I brought my truck in for a routine alignment. After the service was completed, I was told they couldn't recalibrate my truck, possibly because it was "too hot" and needed to cool down. They handed me the keys and told me to take it to the dealer. As it turns out, the actuator had to be replaced. Fortunately, my truck is still under warranty; otherwise, this would have been a $3,500 repair. I truly regret taking my truck here. "Honest" appears to be in the name only. I will also be following up with Costco about having them removed from its approved service shop list.

Somehow it took them an hour, even though I was the only one there. Then they told me I failed the inspection because all my tires are bad and I shouldn't be driving on them. They also said my suspension was about to break. They added, "Since you're already here, we can fix it for you," and quoted me around $2k. I left, went down the road, and got another inspection. It took just 12 minutes and I passed. They said my tires look basically new and there was nothing wrong with my suspension.

I've met MANY of them while sitting in the waiting room and chatting. Not sure what the intentions of the person writing that review were, but lying to hurt a business for some reason is unethical. Absolutely unacceptable experience…read more I had a 4:00 PM appointment today for a tire balance, rotation, and alignment. I dropped off my Jeep Wrangler well before 3:30 PM. As my ride was picking me up, I saw one of their employees get in my Jeep and drive it around the parking lot--not into a bay, just joyriding with a big smile on his face. I didn't think much of it at the time, assuming they were about to start the work. Fast forward to 7:00 PM, and I still hadn't heard anything. I check the app--no updates. I call the shop--they're CLOSED. No call, no email, no message. Nothing. Concerned, I got a ride back to the shop to check on my vehicle. My Jeep--which has no doors or roof and a brand-new sound system--was parked outside, completely exposed, with rain in the forecast. To make things worse, no work had been done. So I have to ask: Why was that kid driving my Jeep around the parking lot? What exactly were they doing with my vehicle for nearly 4 hours? And why on earth wasn't I notified they were keeping it overnight? I'm having the Jeep towed home tonight at my own expense and will be addressing this with management first thing in the morning. I'm also filing a report with the BBB. Check the other recent reviews here and on Google--this isn't an isolated incident. This place is a mess. Issue after issue, and they've clearly learned nothing.
