I called a day in advance to get a quote for an oil change for my 2012 BMW 750Li and was quoted between $120-$130. Based on that price, my schedule and prior service on my other vehicles I scheduled the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told the total would be $145.24. I informed Arelli that I had been quoted a different price the day before and asked that the store manager be notified. After speaking with Steve, I was told they could not honor the original quote. This put me at a disadvantage! I had already called around for pricing and chose Les Schwab specifically because it was closest to my home and offered the better quote. Failing to honor the price provided over the phone reflects poorly on the business. Customers rely on accurate quotes when making decisions! I had clearly provided the year, make, and model of my vehicle when requesting the quote, so the pricing should have reflected that information rather than a generic estimate. This experience feels like a bait-and-switch tactic and is extremely disappointing. I believe better training and procedures should be implemented to ensure accurate quotes are provided. I will also be contacting the Bureau of Automotive Repair to formally document this issue and request that they look into how often this type of pricing discrepancy occurs. Also, note that no apology for the misquote or any concession was offered. Accountability goes along way. read more

My mother and I took our old vehicle that gets driven maybe 3-5x a year that needed either one new rim and 4 new tires or 4 new rims and 4 new tires. The quote they gave her was $1500 (NO ALIGNMENT) for some 18s for the tires and rims which she agreed to. I should note that they offered a free alignment (not a check) when we were hesitant to buy. I asked for them to do an oil change and rather than explain there were two different options in prices (one with inspection, other did not) they said it'll be $120+ for synthetic for an 2008 Scion. Ridiculous. Now this is where I get upset. I asked for a military discount and they said they can do that. BUT! We can't have a free alignment AND military discount.. didn't tell me what the difference would be either. What they did instead, is add an in-store $100 off promotion that EVERYONE should be getting for purchasing multiple services, zeroing it out, and putting a $100 customer satisfaction line (see photo). So, no alignment, no military discount, but just a $0 coupon that should be given to all customers anyways..? Now lastly, we are purchasing THEIR tires AND wheels, paying over $1500 (ALIGNMENT NOT INCLUDED BTW). I'm driving the vehicle home and the TPMS sensor is blinking. We call to ask and they say "IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE!" This was never explained, we're buying YOUR product and it's an incomplete product! Salesperson's name is Jude. read more

Came here on a Saturday and it wasn't busy when I first came in at 8:30am but shortly after people started rolling in. I had a nail in my tire and they removed it and patched up free of charge. Jude greeted me at the front counter and helped me out and Jose patched up my tire and also let me know that I'll be needing new tires. I passed on the tires but Jose was very nice and explained everything he checked on my car. I for sure did not feel pressure to buy at the time. The facility was pretty clean and waiting area was nice too. The chairs were pretty comfy and had a popcorn machine and coffee to enjoy while you wait. They even had a small kids table with some crayons for kids set up. I used the restroom well waiting and I will say, they were clean too. I would definitely return for my tire needs. My tire went flat in the way to work, Thursday. Saturday I took it in to Les Schwab where I had spent over $1,000 for new ones. Horrible customer service. I arrived at 10:00 am. Left to grab something to eat at their suggestion. When I returned, they had done nothing, and said they would not honor my warranty because I didn't have an alignment done.After requesting management and arguing, they conceded to fix it, however they would stop the warranty plan. I now have to contact corporate and see what can be resolved. In all I wasted 4 hours on my day off. Never again. read more

As others have said on here it is poor service. Had a service manager argue with me in the lobby with other customers present even when having proof of the same issue being present. Looking out for the community when I say don't go here. If you ever have an issue after leaving a review the most you'll get is an answer saying sorry for your experience and to follow up with them which ends up in a waste of time. Went for an alignment and was told warranty was covered and could return for a realignment after adjustment . Returned after adjustment and then was charged again for an alignment. Very upset and unhappy with service . Paid double for an alignment 260$ . If your employees are giving the wrong info to customers you should at least offer a discount or the alignment should have been free. Very upset ! How do you expect repeat customer. read more

Recently dropped off one of our cars for an oil change. I called ahead and they suggest to make an appointment. So I did that, received an email confirmation and dropped off the car on appointment day and time. The staffs are really efficient and friendly. Unbelievable! The most rude and unprofessional staff AND MANAGER we've ever encountered!! They Didn't even know when our vehicle was dropped off saying it was there for three weeks when it was there only ONE week and they called us to come get it, only to be told upon arrival, they told us they hadn't even touched it! They even threatened to have it towed if we hadn't come for it even though they were supposed to fix it and call us when it was ready, and we came the same day THEY CALLED, ONE WEEK AFTER DROPPING IT OFF!! Our reason for driving this way was a charity walk and when we were quoted a time of completion, we were scared we'd miss the walk. We have gotten our crosstrek BFG KO2 tires here before about a year ago. But I had a screw go through my Subaru ascent tire. I called and asked if they could fix my flat tire and how much. He said if they fix it it's free but there was a 2 hour wait. I had an air pump on me thank goodness and aired it up Enough to last until I got to the parking lot. I got here and someone came right away from the shop to check me in. It was free like they said and they got me in just under 2 hours so I'm happy. Super friendly staff to. I was in Perris and I got a flat tire and this place was able to help me get the tire I was looking for. My car uses special run flat tires that are not easy to find sometimes cause no one has these in stock since they don't sell fast but this place was able to track them down and get them the same day. They are life savers. The front desk person here was nice and answered all my questions. If you live in the area this is a good place to get tires. They installed the wrong tires on my vehicle, then offered to change them, but I didn't want to stay any longer They searched through my personal belongings, looking for a wheel lot key instead of asking me if I had one in the vehicle Finally, my car was finished after about three hours when I got in my vehicle there was trash from the people working on my car in my center consul. I was going to take it in and say something but figure I would be the bigger person and just throw it away . until I set my arm in some oil and grease that was on my door panel that took me about an hour to scrub out and I had to throw their trash away after spending $2300. I brought it up to the manager said oh I'm sorry and gave me $100 coupon that I could use next time I come in knowing it was my first time he wants me to come back and is only willing to do 100 instead of helping me out with the price of $2300 for my first time with a very bad experience. I had lots of good things to say to friends week told about 30 people it was I could go back. I tend to always get straight and honest answers. This time they went above and beyond to fix an issue with my wheel. Since I am covered under warranty for the tire, they didn't charge. I just came to get my tires checked so I pulled up to the free tire check sign and the guy in the garage just stared at me for 5 mins giving me weird looks while I waited. I figured he was busy so I'd wait, no big deal. He finally walks toward my car giving me this annoyed face and asked me what I needed. I pointed at the sign next to my car and asked if they still do free tire check because by the look on his face - I started to think maybe they didn't. He just looked my car side to side and said you just want two tires checked? Like I'm bothering him being there. If I pulled up in correctly, or if they don't offer the service that early or if you're too busy - just say that! But why be unnecessarily dismissive? I just said thanks, never-mind and left. I probably won't be coming back again for any service here. It's a shame because I always used to go to the Norco location which has great service and I figured most of the shops were probably the same because of company culture or something.
