If you have a foreign, don't bring it to Jiffy Lube. I'm sure they're great with other cars but they had no idea how to put oil in my Audi. All I asked for was for them to top off my oil... simple. Unfortunately they couldn't figure out how to check the level of it let alone how much to put in. They ended up messing it all up and I went somewhere else to get it fixed. uggggghh...... all I needed was to get my emissions and balance tires, keep in mind that I also was also the first one here at 8 its taken 2 hours??? while others came and got done. With bigger vehicles?? This is the 2nd time of me coming to this new location early in the morning and every time they really take there time. I just don't feel welcomed at this location. They told me they could fix a chip in my windshield for free, so I let them. Turns out my insurance wouldn't cover it and they wanted me to pay 1800 for it, I called Jiffy lube and they were quick to apologize and said they will waive the fee. At first I thought I would be writing a 5 star review even though they seemed to be a little frazzled and I had to wait about 15 extra minutes to finish up with the car because some of their equipment hadn't been charged up the night before. But now if it was possible I would give them a negative 100! I got in fast and they were working on my car immediately. I was able to get the oil changed, all the fluids filled, chips repaired on the windshield, air filter replaced, cabin air filter replace, tire pressure adjusted, car emission inspection done a little early than required and sticker for car in one visit. Our Toyota Camry has been a very reliable car for us and we have taken very good care of it. We don't drive much because most of our work is done at home. We have never had any issues with leaking fluids after taking it in to our usual mechanic for oil changes and to have fluids topped off or changed out. Literally a few days after leaving jiffy lube the check engine light came on. I was experiencing a jerking sensation with the car. My husband checked what the warning number meant and discovered that there literally was no fluid in one of the two coolant reservoirs for the engine. It literally had nothing in it. My husband called up Jiffy lube and they said that they had forgotten to put fluid in it and he could drop by and they would fill it up for him. He said he would just go to the store and get some. Big mistake. He's a very gullible trusting person. He should have recorded that conversation. When he put the coolant in it seemed to have air in the line and was settling, but the level gradually got lower in the next few days. After a few more days the coolant started leaking more and then after a few more days it was leaking even more. By the time we took it in to Jiffy lube the leek was extreme. We were constantly poring coolant in it. Of course the mechanic there told me that the problem wasn't with the coolant reservoir but that their was a crack in the radiator and the part was $800. They knew I was leaving on a trip the next day and would want it fixed. I asked him how the car could suddenly get a crack in the radiator after it had just been serviced and everything had been just checked out. He said " dumb blind luck?" Yeah. I'm not that stupid. Someone screwed up royally and now doesn't want to admit it. They were frazzled that morning and didn't check things as they should have. And now we have a screwed-up engine. I just stopped talking to him. It was insulting how stupid he thought I was. He thought he could get an easy sale from me because I was leaving on a trip and I'm a woman. The manager didn't even have the guts to talk with me. As I was getting in the car to leave I could see all the guys standing around talking with the manager together about my car. I saw their faces and they screwed up and now we are out well over a thousand dollars and maybe more if it damaged the engine and I'll be paying hundreds more for gas on this trip using our other vehicle. read more

This is my favorite Jiffy Lube. I almost hate to write this because I don't want this location to get more popular. I love how quick and friendly everyone is! The wait is never long and the service is always top-notch. This is probably the only Jiffy Lube that actually vacuums my floors. My car is always a mess so other Jiffy Lubes probably don't think I will notice. Anyone that has a bad has had a bad experience here has got to be an anomaly. read more

I've never written a review and I'm sad that I have to because I had a great experience at this location once. I went in recently to get an oil change, we were going out of town in a few days and I just needed it quick. After waiting 45 minutes they called me back, and started going through the whole laundry list of things I should probably do today. They mentioned I needed my tires rotated, air filter replaced, transmission done, and also said my rear differential was leaking and I was missing two bolts so I should go see a mechanic. Since I was in a hurry and they had taken a long time already, I declined everything and just got the oil changed. Since they had listed so many things needing to get done I wanted to get it looked at again to make sure before we went on a long road trip, and the Grease Monkey in AF was the only thing open. I wanted a second opinion on everything. I drove up, told them the list of things that I wanted double checked, and right away the manager of this Grease Monkey said I for sure didn't need my tires rotated till the winter, and after I told him about the transmission he came inside with me to check reports on when the transmission was done last (we had purchased the car last year so I wasn't sure) and he checked everything on my car personally. He came back and told me everything looked great, he topped off all my fluids, and then he asked me to look at the report since I had told him about the rear differential leak. He double checked that report and it was what they had written down. He said "That's funny, cause your car doesn't have a rear differential." There were other leaks that they didn't catch but he said they were normal for a car my age, and not dangerous or pressing. He didn't charge me for any of this, btw. So I don't know if this Jiffy Lube tried to take advantage of me cause I was a woman by myself, or if they're just incompetent, either way I'm glad I got a second opinion and didn't waste $200+ that day. read more

These guys took 2.5 hrs to change 2 brake pads. There were no cars in front of me either. These guys work like turtles in molasses.

