I came by here a few days ago to get the oil changed on my wife's Volkswagen golf R. I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes due to people in front of me, but the employees were quick with their cars. The employee that talked to me first was named Kenny and he gave me the heads up about the wait, which was cool. I also spoke with another employee that had an unique name and I don't remember how to spell it. But it was a cool name compared to my overly common generic "Mike" name. I told him that I wanted an oil change and because it was on Black Friday I also wanted to take advantage of two of their specials they were running. One was for a fuel treatment and the other was for a rainX windshield treatment. I wanted to get my transmission fluid changed, but they said that they weren't comfortable with the car because it had a DSG transmission and they didn't feel it was safe. But they referred me to go somewhere else in Lynnwood which was helpful. I attached a picture of the business card to this review for the shop they referred me to. The only complaint I have is that they left a dirt grease smudge on my fuel tank door, and the windshield treatment left a bunch of streaks on my windshield that you could only see if the sun hit it a certain way. And so I had to wipe it off with rubbing alcohol. All in all, it was a good visit. The employees were friendly and I appreciate the free fuel treatment and windshield treatment. They have specials so thank you for those Jiffy Lube! And thank you guys for taking care of my vehicle. I'll be back. read more

I typically come here to get my oil changed and everyone is really nice, friendly and efficient. I came in early on a Tuesday around 9:30am to replacement my Cabin air filter. The night before I noticed a weird smell coming from the cabin, and took out the filter myself and noticed maggots and a dead rodent... once I arrived to jiffy lube and let a lady know about the situation and she said ok and that they would replace it. Sometime later a man came into the passenger seat and took a look, and made a comment that the air filter was already taken out.. I asked if the lady I spoke to before told him about the situation and said no and then he put his hands in the glove box. I told him there were maggots and a dead mouse I found in there and I immediately saw the disgust on his face and he said she never told him! Then a few minutes after that another man came into the passenger side to look and same thing! He was surprised the air filter gone and nope, she did not disclose there were maggots in there to him before he put his hand in there! I felt really bad, but also glad I told them... it's now 10:45... no new filter in my car. The lady said they had to order it from autozone and someone would deliver it in 20 minutes. Why didn't you tell me this beforehand? I could've left and now wasted an hour waiting in my maggot and rodent Infested car... but I said ok and wait 20 minutes. 11:15am, air filter arrives and another man was putting it in my car and he said he would be right back... the lady approached me and said she ORDERED THE WRONG FILTER! Omfg- almost 2 hours at jiffy lube for an air filter that I didn't even get. I don't remember this girls name but geez she needs to be put through more training!! She couldn't even gotten her fellow teammates sick or injured. Really disappointed most of the people at this location are cool but this girl just ruined it. read more

I'm posting this from their waiting room. Came in for an oil change on a fleet vehicle. After sitting in the waiting area for 30 minutes, I got up to see why my car was still on the rack. All 4 wheels were off. 10 minutes later I was told the fleet wanted the brakes inspected. I was told that the brakes should be done, but if I did not have time, I could take the car. I chose to leave due to the fact that I was tired of watching the manager berate the employees using very colorful language. At least 2 people standing around at any time. I swore after the last time that I would never return. Very unprofessional shop with a manager that shouldn't be in the position. Employees eating while working with dirty gloves on. As we pulled into the garage, the man with the name Vale with long hair yelled and told us to stop which was okay. What was not okay was that he started yelling curse words in frustration because we didn't pull in straight enough. This made us super uncomfortable and I even wanted to just leave and find a new location. They were able to do the job hopefully right, but I don't think this sort of attitude is acceptable especially when you're a grown adult yelling at two teenage girls. Definitely will not be coming back to this one. Only giving two stars because they did the job we paid them to do. read more

I have been checked in by the same team member each time, and while I cannot for the life of me remember her name; she made the check-in process anxiety/pressure free, and ensured that the wait was positioned appropriately. I really appreciate the focus on ensuring that the experience is easy and tension-free at this location, as other quick service shops like this have a tendency to upsell even if service wasn't needed. Horrible service. Irresponsible business. First they didn't have the oil for my BMW. I went to an auto parts store nearby and purchased the oil. Came back and then they told me that they don't have the oil filter for my BMW. I returned to the store bought the oil filter. Once I returned I was 3rd in line. Waited until my turn, then the service guy told me that they were closing at 4:00PM for a 30 minutes break. 3 hours all together for an oil change. If you own this business, you should be extremely ashamed. read more

