Each time I go (either this location or the one on Main in Pearland), the service is fast. The staff is friendly and professional too. If you sign up for emails, they will send you all sorts of coupons that can be used with any Jiffy Lube that is affiliated with the Allied Lube Group. I do not know why they mark the services they say they provide as DONE or completed when they do not do them. My husband went recently to do an oil change and they marked things like cabin filter checked, vacuum done, glass cleaned etc, and they did not performed any of those services, which was extremely obvious. One time the mechanic accidentally didn't but on the cap correctly and I noticed and checked my oil so I called and the manger sent a two guys to fix my car right away and every time I come they check a lot of thing on my car I truly like coming her for the service.. I just had the most pleasant experience. I needed a Serpentine belt replaced and called several places that quoted me from $190-300, with and without the part. I know nothing about cars and when I called, Chad told me exactly what I needed to do. I purchased the belt and they installed it for half the price of labor since it was only a 30min job. I just saved more than $100 and I'm thankful he didn't try to take advantage of my ignorance about cars but rather informed me about my car. I've been coming to this location for years. I stopped for awhile when service was bad and eventually gave them another opportunity. Until today! I'm so mad! I went across the street to get my car cleaned after the oil change. I could not find my key. Jiffy left it outside my car sitting by my wiper blades, instead of inside where I had left it. They didn't vacuum the inside like they normally do. Fortunately I was getting my car cleaned. But this was a big disappointment! I have been here just twice over many years to get an inspection, only because KwikKar is not open on Sundays. This place gives you a fast-talking hard sell for so many other things they claim you need. I just hate it. In addition to a $25.95 inspection, the lady said I needed: $26.95 air filter, $19.95 fuel additive because the air filter was so dirty so my fuel must be dirty, and TWO $46.95 air cabin filters. I guess she's on commission! I don't trust them at all, they just try to upsell you on a bunch of extra junk you don't need. The last time I was in there, they were pushing those real expensive wiper blades. I guess since it hasn't been raining much here recently, they are now pushing air filters. Also do not give them your email or phone # or they will bug you forever. AVOID. read more

Let me start by saying they do a great oil change. My problem is that they are not using mask when they go in to your car they did put on gloves but that was it. In this times of uncertainty we should all be using precaution; if not for ourselves then for others. Remember that you could have it and show no symptoms and be giving it to others. I'm pleasantly recruited!! :) :) After my second disappointing customer relations experience at the Friendswood Jiffy Lube (on 528 & Winding Way) where I was rudely snapped at for asking about a Groupon and oil types, I drove the few extra miles to Pearland. Being new, I parked in back and was greeted by a very energetic and busy Erika who asked how she could help. I began asking her the same questions that I put to the guy at Friendswood. She seemed to stop her mind to only focus on my concerns, then explained she'd have to consult my history to give definite answers but directed me to pull to the front of the bay to get started. If I wasn't pleased already, there, as I exited my car was a very chivalrous man to open my door, and the front lobby door , making me feel sure I'd made the right choice in bringing my business there. In the end, Erika sat with me in the lobby and explained what my cars needs were, the cost and the estimated wait time, as well as how I should follow up since I wanted to change my oil type. Beware- everything's all nice and legit until you are actually there. Not a jiffy lube kinda gal but I was around and called this location. Requested an oil change and was quoted $45 for oil change, maintenance check, air in my tires and vacuum inside interior so I came here. I was bombarded with all these things my truck "needs" repaired before checking out and also advised that they don't carry the oil my truck "requires" so I needed to upgrade to their "specialty" oil that is "recommended". She said if I had trouble installing them since I'll be getting myself that they would install them for me. I was in & out in less than 20 minutes. I drove in with a beat up 10' tall RV and at first I was turned away for I was told that I wouldn't fit into their service bay; this is the 2nd JiffyLube that I was at this morning (1st was W. Broadway). After some mild pleading they decided to give it a try - I fit. The onsite manager Marlo walked me through all of the other service options but I was only there for the oil change; it was then that I told him that I'd be using a Groupon coupon and he accepted it with no problem. The Keurig coffee machine looked promising but it was broken; the bathroom was clean but the door isn't hung correctly and needs some umph to close. Free wifi, magazines and TV to pass the (brief) time. Definitely a quick oil service, however the initial refusal lowered my rating. read more

Please save yourself money and do not go here. I wish a zero star rating was possible. We took my truck in for state inspection, and they did not pass it because they said my back brakes were metal to metal. When I gave them a look like they were incompetent, they told me "it looks like it must have just happened." I guess they think consumers are idiots. I know my brakes are ok, maybe not brand new, but still functional, and definitely not metal to metal. Meanwhile in the waiting room, another customer who had been waiting quite a while there had said that she's heard them tell several customers that their brake pads needed to be replaced and did not pass the inspection. So- after I paid, I went to another state inspection place that I've been to before, and they said my brakes were JUST FINE. The only reason I came here was because I needed an oil change, and it's close to home- well I will NEVER EVER go to these cons at Jiffy lube at 3201 Broadway in Pearland again. Today I got my car detailed and remembered my tires seemed a bit low so I drove across the street to Jiffy Lube and this gentleman by the name of Alex was extremely friendly and I asked if perhaps they could check my tires for me and he said absolutely no problem. I always go to this location because it's right by my house and they always do an excellent job doing all changes for me I would recommend my friends and family to go to this particular location for fast and friendly service. To all my Pearland peeps- beware of Jiffylube at 3021 Broadway. Long story short, but I needed brake pads replaced, they called and said my rotors were so damaged that they couldn't even be turned and that I'd need new rotors (hefty price tag of course). I knew this was not the case so I took it to Honda of clear Lake to be repaired. For that price, it should've been done. I should've checked before I drove away but I was in a rush, then looked at my floors and guess what... They didn't clean it! They also didn't apply my $10 discount to the price even though I showed it to them. I called and expressed my concern and the guy tells me " then just bring it back then " I told him not to worry about it, because I didn't feel comfortable going back by myself. Brought my car in for a brake check, and found out I needed new brake pads and my rotors resurfaced on my fronts only. They told me the wait will be shortly, one hour to say the most. But I waited there more than 3 hours impatiently just watching them take their time and not notifying me about anything. Perform slow and don't notify you if anything is wrong promptly.
