Jiffy Lube changed my sister's oil a while back and stripped her drain plug. DID NOT tell her a while after the fact and put on a new drain plug which should have replaced the entire oil pan. THEN I buy her car and take it to nissan for an inspection and am told its leaking oil because its the wrong drain plug. Jiffy lube says since she sold the car they won't do anything! Don't go to Jiffy Lube they are dishonest and will mess up your vehicle. They will not fix their mistakes and try to get away with ruining your car. read more

I use to like the guys that worked here they were really nice and patient. I just went there 5 minutes ago and I was greeted like I was a problem, like needing an oil change was just to much to ask for. This is the worst experience that I have ever had trying to simply get my oil changed, I couldn't even grab my backpack out of the car to work on my school work while they worked on my car because one of the employees was telling me I didnt need my bag, or my phone or my god damn coffee. These guys are the best - professional, fast and friendly! Stopped by for an oil change and a tire rotation because I had a coupon and it was on my way home. A week and a half later I discovered my rear hubcap had fallen off and immediately I thought it must not have been put on correctly during my tire rotation at Jiffy Lube. So i called them up and spoke with Zane, who ended up not being the store manager, but the district manager and immediately offered to replace all 4 of my hubcaps or purchase one from the dealer - no questions asked. Even offered to purchase them and install them! They really went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my experience. I went in for an oil change as as always, they do a quick check on several other things to make sure I'm in good shape before I go. I was told that I needed new break pads immediately and was advised to not even leave the shop as they were that bad. After contemplating, I decided to take to hold off and took it to a professional shop to get looked at about a week later. This time, the guy told me my breaks and pads were all still brand new and in amazing shape. I am extremely frustrated and feel as though I was almost taken advantage of because I am a young female who doesn't know much about cars and trusts people way too easily. I was close to dropping $600+ at jiffy lube for parts I didn't even need. This is not the way to get returning customers. Very disappointed. read more

This store doesn't deserve any stars. Please read entire review. Never go to this store their are already a lot of reviews to not go there. I'm a store manger of a jiffy lube in Littleton and I sent my buddy over there because I was to busy at my shop and he was picking up stuff over by the shop anyways so I told him go there. Which was the biggest mistake I ever did. While he was getting an oil change the guys at the shop was leaning on his trucks and broke a clip that holds the bezel to the headlight and also got oil all over the side of the truck. Unfortunately this clip also holds the entire light to the car. He then told the manager what happened and the manager told him we didn't brake it. The other shop before us broke it. Well guess what I am the other shop they are saying broke it. I have worked on all his cars for years because I'm a true real mechanic I have 2 degrees in automotive and I am also ast certified, I also make sure everything is perfect and every bolt and screw is back on because I was raised to put things back correctly.The service before he went to that shop I put on a battery for him at my jiffy lube took me 5 min and nothing was broke nothing at all and the whole truck was clean because my buddy is a auto body collision expert. Do not go to this shop at all. If you live in Parker either go to a different store like 39 and wadsworth I used to run that shop. Or my current shop in Littleton. If your in the mountains go to the shop in evergreen I used to run that shop and they are awesome guys read more

Stay away! I went for a full service including cleaning of my K&N air filter. They over saturated it with oil causing the air flow sensor to set off check engine light. I had to go to the dealership 3 times before finally getting it all repaired at a cost of $900! They reimbursed me $100. I am taking them to court! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! read more

I've been getting my oil changed here for the past couple of years. They are always fast (15 minutes) and the staff is very courteous and professional. I used to hate getting my oil changed because I always felt like I would get pressured into additional unnecessary services, never the case here! The Parker Jiffy Lube has been our "go to" oil change place for several years, but they have gone straight down hill, and today will be our last visit. None of the familiar faces are there anymore, they tack on extra charges for oil waste, etc. and DO NOT fill the fluids that are suppose to be included with their service. We came back 1 1/2 hours after dropping the car off....still not done. At the completion of the service, they didn't go over the car with us like they used to. Later, we realized there was no windshield wiper fluid, and the oil was still dark...mmmm. There are many well run, automotive businesses in Parker. I needed to get my oil changed and there was a Groupon was available for a Signature oil change. I don't usually go to Jiffy Lube but at $19.99 I figured why not. Well, they did change my oil, refill the washers reservoir, but not much else. No tire pressure check, no cleaning of exterior windows and no vacuuming the inside. So yes, my oil was changed but nothing else for $19.99. I think I'd rather pay more and get the extras done. read more

