The service was pretty good! I didn't have to wait long to be seen, and someone was outside right away, giving me clear hand signals on which bay lane to pull into. The service worker showed me my cracked tire (oops!) and advised replacing that ASAP. All checks were done that needed to be done, and my air filter was replaced. I'm kind of confused by the signs on the windows that say tires because one of the service workers said they don't actually do anything with tires? A little pricey, not sure if they offer a military discount of any type (I did provide proof of service), but if not, it's not the end of the world. It's not that I feel entitled to it, but do want this information out there in case other veterans have this question because that was an expensive service for oil and an air filter. The store is clean though, and it's small and echoey, so if you need to make or take a call, please bring it outside. Receipt was supposed to be emailed to me, and much as I'd rather have that option, I might need to go back in tomorrow for the invoice because I never received the email receipt, even after checking to make sure my email was correct. You should probably just get the paper invoice to keep track of the work done. Just in case. Good experience overall though. Would recommend. read more

A week ago, I had an oil change done on my 2020 Hyundai at a Hyundai dealership. Today I noticed an oil leak under the car. Being away from the city, I contacted Jiffy Lube here in Maricopa. I asked Darren if they would investigate the cause of the leak. He said absolutely, bring it over. When I got there , the car was immediately taken in. The staff came to the waiting room with a pic on their phone showing the oil pan plug one thread away from falling out!! They torqued it , which obviously Hyundai DIDNT DO!! Then they cleaned up the undercarriage and sent me on my way! Thanks for the amazing complimentary service! This was the second positive experience I have had at this shop!! When I pulled up I told them exactly what I wanted and it was done exactly how I asked. I thought the price was a bit high for the oil change but I haven't been to a Jiffy Lube in a long time. My car was leaking and I didn't know why? I took my car into my dealer, and they told me wherever I had taken my car didn't tighten the screws, thus leaking oil. My wife took our car for an oil change. She had a coupon for 50 percent off a conventional oil change. She requested that from the technician, who changed her oil with a "Premium Blend" oil (Synthetic, not the conventional oil she requested). When she received the $100 bill, the cashier would not honor the coupon, because the oil was synthetic, not conventional. He ended up taking $30 off the oil change, leaving her with a balance of over $70. Classic Bait and Switch scam. Reporting this incident to Jiffy Lube Corporate today. We did receive a call from Jiffy Lube Corporate, who responded quickly and did their best to resolve the situation. The service was fast but the price was about a third more than I paid at a car dealership and at the dealership I got a tire rotation and a car wash. Showed up today 10/15/23 at 3:25pm a gentlemen approached me and asked what do I need, I said a oil change. He said well that ain't gonna happen (with an attitude), we're closed already and we have to clean up. I said ok so why put that you guys close at 4. He said we gotta clean up. Gentleman came out and told me he wasn't going to help me, to come back tomorrow. I advised that I would really appreciate the service as I know they do not close until 6 and needed to leave town early in the morning for him to smile and say sorry, no. Drove to Casa Grande to a competitor. Had incredible service. The entire oil change took about 14 minutes, yes, I timed it. Maurice af the Maricopa, AZ Jiffy Lube is wonderful! I just purchased a new-to-me Cadillac and I don't know much about it to be honest. I pulled into the Jiffy Lube when the tire pressure warning light came on and I had no idea what PSI the tires need. Maurice showed me how to check the current PSI (had no idea the dash had a menu!) and where the sticker is on the door that shows how much PSI I need. Turns out one tire has a nonfunctional sensor. Went in for a simple Oil Change & From the time I left the parking lot I started having issues with my vehicle. Black Smoke Coming from AC Vents, Oil leaking & My AC Stopped Working When it was Fine just before I pulled in. The workers always advise "I don't really know what I'm doing, let me get the Manager" The Manager advised me that they put the Oil Filter On Improperly, He said he fixed it & I I should have no problems, but I continued to have the same issues, so I took it back a 2nd time & was advised that the Drain Plug Gasket Was placed on improperly. I took it back a 3rd time & was advised that there was nothing they could do. Everything looked great & that I needed to recharge my AC unit & that should take care of all of the issues. I let them know that my vehicle had been leaking oil this entire time, I was advised to return the vehicle. I returned for a fourth time on 9/3/24 spoke with Patrick, who refused to give me his last name, but stated he was the manager. He Immediately tried to justify the actions of the previous employees, stating "they would not have made any of those mistakes" when in fact they did & admitted to doing so. He told me he would look at my vehicle, then came back to say, I had an engine oil leak that was advised to me at my last visit which he stated, was in May & since I did not take care of the problem, basically I should not be complaining. However, I have a confirmed oil change was done on 8/8/24 At no time was I ever informed of an engine oil leak. I had been there 3 times prior complaining about my oil leaking & black smoke coming from the air conditioner & not once, did anyone ever mention this to me. I was very upset & Asked him for his name and title. He turned to his employees and told them to hurry up and "get her car down & out of here!" My tire pressure was REALLY low and Anthony made sure all tires got their much needed air. My visit was informative with Anthony providing me on the steps that were taken with my car. As I drove away my car felt new again with air in tires and new oil and filter. Being a senior citizen and female it is so nice being treated with respect and kindness by everyone who works there. came to this location to get a oil change on 5/24/23. When i approached the lanes i was greater fairly quickly. During the oil change i was approached with regarding three upsales. Which is to be expected. About ten min later i was told that my headlights had been checked and needed to be replaced i declined that repair and said I'd change them myself. About five min later my car was ready, i paid the $119.00 for the oil change and left. The next day i lift my hood to replace my light bulb and notice my covering is missing on the passenger side. This was not missing before. My car has only been serviced at the Dodge dealership. I've never had it serviced anywhere. This is my first time having it serviced outside of the Dodge dealership at the dealership, everything is always put back in its place meticulously. Now I noticed that the cover is missing. I called Jiffy Lube to let them know. I was told that maybe it fell off while I was driving because he thinks that he put it back on. I said it no the cover is not small it's large and it's no way that it could fall off but I would drive there in five minutes so that way he could see instead of me trying to explain it because I'm not doing it justice, I drive there and when I pull up I can see the young man Jeremih speaking with Patrick who I now know is the manager. Patrick looks very upset and refuses to come acknowledge me or talk to me he sends Jeremiah over. I explained to Jeremiah what the issue was and he goes back to Patrick Patrick, then stumps over to me. Where I explained the same thing that I had told Jeremiah that I got a oil change my car is missing a piece that was not missing before I brought it. He immediately cuts me off and says no. He only checked one headlight and did not check the other and why would he remove the piece? I explain that I do not know why he does the things that he does. All I know is that my car was fully intact when I brought it and it is not intact now, he begins to yell at me saying that it's his day off and that he shouldn't even be here. I then replied with ok,could i speak to a manager that's when he said I am the manager, i then asked if i could speak to somebody above him. He said there is nobody above him I said, I find that extremely hard to believe, he then started to shout a number to me. I asked him can I have a pen and paper because I didn't have anything to write it down. He flat out told me no. I then asked if there was paper and a pen inside the office. He then turned around and walked away. I followed, and was given a piece of paper with the phone number from Jeremiah because Patrick refused to hand it to me. Patrick is BEYOND unprofessional and Extremely rude! I have learned my lesson and forever go to the dealership like have been. I paid $119 dollars to be treated as if i was a Liar and a intrusion on their day. I am a firm believer in you get more bees with honey than you do with vinegar, and you should always treat people how you want to be treated. But this place lacks that. I trusted then with my car, something i worked very hard to get, something that to most people is tied to their livelihood, so for Patrick to treat his customers as a nuisance while reminding them it's his day off after being informed of the sub par service he delivered is unfortunate. To not take ownership of a clear mistake made on his part is unacceptable. I know this issue will not be rectified as it is my word against theirs, and very rarely do these places own up to their wrongs. But if your reading this and thinking of trying this location i urge you to reconsider and save yourself the headache. read more

