Picture of my engine after an actual mechanic evaluated my car.

I needed to get my spark plugs changed on my 2017 Nissan Murano, so I went to Jiffy Lube. The technician who replaced my spark plugs didn't correctly hook up one of the spark plugs. I did not know this at the time. My car worked fine for a couple of days but soon thereafter it died. I took the car back and they told me one of the cylinders in the engine was leaking oil and it would require additional work to fix my car. At this point, I took my car to an actual mechanic who took my engine apart and told me the engine was fine. The issue was one of the spark plugs was not securely connected to the cylinder which caused my car to stop working. Incompetent service. Bad value. Save yourself money and a headache. Avoid Jiffy Lube.

Excellent experience! I worked with a gentleman by the name of Matt. You could tell that he knew what he was doing and that he was going to give you what you need and nothing more. He lacks personality, but that doesn't affect his ability to work. The main reason for my review is mainly price. The blend I bought was $80+. That seems absurd. I did scramble to find a coupon for $7 off (pictured). Even $73 for a small 4 cyl is quite ridiculous. I remember that an 8 cyl truck oil change, full synthetic, and tire rotation was $60. So this seems quite expensive. Everything else in this experience is a 5-star though.

Great job! They got us in and out in about 20 minutes. Everyone was very friendly even when we showed up pretty close to closing time.

We have had a warranty repair for a coolant leak and no questions asked, they fixed the issue at no cost. We've also had them do some exhaust work (cat converter), alternator replacement, water pump, oil changes, diagnostics... we've used them a lot. The only issue I have is their cost for parts. They will do the repair using customer parts, but no warranty if you go that route. If the part fails, that's on you... But, they literally charge 2x retail for the parts they have quoted me when doing repairs. At least that's what I've found when checking on parts they've installed for me. I understand shops need to make a little love on what they install, but they seem high. We all have a choice and I chose to pay them more to do the work so I didn't have to. If you need a reliable shop that does good work, and you don't mind paying a little extra, they're good. Will they recommend stuff for preventive maintenance and try to upsell you? Yes, of course they will, but they've never recommended something to me that I wasn't already expecting. No complaints, I'm just whining about their parts pricing, which is why I only gave 4 stars.

I cannot recommend this place enough!…read more After owning my Tesla, and not really having to deal with car maintenance aside from overnight updates to my software, I must admit I was dreading getting the oil change. I remember a few years ago going to a place in Denver for a simple oil change and return to pick up my car with hundreds of dollars of extra charges for things they insisted I "NEEDED" and I was dreading that this might be the same. I was surprised and delighted by how friendly everyone working there was. They took great care of my car and had it completed sooner than expected, even without an appointment. I will say the location is a bit tricky, not that it's hard to get to, but it's a bit confusing because it is connected to another shop. When you pull in past the gas station where Google and Apple Maps will lead you the first entrance and bay of garages is actually for a shop that is connected to the side. You have to keep going along the front Side of the building and then you'll see their entrance and garages about halfway down. You'll know you venture the right spot when you see incredible Lego build in the lobby. It was only $100 to have my BMW oil changed and the oil filter. They did say I would need a new air filter on my next visit, but they only charge the $40 or whatever the cost is without markup when you add it to your oil change. This all seemed very reasonable to me. It was much less than I expected actually. Another detail I appreciated, worth mentioning is the fact that the sticker of my mileage and when to return on my window typed and printed not hand written. I was really relieved to see this. I know it's probably not a big deal but I hate when it is some sloppy marker writing stuck in the corner of my car window for the next 3 to 6 months. It looks cleaner and more professional. Thank you so much to the team, I'm grateful to have found a place that will make having my car maintenance done done much less painful :-)
