Wow, I thought I was just unlucky that day, but looking at all the bad reviews this place has got, it made sense. The staff I talked to was SO RUDE. He was also impatient. I was only taking a moment to think about whether I should get the service done here after hearing the price, then he's like, "So do you want to get it fixed or not? I've got 3 cars ahead of you that I'll need to fix. So it'll be at least 30 minutes before we can get to you." He made it easy for me to decide not to do it here, so I just left. There were also other things that happened, but I won't go into the details here. Giving it a 2-star instead of 1 because I had been to this location and had met staff who was actually nice and giving it the benefit of the doubt that other staff would do a better job than this guy I met. Dang this place sucks, I went to get an emissions test and when I first pull up I was just sitting there for probably 10 minutes before anyone actually came and talked to me. What was frustrating is there was a group of probably 4 old guys standing around a car doing nothin. I ended up just leaving and going to the other jiffy lube 2 minutes away and they were much better. read more

Work seemed to be okay. Biggest issue is how unprofessional and rude there staff is to customers. I was treated like and idiot and a child. While they worked on my car I could hear the mechanics not only complain about doing there job. But they would make fun of me and my car, insulting me throughout working on my car. They must not be aware that from there waiting room I could hear everything they said. The waiting room itself smelled terrible, like a being stuck in a filthy porta potty. After they made fun off me, they act like there here to help me. But the insults were never apologized for. If you want good customer service then go somewhere else. They will mock and humiliate you all within ear shot of you laughing at your expense, then pretend to be your buddy. Fake people! read more

This place is an absolute disaster and in no way will I ever be back. Let's start with the negatives and if I can think of a positive while writing I will let you know. First: The technicians were painstakingly slow. I arrived and was in somewhat of a hurry. I simply asked the worker how long the service would take. He responded, "There is one car in the bay which will take about 25 mins then once you are in it will be no longer than 15 mins." So I thought to myself that 40 mins isn't terrible. It ended up taking 1 hr and 40 mins. During that time no one apologized or gave me and explanation of why it was taking so long. Second: I bought new wiper blades and they forgot to install them. I was about to leave and they realized their mistake and got them on before I left but still. Overall I will not go back to this location and will probably never visit a jiffy lube again. read more

I've always had a great experience here. Quick and easy. Really friendly. If you have a student id then you get $10 off. If you're worried about them upselling you, don't be. Just say no to the different offered services and you'll be fine. Plus they have popcorn and give you the wifi password. read more

It's jiffy lube. If you go there to get anything but your oil changed when you're in a hurry and you've forgotten you have to do it you're weird. This place is quick. Of course they offer every service in the book but just say no before they even finish what it is, they'll show you the computer. Go somewhere else for a full check up. They usually don't have logs up to date. This one is good. Wifi, nice A/C, of course popcorn and they're pretty fast I guess. If you don't like paying the money then go buy some oil and do it yourself. I would go here again. read more

This place was an absolute disaster. I brought my car in for a free brake inspection because my brakes were grinding. I noticed the associate taking off my rear tires (which makes no sense because I have front wheel drive and there are no brakes on the rear wheels). They told me my brakes were perfectly fine. My brakes continued to grind for another week or so until I finally got a second opinion. The mechanic at Big-O Tires showed me how the brakes were so worn the brake pad was completely gone on one side. I had to replace both rotors (an extra $200) because the people here had absolutely no idea what they were talking about. I wouldn't recommend them if the life of my car depended on it. read more

Being some one who works at jiffy lube our goal is to get you out as fast as we can. And I sure we do it right. Even if we make a mistake we will take the time to fix it. What goes on in the back shop. I don't know as much but from being up front we go as fast and precise as possible. I love being in the pit and the first time a ratchet does not want to work on the drain plug I inform the csa or my boss b4 I proceed. I then use a wrench instead to avoid any more stripping of the pan or plug. And by all means if your car has a skid plate. It will take a bit longer. read more