I have been going to Jiffy Lube for years. I went to this location and was treated so rudely by the manager. I called the corporate office to file a complaint. I was advised that someone would be contacting me within 48 hours. After 3 days I advised corporate that I hadn't heard from anyone. Here is the really good part... People are rude, the assistant Manager MAX especially. Went to drop my truck off on father's day there was 5 cars parked in line and when asked one worker could we drop off he said no. We said well other people dropped off he said there were here before you. That some people can drop off some cant. We said well you close at 4 mind you its 1030 in the morning he said no we still couldn't drop off. I asked for corporate number and was told by MAX you look it up ill call them before you do. I said there is plenty of parking he said those spots are taken by the cars that were dropped off and I said I had a handicap placard and he said show it to me. My husband had at this point was mad and left in the truck with the placard and MAX said its not my job to ask you if you have a placard in order to park in that space. Over all I told him some foul language and took off and I will be contacting corporate tomorrow as today is Sunday and is father's day. Definitely not pleased at all. I went right when they first opened because I had a busy day ahead and let the person know that I had a coupon when I arrived. I have a 2013 Mazda CX5 which requires synthetic 0w20 oil. I've gotten oil changes at other Jiffy Lube businesses with no problem before so I thought this would be a piece of cake. The serviceman acknowledged that I had a coupon and when I went to present it to him he stated we will take it at the end. I went him hoping to use a coupon for a Signature Service oil change, which I know for a fact is available for synthetic oil changes. I tried to bring that up to the serviceman and he didn't seem to want that information. I waited for them to finish, which was fine because I usually expect about an hour for an oil change so that was completely fine. But, when I went to pay the exact same person who I tried to give my coupon to said he couldn't use it because they don't offer that service to synthetic oil changes that require 0w20, which was completely false because my husband requires the same oil in his car and Jiffy Lube always offers that service to him. He said that I needed to present the coupon before the service was performed, and I shut him down saying that I tried to show him the coupon but he was more concerned with just getting the car in the facility and didn't take the time to read it. He refused to match the price that the coupon stated, but was able to get the price down considerably which worked for me since I couldn't exactly refuse to pay as they had my car and house keys. Since this oil change, both my husband and myself have received the EXACT SAME COUPON stating that Jiffy Lube offers the Signature Service Oil Change with Full Synthetic Oil for up to 5 qts of 0w20 and my car does not take more than 5 qts. As someone who is knowledgeable about cars but not in the industry, even I know as good customer service to review a customer's coupons and explain to them that this coupon wouldn't work because of a specific reason and not just say at the end "well I needed to see that before the service so I could have told you that 0w20 isn't made for Signature Service oil changes." I moved here back in March and am trying really hard to support local businesses in town whether they are mom and pop places or franchises or whatever Jiffy Lube is. Maricopa is a smallish town and during COVID I know a lot of businesses are struggling so I try and support my community, but I am 100% so disturbed by the service that I received here I would rather drive 50 miles back to my Jiffy Lube in Scottsdale to receive service because they actually offer decent customer service. read more

This place is horrible. They didn't put a drain plug back on correctly after I had my oil change done. My car had a slow oil leak until the sensors in my car told me my car had low oil pressure. I took it to a mechanic who was great at Sunwest auto care downtown and my car had almost no oil left. It was so bad the car was telling me to turn off the engine. The last place that serviced my car was jiffy lube. My mechanic told me they did not put the drain plug back properly. He said he has seen lots of issues with cars as a result of jiffy lubes in general. I will never go to a jiffy lube again. They could have ruined my car and engine. I waited an hour for them to advise me they did nor have my oil in and when I asked if they could order it, he said yes and they could have it in about 3 hours, keep in mind I called Wednesday and was