Went here to get a second quote on my brakes. First place told me i needed new pads and rotors. Took it into Jiffy Lube and they showed me that my brakes and rotors are good for 10k more miles. Class act! Saved me almost $600. Will be going there to get my brakes done in a few months. read more

I went to this location for an oil change on 05/08/23. Not even two month in, oil is leaking from my car and I'm getting "low oil pressure" messages on my car dashboard. All I do is drive too and from work, mind you I only like 5 minutes from work, my car is 1 year old and it ain't poor road conditions knocking anything loose from under my car. These fools don't know what they're doing, or are just doing a piss poor job at it. DO NOT COME HERE. You'd be better off going somewhere else, it'll save you a lot more time and hassle. Management needs to find people who actually understand what they're doing and will be diligent enough to make sure they're doing it properly. read more

The basic duties are now amplified, as they are having to do things differently to keep the customer safe and in compliance. I dropped in today 7/20/20 and these guys were working so hard and being so nice even though they clearly were having a rough day. Have you ever just noticed someone working super hard and killing it at their job? One of those "going above and beyond" moments... Will Davis was helping me out including Doug, and Michael. Will was very professional and very kind which would be hard for me if the roles were reversed. He was writing everything by hand because they couldn't use receipts. Making sure everything was being done by the book since their computer wasn't doing it for them. I had to sit in my car while they performed the work since the waiting room was closed due to the social distancing. I had a good view and could hear everything. I just really appreciated the extra effort and had to give them recognition I'd go out of my way for a good experience! They have my business! read more

Ran "courtesy diagnostics" that I didn't ask for during a routine oil change & seriously messed something up in my car because the day after all the check lights came on & my car started to sputter & putter like a motorcycle when I'd turn it on & accelerate before shifting gears. I called & asked if I could come in so they could check everything they touched & fiddled with to see if maybe they knocked something loose or forgot to tighten anything back up. When I got there they wouldn't even pop the hood or let me turn it on so they could listen to it-I had to insist & they just glanced at it. A few young guys came over but I couldn't see what they were doing because I was forced to stay in my car & my hood was up. I did see them pull the dipstick through the crack but no twisting or turning anything to make sure it was right & tight. I will never trust an oil change that is that fast. read more

Worst jiffy lube stop ever. I had a day off and I was not in a hurry at all. Having approached the station, I saw that there was almost no queue, but at the same time the only car in the line turned around and left. I thought - better for me, change the oil faster. Oh, how wrong i was. As a result, there were three cars in service and I was next. I turned off the engine and waited. Four employees under the leadership of Jerremy, if I am not mistaken, did not work at all. they did everything, stood together and talked, joked and laughed loudly. from time to time they came up to any car and did nothing. 10 minutes, twenty, thirty ... The employees didn't care. cars drove up, waited and left. During the waiting time, my engine is COMPLETELY COOLED !!! As a result, after 50 minutes (I am the first in line), the workers reluctantly, lazily opened the exit gate, released the car and I drove in. Nothing has changed. slowly, lazily, the four mechanics walked forward, and did nothing, echoing among themselves. in front of me was 0! cars !!!! the oil was changed after 1:45. did not check the lights, the air in the tires, the windshield wipers. oil was poured from a dirty canister. Disgusting. The worst experience in changing the oil, although I always change the oil on all machines with you, but at other points. Either hire normal workers, or put a normal manager. with these taps I could drive to takoma, change the oil, go back, grow a bush of coffee, harvest, roast and drink that coffee and oil work on my car would still be in progress. I will never return to this point. During the time that I was waiting, you have lost 7 clients !!! 7 cars arrived, waited in line and turned around. You lose customers, money and reputation with these employees. read more

