Years ago I had a bad experience at this location, they broke my dip stick during the oil change, which was quite a hassle to replace. I stopped going for a long time and went the dealership instead. Having to drop off my car and find things to do for a long time is quite inconvenient. I hated having to make an appointment, they were closed on Sundays. My car is older now and I don't care as much about it, so I decided to give Jiffy Lube another go. I really like that I don't have to leave my car now. I can pull in to the garage and spend the time messing on my phone or listening to an audio book. This must be great for those with mobility issues. It's nice to be able to see exactly what they are doing and listen to them talk to each other. You get a feel for if the employees are responsible and people you can trust. On my last visit they really went above and beyond. They changed my air filter, which I don't know if anyone has ever done. Apparently you have to take out the glove compartment to access it. My partner is good with cars, but I don't know if he even knew that this was how it had to be done. They also worked really hard to replace a back light, even going so far as to go to the store to pick it up for me. This did end up taking longer than I had originally expected, but I had no idea this light was even out. I really appreciate the care they took to make sure everything was going right. I also like that Jiffy Lube emails me and starts reminding me when it is time for my next oil change. Yes, I could look at the sticker, but as a busy person I need the extra reminder to get things done. I'll be back. read more

I went in for an oil change, came back with a $280 bill from my dealership saying the air filter box was loose, which was causing my hybrid to go into its fail safe mode. Not only that, but the plastic cover for the engine wasn't even on. It was flying around under the hood because it wasn't properly secure. Luckily, my dealership knew it was mishandled by another mechanic and waived the inspection fee. read more

It is in and out and quick so I can get on the road and do more yelp reviews. I absolutely love this Jiffy Lube because they are a full service station. That means they can do flushes oil changes, fluid refills and even help you with your lights and tires and windshield wipers. I think they're absolutely wonderful and I give them five stars and I will repeat this over and over again, Jiffy Lube has going on. My Chevy always needs a top off right before my next oil change. There's never any problems getting it handled quick and easy every time.

Went in for the pil change and had them do an inspection on everything they could. At the payout time i was told i needed front brakes as they were 2mm. Funny thing is i had all brakes done 1 1/2 years ago. Told them that and was told they used the cheap material brakes. I maybe blonde and 66 but im not dumb. I had my tires rotated at Les schwab and my brakes are at 8mm. I knew that they were good. I would have payed 543 bucks if i was a stupid woman. Ill never ever go back again. The customer service was great and they did a good job with the oil change. I did have to wait a very long time (like 30-40 minutes) to actually get my car in the garage. It took a while to get the work done (probably 25-30 minutes). It was also really expensive, but I can't really fault them for that because it's expensive no matter where I go to get my oil changed. read more

It isn't cheap, but what car dealership/mechanic is these days. What I didn't know is there would be so much interaction. It's not just an oil change and rolling up your window and waiting. They definitely upsell which I'm fine with but it's hard because they give you a lot of info and wait for you to say yes or no. He never made me feel pressured, but that style does. I said yes to a few things and no to a few others. It was FAST and they were professional and friendly. Prices vary depending on the type and amount of oil you get. Those that complain that the price is high overlook the fact that they can do a bunch of other things at the same time and get you in/out in 30 minutes. I spent $250 on an oil change, some other minor things and windshield wipers. It was worth it. Just be ready for the upsell and to say no. read more

I went in for a complete oil change. Afterwards I noticed my car was running really rough. Because I can barely stand for any amount of time. I didn't check the work that was done. I finally got tired of seeing my check engine light always being on. As I looked around at the engine, I noticed that the map sensor was never reconnected after they guys at jiffy lube removed my air filter cover. this location is 3x slower than any other jiffy lube i've been to. The employees aren't rude but they also aren't very kind. The previous time I came to this location I had a worker trying to sell me services like he was going to get a commission on it or something and they were things I didn't need(i should point out i am a woman) and when I declined services he tried to use the scare tactics. Took me over an hour just to get my oil changed. Originally hopped in the lane with one vehicle ahead of me, then was told to move my car so a nissan could take my place since they were there first. no biggie. My bay was then empty after around 20 minutes & I was about to pull forward until an employee told me to wrap around the lot so the nissan could take my spot once again. Almost 50 minutes of waiting in line. Other locations I have been to were busier with less employees & would only take 30 minutes maximum. The employees were more invested in having conversations with each other than working, which I am not against, but not when there is a long line of people waiting. I feel bad for the people behind me since I know they probably had to wait even longer. read more

I went to the 164th Lynnwood when finished i asked them if they did the Vacuum curtesy service and was told the vac machine was not working. After I insisted they do this small curtesy they did the vacuum with the Machine working just fine. The employees were confrontive when I said the Machine looks like it worked just fine. I will never go back to a place like this that treats there clients with complete Dishonest and Rudest manor. read more

I went to this location previously and they did a fine job changing the oil on my classic truck. This time when I pulled up eventually a guy approached me and said they couldn't work on my truck as their system doesn't go back that far to look up what it needs. I told them they did it before and he said they'd have no way of knowing what filter or oil and they would have to order the filter. I explained to them that it had a modern Chevy 350 engine in it that is one of the most popular engines in the US. They pulled up my old record that showed it had a 5.3L V-8 engine, etc. Yet they still refused to do the work. There wasn't any other customers or vehicles at this location at the time. I asked for the manger and the same guy came back and said they could only do the work if I brought in my own filter and oil. After the guy checked with the manager who didn't even come talk to me, he said they couldn't do it. They couldn't really tell me why they refused to do what their entire location's main service is and they'd done this service on this vehicle previously at this location. Now I know why the location was dead even though it's at a very busy location. I saw the manger (at least who the guy I was speaking with went up to and asked) and he looked like he hadn't showered in a week and certainly didn't represent his company well at all. I've been in retail for years and retail management and I would not hire either of these two guys. They don't want to do their job at all. All they had to do is either look at my history or even look at the filter on my truck that they installed at this exact location previously. Instead they said they couldn't do the work. I took my business elsewhere and found someone who wanted to do their job and was actually pleasant and helpful. This new place has earned my business, I will never go back to this Jiffy Lube location. read more

I've been going to jiffy lube since ive got a Honda accord 2012 and they have been charging me for full synthetic and been putting the wrong oil in it and I notice because the cars idle was going higher then regular and the car oil life would not last as long as usual and I look back at my receipts and they been changing my oil with the wrong oil then the tech guy says yeah we have been running the wrong oil for more then a couple oil changes and they offered to change out the oil and the idle went back to normal but make sure you are actually getting what you pay for there thanks tech Moore for the help read more

I've been coming to this JL location for a couple of years. Last March (March 2022) I brought in my sons Ford Taurus for an oil change. After the oil change there were constant oil burning fumes and smells after driving the car. I ended up at my mechanic to diagnose it. Turns out the oil filter was not tightened all the way and was "gushing" oil. Now I know the JL crew calls out double checks so I do not know what happened. I'd encourage the owner to focus in on this part of the oil change. It could have been catastrophic for me. read more
