I took my vehicle to Speedy Lube at 2550 N Perris Blvd in Perris, CA for a routine oil change. Approximately one week later, my car began shaking and overheating. When I checked the oil dipstick, there was no oil showing at all. Running a vehicle without oil can cause severe engine damage. This raises serious concerns about whether the oil change was actually performed correctly or at all. I paid for a service that appears not to have been properly completed. This is not a minor oversight -- it could have resulted in catastrophic engine failure. I trusted this business with my vehicle, and that trust was not upheld. I strongly recommend that anyone who uses this location double-check their oil level immediately after service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. read more

The place runs specials like get 5 oil changes then next 1 free but they don't honor . scam place . Spend your money elsewhere.

Had a nail in my tire went to Speedy lube where they also fix tires just to patch it up. They wanted to charge me $40. That's a rip off. I might as well buy a new one so don't go there. They try to rip you off. read more

I been here several times. I've taken my cars here for oil changes and today was the worst. The wait was longer which I didn't mind. The tire pressure wasn't check even though it said adjusted. The sticker in the windshield for next service was missing. To top it off the sterling wheel was greasy. read more

Took a chance & got a quick oil change here since I was in the area, as it turns out a week later I'm having oil leaking on my drive way. The notes on my receipt did say minor leaking noticed upon arrival. That's fine I knew the bolt needed to be replaced but never the less I had a mechanic look at it today & he tells me the oil he drained on my car was a black which means they never did my oil change!! & they still charged me as if they did. My guess is they saw a risk to mess with the bolt & decided to probably just add oil & tell me they did the oil change. This is so unethical & unprofessional of their part! They should have just been honest & told me the truth. I think they took advantage since I'm a girl & wasn't going to question anything. I'm just writing this review to spread awareness. I know I'm not going to achieve anything by complaining to them so I just want to expose the kind of business they do here. It's safe to say I will not be going here again nor will I refer anyone to this establishment! read more

I went in for an oil change. I called first and someone answered the phone in the rudest way possible. ( they seemed highly frustrated ) I asked how long the service would take and they said no more than 10-15 min. Upon i arrival the same employee I spoke to the phone came to my door and again was rude. He than would scream and belittle his staff in front of all the customers. The staff was clearly not well trained but with this guy seemed like a boot camp instructor just launching himself and getting in his staff face every time they did something wrong or asked a question. It made the customers uncomfortable. At the end , I left without a knowing If my car truly received a legit oil change and I left 1 hour and 25 min later of just waiting. Wouldn't go back! read more

Horrible. I came for oil change and tech didn't put all screws back on my skid plate. I drove back to shop because it was dragging. Manager drove my car up on ramp & taco'd skid plate. He hammered it back and put it on. Screws were still in bay. Next oil change I went somewhere else and they noted missing skid plate. I called speedy Lube. They said come in & they'll take care of it. I went in and manager looked at my car and said, "yup it's missing." He called owner and owner refused liability. As I was waiting a women complained she got an oil change earlier that morning and her e fines now leaking oil. Go somewhere else. May be speedy but no efficient. read more

I took my Honda to this place. After the oil change I noticed a rubbing sound from under the car. The skid plate was missing under the car. It cost me $40 to repair the damages under the car. My regular mechanic told me that the skid plate for a honda is hard to find. We went back for an oil change and this time we bought 2 new tires. 10 minutes after we left, the low tire light comes on. We took the car back and they say that there was a screw in the tire and it was in a place that the plug they put in may not stay. He suggested we buy another new tire. We won't recommend them to anyone else. I may go by there with a few buddies and discuss this problem. read more

I came to get at least one tire changed but possibly another and a synthetic oil change, just need a used tires, nothing fancy. The guy that took my keys said maybe 30 minutes. Ok, no worries, the shop is full, that's to be expected! They need to hire someone to take care of the office stuff, take the orders and check people in and out, they have 4 guys in the shop and everyone is doing everything and the communication is not good and there's a ton of people waiting, they basically shout out cars when they're done and there have been 2 cars that no one had claimed so far, they're probably at Jack in the Box but no one knows who owns what car. I guess that explains why they don't answer the phone when you call. So my car finally pulls in the shop and I go to the restroom and go in the waiting room and I confere back out and my car is already back in the parking lot, hey great that was quick. They finally call out my car, I raise my hand and we go back to the back area to pay, I ask if the other tire looked bad or if it was just the one, he looks st me blankly and said I just did an oil change, no one said anything about tires. The guy who took my keys was getting someone paid out and looked at him and said oh yeah, the tire on the front passenger. So here I am waiting, over an hour and a half later and my car is still not back in the shop, three people who came after me have come and gone, maybe they had a better experience. At this point I'm guessing they gave me a basic oil change, not the synthetic I requested and I'll be here in the heat another hour because they're trying to save money on staff. I may update my review depending on how it finally turns out but I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

All I'm gonna say is sadly the stereo types are true. Don't let these guys take advantage of you! Especially women! Have been coming here for 2 years. It's up the street from my house, never had a problem. My most recent visit, they tell me I HAVE to get synthetic oil. I've always gotten regular and they've never said a word about synthetic. The mechanic came in and told me I had to have synthetic and after I told him "that's only recommended not absolutely necessary right?" He responds "well it's already done" like he's annoyed with me? And didn't even confirm with me before changing it to synthetic. After another mechanic comes in saying I need to change multiple filters for $30 each. I said no thanks. Few days later my check engine light comes on and I check my oil just to see and ITS BELOW "L". I took my car back to tell them they denied my accusation that they didn't change my oil at all after charging me to get synthetic when I didn't want that. No oil leaks but no refund or any offers made for discount. Just "topped it off". Not cool. read more
