I assumed it was the old leaf springs because the wheelchair lift is on the rightside and weights about 600lbs and my sons power wheelchair weighs about 400lbs so that's a 1000lbs always on the right side of the van, but Nathan told me the body mounts after 14 years of use are shot and need replacing. I did however get the car back with a completely dead battery. 2. The battery was fine prior bringing it in. The car typically sits in my yard while my son is in school. It was being driven maybe twice a month so the battery had very little wear and wasn't that old. I think something was left on which drained the battery while it sat at the shop. They were stand offish, didn't go over my oil options, didn't check my air filters or ANY of the service parameters other than changing my oil (though my receipt said all this was done). They also said they had inflated my tires (I asked the guy before paying) but they didn't inflate ANY!!! I checked my car's tire meter to make sure since I never actually saw them do it (I had sat in the car instead of going in). I had to roll down the windows and tell them to do it a second time and they made bullshit excuses. DON'T go if you can help it!
