Don't go here, these men will over charge you. I've been going to Jiffy Lubes for years for different cars, trucks & SUV's. Last month I took in my Expedition and only paid &45, but today I took my Camero and was charged $110 no fillers were changed. How the vehicle that takes less oil cost so much more? I told the manger for this price I should have taken the car to the dealer, he only smiled. Extremely professional people, but they try to force you to use synthetic oil when it's not required. This technician said that my 2012 Durango requires full synthetic oil.. WTH.. owners manual does not say that.. this guy really thought I knew nothing about cars..lol.. read more

My first experience here started out rough, when I first arrived there was no one at the front desk. I waited for about 5min or more without being attended. I could see an employee from the garage looking in and saw me, but I still wasn't helped. I had to go outside and ask an employee from the garage if I could be helped at the desk. He apologized and directed me where to take my vehicle so they could service. I did that, they told me the wait time and asked me to follow him to the wait room. I followed to the wait room, he just mentioned where the restrooms were and coffee then walked away. Again This was my first time there, so I did not know how the process worked, they didn't take down my information or anything so I was a bit confused. Luckily the gentlemen that had helped me from the garage came in to make sure I was helped and answered my question before I left. I got a call on the diagnostics of my car. I stated what services I wanted done and he hung up. He did not mention about when my car would be ready. I called back to ask, but no answer. About an hour later, I decided to go back to the shop to check if my car was ready. I arrived Craig came into the office to help me right away. He explained to me the diagnostics of the car. After payment, we went outside where he went over again in more detail what service they recommended and explained why I would need it. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I wish they had 0 stars. I took my truck for an oil change on Friday and they wanted to charge me for $250 worth of crap, I ended up paying $150. Now my truck runs alot worse than before. It has bad shaking and I can't go over 40mph. Im very upset. I will never go here again or recommend this company to anyone read more

This was a horrible experience. First I called to see what the wait was and with 4 cars ahead it would be a 45 min wait. When we arrived there were only 3 cars ahead but now they said it would be an hour wait. But the car was not ready until 2 hours later! We were told they had a $29.99 oil change special but then added $14.80 for labor! When we asked for the break down they couldn't give it to us until after we paid for it! After we paid I looked at receipt only to find they charged for labor for an oil change and changing a cabin filter. We have never been charged for labor for a damn oil change! Unbelievable! Im only giving one star cause I have too. I want give them minis 10 stars. Today was the worst experience ever. I bring my truck in for a simple oil change. The guy tries to upsell me on everything possible I kept declining stuff and saying just an oil change. I explained i bought a coupon from Groupon well he tells me my coupon is only for 5 quarts and I need more so I have to pay the difference.. Oh did I mention im here with my 2yr as well.. So I agree to pay more then all of a sudden my car wont start after the oil change. Mind havent had any problems with this car before I got here. They say well it was knocking really loud . i disagreed. Long story short they pushed my truck out and me and my 2yr old is sitting in the car waiting for a tow truck that I had to call for my roadside assistance. Jiffy lube is a rip off. I give them one star because I went in with my coupon that clearly states that it expires 10/18/14 and the manager would not honor the expiration date that his company sent in the mail to promote their business. The manager was rude for one and was telling me that it was expired once again the coupon said 10/18/14. Then once I pointed that out he said it wasn't for his store mind I live down the street from this jiffy lube why would that send me a coupon in the mail for the jiffy lube off romona express way if it wasn't for you store. I have been coming to this location only because of Frank ....when my daughter bought her car I told her to take it over to Frank to get her car serviced because I knew he would make sure that she was safe to drive and now that my son has his car.... Frank is the best! Dude always takes care of me when I go in there. I take all 4 of my vehicles to him. He and his team don't ever push a sell onto you which I really like. They give you their recommendations and leave it at that. I was able to get an oil change and fuel system flush today for under $100. My car has been running a lot better so far. Not going back, had a bad first impression, was given an up grade oil change because " they couldn't get ahold of me" so they decided to give me the more expensive oil change, even though my car was already topped off.. And i actually called ahead to make sure i could drop if my car and pick it up later, they said that was fine, come to find out i had to sit around while they pulled in my car and went over all kind of things with other people, had to bug them several times, saying i needed to go, hubby and kids were waiting on me outside.. Finally the guy had me sign the back of some random paper.. So idk not very organized, and pretty slow, i know that i wasnt the only one upset in there, bc the couple ahead of me had been waiting forever for some guy in front if them. Next time I'll drive further to a Better place with good reviews. Its all about customer service and i was not at all satisfied! I got an oil change here a few months ago and never got around to writing a review until now. Anyway, I went in to get a quick oil change before work and the service itself went pretty quick. Of course the mechanic was trying to up sell me with a bunch of different services, telling me the car needs this and that but I told him I just need the oil change. So he pulls my car around and tells me its ready to go and I drive home. About 10 minutes after I get home they call and tell me they forgot to put my air filter back in my car and I needed to go back down there for them to put it in.i was extremely agitated cause I was trying to get ready for work.when I get back to the jiffy lube,the mechanic offered to give me a discount on my next service haha like I would really come back after they couldn't even do a simple oil change. I bought a Groupon for an oil change. When they pulled my car in, not even 3 minutes later, the mechanic came out and told me they could not fix my car. When I asked why, he told me that the drain plug was just spinning and they couldn't get it out so they could not to do the oil change. He told me to take it back to my regular service.. So I did. The mechanic email and told me they could not fix my car. When I asked why, he told me that the drain plug was just spinning and they couldn't get it out so they could not could do the oil change. He told me to take it back to my regular service.. So I did. My regular service guy took me underneath the car and showed me that no one ever worked on the car the car was completely dirty and looked norma. Ther was no oil anywhere and he showed me how easy it was for him to unscrew the drain plug. I have been going here for a couple of years with excellent service. Then on one visit I came home and noticed car was leaking trams fluid. Made a big mess on my garage floor. I brought car back and they told me to bring it back to dealership for warranty work. I then noticed the transmission dipstick was missing and had to show them. Took three weeks for them to find a replacement. I thought this was a fluke. I brought a different car about a month later and now I have a lot of motor oil leaking on my driveway. As a manager for a huge company, I know feedback and word of mouth are important. I have been a repeat customer for over five years now. I will not take my cars any where else. I will admit that service was not always the best in the beginning. As a repeat customer I'm happy to see that the company has promoted from within and has moved up some of its employees. The people who work here are a joke. My husband's brother works at jiffy lube in san diego and we know how long it takes. There's 3 workers and they're all in a circle laughing at pictures on their phone someone apparently posted on Facebook. When we came one guy said uh it's going to be like a hour wait becuase the guy in front of you is getting major major work done. I said it was ok and when I asked the gentleman who's car it was that they were working on if he was getting a lot of work done he said no way just a oil change and I have been waiting for 25 min already. 3 people changing 1 cars oil shouldn't take 25 min and it actually took a total of 45 min to change one cars oil. If you have stuff to do please clear your schedule and expect the workers to lie to you so they can relax and if you do decide to stay and wait they will take their time walking talking and what they call working. read more