Went in to get an oil change and noticed my check engine light came on a couple days after so I took my car to the dealership and they said that whoever changed my cars oil did it wrong and put over a quart of oil in. Rhain and his teammate Richard did a nice job overall on my oil change and under hood inspection. Used conventional oil instead of owners manual recommended synthetic blend. Rhain advised that their manufacturer recommendation is for conventional, however he would note my account with preference for synthetic blend option, that they offer, for next oil change. Knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Complete in about 30 minutes. Oil service didn't seem to include any other checks or servicing. Price seemed slightly high. Took safety precautions with my aged hood support, which still works well, and used a manual support rod for safety to make sure hood stays up. Nice work! read more

Not my first problem with this location. So I was called and convinced to come back and try Jiffy Lube again. So I took my 2017 Rogue in for an oil change. All seemed fine for a a while, then the engine started running a bit rough followed by an engine warning light coming on. (only 30k miles on this vehicle) Well I took it to the dealership, what they found was the Air Filter box latches were left undone, and the air and dirt was going straight to the carburetor, Nissan mechanic cleaned out the ducting as best they could, guess is that the mass sensor in the the duct got triggered because it was dirty. I am back to driving it, it still may need a new mass sensor. Now as no one else had access or even opened the hood (And I have no idea where the filter box is), it was obviously done when Jiffy inspected the air filter. Guess they expect people to double check their work. $200 later, four days without the car and I am back on the road after the Jiffy/Air duct Debacle. What a nightmare with this location. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION unless you feel like rolling the dice. read more

Stay away from this Jiffy Lube. They installed either a defective oil filter or didn't install it properly. This information was provided to me by another oil change company when I went to have my oil changed. They explained what they saw and suggested that I go to Jiffy Lube and see what they had to say about the situation. There was oil all over the oil filter and oil all over the car's bottom cover plate. When I got to Juffy Lube, they said that the oil filter warranty was only good for 3 months or 3,000 miles and that they could take a look at it but would charge for labor. The problem is that I had purchased synthetic blend that was good for 6,000 miles. I took my car in with a little or 100 miles above their oil change mileage that was printed on their little sticker. Right on schedule. If they are going to sell you oil and service that is good for 6,000 miles, should not they install an oil filter that lasts as long? Shouldnt they stand behind it? Also, when I originally had the old changed, they had drained the old oil and was ready to install the new oil filter but then realized that they didn't have a new filter to put on it, so they put my old one back on and told me to come back the following day and they would redo the oil change with a new filter. I came back the next day and the same guy had no recollection as to what I was talking about and hadn't recieved a filter. Once he realized what he had told me, he called a car parts store or another Jiffy Lube and had the filter delivered, while I waited or course. Now I wonder if they even replaced the filter. Stay clear of this Jiffy Lube. They guys there today told me that the entire crew that had done my oil change had since been fired. Obviously there were issues then, and in my opinion there are still issues as they do not take responsibility for past mistakes or subpar parts. read more

Smashed a vent in my car and completely broke it. Then the "manager" refused to admit that someone there broke it. When I asked for the owners information, since no one was admitting to causing the damage to my vehicle, he told me he was also the owner (lie). When I told him the owner's name is listed on the wall in the waiting room as Don and his name on his jacket is Matt so he could not be the owner and I again asked for the owners contact information, Matt the "manager" told me to leave and that he would have me arrested for trespassing. I have since contacted Jiffy Lube's corporate office and reported the entire incident. Waiting to hear back from the franchise owner. Horrible experience. Would NOT recommend. When I tried to file a police report for the damage, the police told me that it was a civil matter and I would have to take them to small claims court. Stay away. read more

After they changed my oil my engine wouldn't start. Initially they claimed it was not their fault. After missing a medical appointment, and getting towed, paying for the repair and two weeks of car rental costs, they still have not addressed my request for reimbursement of expenses. As evidence, I was told by the dealership that they found debris in the IM MAF sensor likely dropped there when they changed the filter AND there engine oil in the intake, apparently a common issue for my make of car if you put too much oil in the tank. They had to flush out the oil and drain nearly 0.75 quarts of excess oil before my car would start again. I'm out over a $1000 for what I'd hope would be a simple oil change and still crickets. Thankfully, my doctor did not make me pay for the visit and I had AAA so did not pay for the tow (not asking them to reimburse that) read more
