i've been here for over 2 and a half hours and they just completed the oil change. Several cars that have gotten here after me have already been serviced and left. They seem to be extremely unorganized and careless to the wait there customer have to take. waited well over an hour for the car to be taken in which happens. On one hand, the service was quick, and the gentleman clerk guy was eager to please. I found a coupon on line for about $27 so wrongly assumed I could get a good cheap oil change. WRONG. Even with the coupon, it was still almost $100. That's with no extras. They tried twice to convince me to purchase an oil system flush, and then some other kind of flush, both of which are rip offs according to the internet. Just change your oil regularly with good oil and you don't need that crap. Other than the high pressure sales technique, and the unusually high price of an oil change, I loved it. Wow they really did a great job! I just needed an inspection and an oil change, and they did both in about 15 mins. I was pretty surprised when tbey walked into the waiting area and told me they were done. And they were also very friendly all around. As far as cost, it was exactly as advertised, though there was a $6 fee for shop supplies. That's not my favorite approach, but given all the other positives and the trendiness of that fee elsewhere I could live with that. They did not try to upsell me with anything. finishing up with plague and everything is still running smoothly: pull in... pull out... and in between there the old oils go away and new oils go in plus my car gets a multifaceted safety check including fluid levels, tire condition, and the state of other consumables... I have had a long-standing relationship with the Jiffy Lube in Charlotte and now I reside in Mooresville and decided to take my car to the Jiffy Lube in Mooresville for a tire patch, as I had a slow leak. Eric had me in and out within 5-10 minutes and did a phenomenal job!! I have nothing but excellent customer service every time I encounter Jiffy Lube staff and they have me as a customer for life!! Beware!! I went for an oil change and inspection. When I didn't upgrade my oil change I was charged a "Window Tint Test Fee" on my state inspection for Factory Installed Windows on a 2019 that obviously passed! Total Crooks!!! read more

I have an older car and they always suggest whats best for my car and along with seeing of id like to change oils or have anything else done or looked at. they have a specialist who comes in to do bigger jobs. he's very respectful and informative. processes are great wait time is in a first come first serve for standard services. Went to Jiffy Lube in Mooresville this Sunday for a conventional oil change. I knew to be on the look out for the usual air filter, sell you more services, tricks, What I was not prepared for were hidden fees and the super high price. $41.99 for a conventional oil change WTF? Agreed to do it with a $7 coupon (only place around open Sunday). Then they quote $48, I said: "I'm not paying that, I'll pay 42 with a 7 dollar coupon". Then they add some random fees and I end up paying $41 for an oil change!!! Never again. Stay away. read more

By far cheaper than shops w/ lifts. I had o2 sensor changed on my suv and brought them the part. It was by far cheaper than say meineke. Good customer service and very reasonable prices. That's all you can ask for in a mechanic shop. Ask here before paying $100 an hour plus parts at a shop or better than $400 an hour at some dealerships. read more

just a suggestion if u take your car to this mooresville location... (store#3149 300 w plaza drive)... make sure u take a pic of your entire car...once u step away trust and believe it will not come out the same way----yes they greet u with a smile (never trust a wicked smile ) took my 1998 honda civic in for routine oil change-- 1st time ever going to this location and my last--- car came out the bay area with a dent in side front panel ---they claim it wasn't done there but april the cashier know that big dent wasn't in my car when she approached me when pulling into the parking lot around the back... (no one ever told me you have to keep a eye on your vehicle when you leave it for service) once i approached her about the dent she told me she would forward video over to the district mgr (david)... he return my call the next day july 6,2015 ... after looking at the film he claim all he seen was the attendant pulling my car into the bay area for oil change and pulling the car out (of course he would say that --who want to pay for damages to anyone vehicle ) that comes out the company pocket--anyway this what puzzled me--- he told me he called a body shop to see what could have caused the damage -- after giving me different ways this could have happen (that had me thinking he claim the damage wasn't shown on the camera---sooo how can u explain something to a body shop if u haven't seen the damage done to a car ) a very dishonest/untrustworthy/deceitful location and then he try to put judgment on the model of my car @ yes i gave him some "choice words" ask to review the tape----guess what customers can't review jiffy lube tapes it's only for them to review ---wow!!!! liers never succeed!!!! cya~~when driving into this location !!!!! in order for me to share this post i had to select "star" i guess putting oil in the car deserve one star!!! read more