advised that if they have to order anything it could take an hour I was there when they opened and I could NOT make an appointment. Very Rude--- This was my first and probably last time taking my car to this company. There was no one in the lobby and after a few minutes someone walked through a door near the waiting room, he looked like he was on a hurry and said "what do you need?" I told him that I needed an oil change, he replied with "the waiting time is an hour and a half" then, he just walk pass me and pointed towards the parking lot. I was a little confused so I asked what's the next step? He reply with " i already told you...the waiting time is an hour and half and get on the line! " he then went into the parking lot so i decide to take my business to the competition. I brought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler in on the 19th for a simple oil change and oil filter change. Two days later I noticed oil pouring out from under my Jeep and smoke coming through the AC vents. I immediately took it straight to my mechanic, who found that the oil filter was torqued in so tightly that it cracked the oil filter housing/oil cooler (it's all one unit in jeeps) and the repair bill to replace it is $700. I contacted jiffy lube and explained the situation to them, expecting to be reimbursed for my now un-drivable vehicle. Instead they came back to me and said that Chrysler (the company that owns Jeep) released a statement on Jeep Wrangler oil cooler housing, stating that it's a common issue for them to crack if the oil filter is screwed in too tight. So off of this, they're able to supposedly deny all responsibility for the damage they caused. I was nothing but calm and polite during the entire situation and the jiffy lube supervisor was extremely rude and condescending to me. I can't afford a lawyer to fight this, and I'm certainly going to struggle to afford the $700 bill I now have to pay to fix my only vehicle I have to get to work, I've been borrowing my dad's truck for the past few days. Please, do NOT get any services done on your vehicle at this terrible business! They will destroy your vehicle and not show any remorse. Absolutely evil. read more

I went into this jiffy lube for an oil change ended up having car towed out of there because they disconnected my drive shaft along with a couple other things. As I was there waiting with another female friend of mine for my car to be towed I started asking the managers questions mind you the car was perfect going in no noise no leaks the manager who was a short dirty looking gentleman with a beard not maintained and shaggy greasy hair proceeded to get up set with me he cursed yelled and got very aggressive to the point he lunged at my friend. Went in around 3 to get an oil change to multiple places in maricopa. Was turned down at each place and had a full breakdown because I waited until the last minute to get my oil changed. I called jiffy lube and they were prompt, they assured me that they could get me in and that really took a lot of weight off of my shoulders. When I returned, I found out that something was broken in my car keeping them from being able to perform the oil change. I left and then came back expecting my car to be fixed tomorrow, but Dustin happened to double check something and was able to finish my car even though it was after closing hours. On 12/28/2021 I visited the Jiffy Lube location in Maricopa Arizona. When I arrived there was one bay open and a vehicle in the bay being serviced. I parked behind and soon a man around 30ish with facial hair Hispanic approached me. He asked me what I needed I replied that I needed and oil change. I then asked if there were any specials for oil changes and he looked at me like I was crazy. He then said to me " I JUST WORK HERE I DON'T KNOW" I was taken back for a moment because when it comes to a customer service oriented business such as this one that comment is detrimental to a business. I tried explaining that sometimes they have coupons he said no they had none and directed me to the lobby area. I asked if there was a manager there and he said just go to lobby. I went back out to my vehicle to get my cup of coffee and when I returned outside they cluster of workers were in front of the vehicle that was in the service bay talking loudly and making fun of me because I asked for a coupon or a special. I stood there for several minutes listening to the degradation of my question and then I got back in my vehicle and left. As I backed away from the entrance of the building I watched for their reaction in the mirror, and as I was driving away the guy who originally helped me flipped me off. I am done with Jiffy Lube entirely, what a disappointing and disgusting experience. I wish this business the failed success it stinks of! Maricopa this business will certainly lower your new and upcoming city horizons for sure! Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