I've taken both my cars here a few times now, and I have been very impressed by all the mechanics here. Great customer service every time. They've never tried to sell me anything I didn't need, and their prices are reasonable with plenty of coupons and discounts available. An oil change and tire rotation usually takes about an hour, and they have snacks and wifi as you wait. read more

Unlike any other Jiffy Lube I've been to. Waited an hour before they brought me to the counter. Thinking my car was done, he then asked me what type of oil I would like. Ugh. I continued to wait. They weren't even busy, there were only 2 cars there. The bill was also astronomical. read more

It hurts me to give them such a low rating as I think the guys are great, but now I can't TRUST them. My husband brought his car in 3 weeks ago for emissions and got the brake pads and a light bulb replaced, or so we thought. Brought the car in today and was told that the same things needed to be fixed. What the?!? When he showed them the receipt, the guy fumbled all over his words, and told him that it must be faulty parts and they were covered by warranty. Really? Brake pads and a light bulb that were replaced the same day both failed in 3 weeks? I'm not that stupid. I saw a report a few months ago of people placing cameras in their cars and catching employees not doing the work they charge for. After today, I'm wondering how many air filters I paid for that I never got. On top of that, the 30 minute wait was delayed because they didn't have the parts and then the parts were delivered to the wrong store. So disappointed. If you continue to use them, as I will not, I suggest you ask for all your old parts to ensure they truly do replace them. read more

day 20 my first oil change so over 3000 miles already? i went to walmart to get it done but they told me it would be over a 2 hour wait. basically they were telling me to take my business elsewhere. so i found a jiffy lube on state and the wait was kind of long but standard. like i was in and out in less than an hour. the guys were friendly. its more expensive than other places but they clean your floors and windshields, top off your fluids, clean your air filter, and check your tires so its worth it for me not to wait at walmart and for peace of mind in my trip. a snow storm is coming i heard. i hope it won't be too treacherous tomorrow... read more

The slimy guys here didn't like that we used a coupon. We had to tell the same guy 3 times that he had the wrong total because we had a coupon.. They tried to sell us a 70 dollar belt that we didnt need. Our belt was brand new. Then they pulled a dirty trick and poured a large puddle of oil somewhere in the front of our vehicle and in the back so that when we drove away, oil sprayed everywhere and leaked a huge puddle in our driveway. We took our truck to another shop and when they put the truck up on the lift, you could see the sprayed oil all over the underneath of our car. These guys are the most dishonest scum bags I have ever dealt with. Run away! read more

We were visiting from Southern California when we noticed our oil was almost dry even though we had it changed a few weeks earlier. We stopped by Jiffy Lube and even though it was closing time they happily took our car in and checked to make sure there were no leaks and topped off our oil. We were in and out of there within minutes and their customer service was exceptional. Would definitely go there again!! read more

Terrible. They ruined my engine. If I could rate them lower than a 1 star, I would. I took my Subaru Forester in for an oil change and 4 months later, my engine has seized up. The mechanic I took it to verified that my engine was neither burning oil, nor leaking. He said that they did not put in enough oil in the engine to begin with, and that it wasn't even new oil. The mechanic pulled out half a quart of sludge from the engine. Unfortunately, I can't get them to do anything about this because the engine did not seize up until right at the recommended mileage for another oil change. So that leaves me with the task of replacing the engine completely and walking away with a $3100 invoice. read more

My own personal suggestion: Do not take an older vehicle into any Jiffy Lube for state safety inspection or emissions test. These people are very nice and proper but they're knowledge of vehicles is questionable. The company has changed recently from servicing your vehicle's oil needs to almost a full-service shop. What that means is, it appears that they will do everything in their power to find something wrong with your vehicle in order to FAIL it on the safety side. Reason: they desperately want to sell you their parts replacement. In addition to oil, windshield wipers, headlights, and side lights, they now sell tires and brake service. Everything that they can fail on a state safety inspection. They seem to know what age and kind of vehicle you have so they will email you discount coupons for these tests. It appears they know they can fail you for something so they make up the difference. I am NOT saying they are dishonest because they are not. It's just they are doing everything to make $$ on every transaction. If you have a newer vehicle in great shape then this is probably the place to come. Though this particular store is extremely busy seems all the time, so expect a 60+ minute wait in a relatively small customer service seating area in not-so-comfortable seats. I've taken my vehicles here for oil changes for many years but I won't take them here, again, for the state vehicle tests. I guess it's OK if you have a small fortune and don't mind walking away with a $200+ bill just for the state inspections. Unfortunately, there is nothing "Jiffy" about coming here. They should build a larger store with double the bays to accommodate the customer volume. read more