Extremely disappointed I usually get my oil changed at Firestone. I made a change this round since I had a few extra minutes on my lunch break. That was a huge mistake. Unlike Grease Monkey, Firestone, or any other oil change place I've visited, Jiffy Lube does not check customers in when they pull up. They wait until the car is next to be serviced. The short story is that I waited 45 minutes for my turn in line, only to be told but they didn't have my oil filter. My car is 3 years old and it's a fairly common vehicle. I understand that this part being out is probably beyond their control. This has happened one other time and Firestone told me as soon as I arrived that my filter was out of stock. If Jiffy Lube made a practice of checking customers in as soon as they arrive, they could have prevented me from losing my lunch break for nothing. I would like to stress that the employees were friendly and appeared more than capable. My problem is that this check-in procedure is pretty damn dumb. Employee literally just sat in the driver seat of my car and watched me stand at the front desk. I was wanting a price for the full synthetic. After me walking out to him, he said the price was $84.99. For 5 quarts of oil, why in the world is the price so high? I went to the superwalmart less than 3 miles from this jiffy lube and paid $45. Also, there was a manager sitting in the office not paying attention to the customers. I had a $10 off coupon. My car needed an oil change so I gave these guys a try. Typically they tried to up sell me wiper blades, an air filter, synthetic oil. I declined. They got me in and out in 30 minutes but even with $10 off the oil change was still $40. Hardly a bargain. read more

I needed an oil change and was out at an appointment in Castle Rock so stopped at an oil change place waited over 10 minutes for someone to even come talk to me then laughed and told me it would be 9 hours to get an oil change done today because they were booked solid. I took my baby back to the car which she was getting fussy from getting in and out of the car and go to another place. I go up to an empty bay and the parking lot was empty too talked to one guy and he said it will be 30 minutes fine so I take the baby out only to have another guy come up telling me to move my car and get out of their way. I was so mad and had a screaming child at that point. Decide to call jiffy lube even though I was 20 minutes away and live in Elizabeth but decided to try. The man who answered was very polite, it was a breath of fresh air for me. We got there and they got us in and out in under 30 minutes and everyone was so kind and talking to the baby and putting her in a good mood. I left feeling so much better. DO NOT COME HERE!!! FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING TO THIS JIFFY LUBE LOCATION! VERY DISAPPOINTED! I paid for 2 oil changes on Groupon ($26.99 each) and it said my payment was processing so I asked the manager about it and he said to just pull the cars in and we would deal with it after. to begin with, Their phone number hasn't been working for weeks. one of the techs drove my lowered car over the ramp really fast with no care and the noise actually made me jump and scream. When I was being asked what kind of oil i wanted I said full synthetic and asked the tech if it was going to be more expensive and he said NO. when it comes time to pay and they're finishing up with both cars the manager tells me to cancel the groupon and he would give me the same price. I cancelled it and He tried to charge me $100 and when I tried explaining that I shouldn't be charged more than what I paid on Groupon when I even asked the tech if it was going to be the same price. He tried to charge me $75 then he ended up charging me $50. After I pay he tells me I still have to pay for the other car when I thought he already charged me for both cars. I have been to this location twice in the last year and both time my oil was changed to satisfaction. The waiting area is BASIC, they have chairs but that's it. But it's usually only a half hour or so, not a huge deal. But what was concerning were all the extra charges that no one tells or asks you about. For example, adding coolant without my ok, isn't ok. Especially when they add an additional $8 bucks to your bill (it's the principal). As well as charging for an additional quart of oil (which I've never experienced anywhere but here), above what they supply in a typical oil change. If I purchase an "oil change" I expect that to cover the "oil", its not like I brought in a semi-truck! Regardless, the best part was the air filter that was shown to me that looked like I had run over a small gremlin or other furry creature, complete with some tumbleweed and even a cigarette butt. The mechanic showed me this disgusting piece of equipment which was supposedly out of my car asking if I'd like to replace it for an additional charge upwards of $20 bucks. After he left the waiting area another customer waiting said to me, "that's crazy another gentleman just showed me the same thing!" So, I'm only speculating here, but was that an attempt to collect more money or just a strange coincidence, humm? So overall, if you need an oil change fine, the work they do is satisfactory, just beware of all the additional charges and possible scams you might run into along the way. read more

Worst service I have ever received! While performing my oil change they broke my seat making it impossible for me to drive my vehicle, rather than trying to do something to fix the problem (after all they are supposed to be mechanics right?) they threatened to call the police if I didn't move my vehicle. So there I was with my three small children, in the cold with a car that I can't drive away and all the "mechanics" are laughing it up in the shop.
