieved. read more

Just went there this morning to have my oil topped off. Yes! If you have your oil changed there, they will top it off and check tire pressure for free!!! It's amazing! The Leesburg Jiffy Lube was very busy today. I pulled up and asked the staff if I could drop off and return in an hour. She said absolutely, go into the waiting area & they will register you and then you can leave. 45 minutes later, after several customers came and left, I was "registered" and then they pulled my car in so of course I waited for it. 1). They do NOT take customers in the order they arrive! I was apparently in a lane behind someone who was getting add'l services. Instead of moving my car to another lane when it was my turn, they allowed customers to keep rolling up and getting serviced. (Like 6 people!) 2). When I mentioned that I was told that I could register and leave, the response was that they were busy. I would have appreciated being told this up front so I could come back later and not waited for almost an hour for a standard oil change. Waiting room was clean and has water & coffee. Staff were nice but you can't make some people wait 20 minutes and others an hour. Oil change was about $65. Customer service for this reason gets thumbs down. Competitors up the street or a dealership will get my business next time! read more

Summary: New (bad) management, super aggressive selling for extras, oily footprints, increased price, messed up the car computer's settings. I've been to this location many times and for the most part the service has been good, not this time. First the place had a whole different vibe. I suspect they have a new manager there micromanaging the place and really pushing for profit. First I encountered a very aggressive hard sell tech (oil change person). Sure I've had them tell me I need a new air filter (when I knew it really didn't) before but this guy wouldn't take NO for an answer. Also insisting that he clean my battery terminals for $10. I had to emphatically tell him NO on both several times to get the clown to leave me alone; that I was just here for an oil change and no more. I really started to doubt the place and started wondering if the guy wasn't going to mess with my car, "forgetting" to put something back right, out of spite from the tone of his attitude. On 2nd thoughts I should have said "Do nothing, I'm leaving now" and left to go get an oil change some place else. I get escorted to the waiting room and what seemed friendly and light before, now has this air of tension and pressure over it. The same familiar lady behind the counter didn't smile like usual and seemed stressed. Again I don't doubt they have some new "hotshot" manager there pushing for "store profit of the month" or something (when in reality he has no damn clue what he's doing). I then pay and I see pretty sure their price has gone up $3 to $5 dollars. I get my car back and the first thing I notice is a big oily footprint on the driver side close to the door; light tan carpet floormats. I turn the key and see yet again they put the car computer into "calibrate mode". They've done the same blunder before but this time worse, they manged to change the computer display from miles to kilometers. Obviously the guy didn't know how to reset the "oil change" message on a Ford so instead randomly pressed the button on anything that said "reset", "calibrate", etc. Suggestion: The actual owner of this place needs to step in and get rid of the new hotshot idiot manager before he runs the place into the ground, and/or Jiffy Lube corporate should step in for the same reason. Get some quality control, properly train your people on how to reset "need oil change" messages, and stop the irritating hard sale of extra services. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to the the Leesburg location for an oil change, if at any Jiffy lube ever again. The place went to shit, avoid it. read more
