    I have mixed opinions about this place. Had a flat tire. AAA said this tire with 6200 was fixable. Discount said it wasn't but they would order tire for Monday delivery. Turns out order didn't even go out until Monday. Tire came in on Thursday and experience was excellent. Mixed feelings but happy ending! Ps, not happy ending. I presented the car to my wife who looked at the new tire and asked why they didn't clean it. I looked and she was right. It was all gunked up and looks terrible. So I just lowered the score to two stars.

    got enough tire to pass safety inspection now!

I walked into the lobby & a frazzled employee (Jeff) checked me in. It took 25 minutes for them to take my car into a bay. At 2:30, they were still working on my car. Then Jeff came & said they could not rotate the tires, because two were bad, almost bald. I was shocked to hear this news. He then proceeds to start finding tires, to which I told him I was not in a position to buy tires today (not to mention, I already spent way more time than I wanted to). Wait more ... Finally, about 3 PM, he came back & said they were able to rotate the tires & I was ready to be checked out. I will not be going back to NTB.

    Came in looking for rims for my other truckster because way back when NTB was invented they did…read morethat sort of thing. Turns out it's mostly just Batteries and National Tires now (just like the name says) One of the techs assured me that if a person were to come in with wheels they would be glad to tire them up all nice and shiny like... balanced with new valve stems and everything for a modest fee, plus the possibility of road hazard warranty if you buy new. I'm guessing that making an appointment would greatly improve your chances of having an excellent consumer experience here. So if you have some wheels laying around that need tiring bring 'em in. ...and itseems oil changes are a thing here too.

    Absolutely unacceptable experience…read more I had a 4:00 PM appointment today for a tire balance, rotation, and alignment. I dropped off my Jeep Wrangler well before 3:30 PM. As my ride was picking me up, I saw one of their employees get in my Jeep and drive it around the parking lot--not into a bay, just joyriding with a big smile on his face. I didn't think much of it at the time, assuming they were about to start the work. Fast forward to 7:00 PM, and I still hadn't heard anything. I check the app--no updates. I call the shop--they're CLOSED. No call, no email, no message. Nothing. Concerned, I got a ride back to the shop to check on my vehicle. My Jeep--which has no doors or roof and a brand-new sound system--was parked outside, completely exposed, with rain in the forecast. To make things worse, no work had been done. So I have to ask: Why was that kid driving my Jeep around the parking lot? What exactly were they doing with my vehicle for nearly 4 hours? And why on earth wasn't I notified they were keeping it overnight? I'm having the Jeep towed home tonight at my own expense and will be addressing this with management first thing in the morning. I'm also filing a report with the BBB. Check the other recent reviews here and on Google--this isn't an isolated incident. This place is a mess. Issue after issue, and they've clearly learned nothing.

After an hour and a half of me just sitting and no manager providing feedback on my vehicle, my car was still sitting high on the car lift. I stood up to get answers but the phone was ringing and all the guys were in the garage. One of my car tires was just laying there by itself. No one was inside so I walked out to check for myself what was going on. I asked one of the mechanics that was standing there on his phone, if he knew what was going on with my car. He told me it should be ready in 30 min or so. I didn't leave until 10:00am. The manager tried to tell me that the studs on my wheels should be replaced every 3-4 times after I rotate the tires. That is NOT true! They should not be replaced that often and are supposed to last the life of the car UNLESS, there is corrosion, damage, snapped or cross thread, have a tightening issue or wobbling or a vibration. I always do my research. Also, when I went outside and saw the guys standing around not working, I asked one of the mechanics why is no one working on my car? He told me, they damaged my stud and had to order another one. He said it should be here in 30 minutes. No one came to tell me at all. I was just sitting there and what should have been a simple tire rotation lasted 2 and a half hours!!! I will not return here again. I have video and pics of no work being performed on my car. The courteous thing would have been to simply tell me what happened so I would have known. Honest mistake. Not try to cover it up then charge me for something YOU did. After I told him what I was told by HIS employee, he lied and said he would do ME a favor and not charge me THIS TIME. How about not charge me??!! I bought my tires from firestone. I'm entitled to free rotation because they're under warranty and if YOU break the stud sir, YOU are responsible for replacing it. NOT ME! Ethics out there window! I'm so disappointed because they used to have a good manager and good mechanics here. I guess they've left just like morals and honesty.

    A big shout-out to the team at Sam's Club in Mooresville, NC!…read more Last Sunday, June 7, after attending our Church's Worship Service, my family and I purchased a bottle of Clinique Happy perfume during our shopping trip. After loading everything into our vehicle, we accidentally left the perfume in the shopping cart and drove away without realizing it. When we discovered what had happened, I called the Customer Service Department hoping there might be a chance it had been found. To my surprise and relief, they told me they had it waiting for us! I want to sincerely thank Amy and Karrie from Customer Service for taking care of the perfume and keeping it safe until we could return. Most importantly, a special recognition goes to Tyler, one of the cart attendants, who found the perfume in the cart and turned it in instead of simply leaving it there. In a world where we often hear negative stories, it's refreshing to be reminded that honesty, integrity, and good people are still all around us. Tyler's actions and the professionalism of the Sam's Club team turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a memorable example of outstanding customer service. Culture is reflected in the small things people do when no one is watching. Thank you, Amy, Karrie, and Tyler.