I always change my own oil so I rarely have it done at Jiffy Lube however, I can say a lot about the guys who do the safety and emissions testing. The staff preforming the test know absolutely nothing beyond changing oil and half the time they can't get that right. They tried to tell me that because my steering column came up and moved a bit it failed. Funny, the very same shop passed it the year before and it did the same thing. After arguing a bit, the jackass helping me (or lack of helping) offered to show me in the book where it was against the state code to pass. I should have called him on the bluff but really just wanted to get out of there. After taking my car to another shop, it was passed without any issues. read more

Very similar to the other review I also had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube and then when I went to a different mechanic that told me that they had messed something up. This mistake that was made at Jiffy Lube cost me $600. But Jiffy Lube refused to take responsibility for it. I will never go back to this Jiffy Lube ever again. read more

In all fairness, I took my camry in because I thought they would do a good job. I had brake rotors and various work being done. Within a day I ended up taking it to a true mechanic where I had to have all of that work redone. My mechanic informed me that they used subpar parts and charge a premium price. Because of the extensive work that had to be redone, we are questioning whether any work was done at all. I have left a call for the district manager in which I am asking to have my money refunded for those issues. I will keep you posted. It is terrible work at best, and at worst possible fraud. read more

We have used Jiffy Lube many times over the years. They are always quick, economically priced and just a bunch of nice people! My 16 year old son went and had his oil changed and the alignment done on his car and lost the receipt. A few weeks later we needed it and I called this location and asked if they could email me a copy. Bryan Birch was so helpful to send me a copy for our records. DO NOT trust this location with your car. Mine is 6 years old and just hit 50k miles, so everything is still like new (new car smell and everything). I went to get my oil changed at the jiffy lube by tacobell and they said the last people to do my oil change tightened the oil plug too tight and it stripped out the oil pan. My last oil change was at this jiffy lube location and now I have to pay $400 to replace my oil pan. read more

My experience at this Jiffy Lube yesterday was the worst experience I have ever had at a car place. I went in to get a standard oil change in my VW Beetle. I told the guy that I wanted standard oil and he told me I needed synthetic and that if I didn't get the synthetic my check engine light in my car would almost definitely come on in the future. I told him to just do the standard (as I have always done this type of oil and never had any issues) and they pulled my car into the bay to change the oil and top off the fluids. After about 15 minutes, they pulled out my car and I paid and was ready to go, but when I got in my car, there were two lights on in my dash that weren't on before coming in for the oil change - the check engine light and the EPC light. I went to the guy that was helping me and told him that lights were on in my car that hadn't been on before I came in. He said he'd take it around back and check the error codes to see what happened. When he drove it around back I heard him slam on the breaks really hard and he came back a few minutes later with my car and said that I needed to take it to a mechanic and that something was wrong with my transmission, that he had almost run into the building because my car had stalled, and that I should be careful driving home and pull the emergency break if my car stopped while I was driving. I called my dad to see what I should do and he told me to try driving it to see what was really going on. I pulled out of Jiffy Lube and I didn't go more than 300 feet before my car completely stalled. I could barely get over to the side of the road and out of the traffic before my car completely died. I could've been in an accident or even been seriously injured since the worker sent me away with a broken car caused from their work. I was furious. I walked back to the Jiffy Lube and had my dad talk with the guy who had changed my oil on the phone to see what had happened and the only thing the said was "well it's probably because you put in the standard instead of the synthetic oil" which was completely ridiculous. The manager then said he would walk over to my car but that this was likely a coincidence and that he wasn't sure what he could do. It turned out that they hadn't attached my air filter back to my engine after the air filter check, so my car was unusable and completely unsafe. They reattached my air filter (which turned off both lights on my dash) but they didn't apologize or give me a refund. This was horrible customer service. They didn't own up to their mistake, sent me off in an extremely dangerous to drive car, didn't think that they needed to fix the issue that had caused the two lights that had come on in my car, and overall just put me in an extremely dangerous situation. I will never be returning to this Jiffy Lube location and hope that they don't put anyone else in danger or treat a customer so poorly like they did to me. read more
