Best customer experience !!! Story time. I got up early to start my day & lord behold my car completely stops in the middle of street. I panicked well of course because who wants to be responsible for held traffic in Santa Monica of all places in LA. So I prayed and beg for my car to start to make it to any auto place. Luckily the car restarted and I searched the nearest auto & pep Boys showed up. So I drove to not only not see a pep boys but I saw a Jiffy Lube on the corner. I turned in the driveway and my car stopped again... I restarted the car & that's when the Angels show up to my rescue Armando greeted me with care & understanding of my situation. He was honest with me throughout the process of my car . Armando & his team didn't over promise anything. They delivered their professionalism by accomplishing a task that was pretty impossible to fix. Which was a miracle & for that my loyalty is forever to them. Went here to have my brake system flushed because I couldn't do it alone. What a mistake. They did the job, it's fine. But they left hand prints with brake fluid saturated gloves all over my truck fender. And an area where you can see the brake fluid spilled. They didn't even wipe it up. After I got home, I saw it and wiped it off. Went straight to the car wash and it wouldn't remove. I buffed the area for 10 minutes and it's still there. I then had my truck professionally detailed with that spot at the target. They said the paint it permanently stained. If these people can't respect a simple truck's paint, I would not trust them with major repairs that they offer there. They literally make fender covers, to protect paint during fluid changes like this. It completely blows my mind that a large corporation like this does not invest in these things. Once I have the paint remediated, I will send an invoice to the corporate headquarters. read more

Esteban took care of an oil leak that happened as a result of a failure at a different location and was excellent.

I came in and asked how much an oil change would cost for my car. The tech told me $128 and said to pull the car around. After I pulled in, the price suddenly changed. They said because my car takes 6.8 quarts, it would now be around $160. Then they added another $47 "service fee" on top of that. On top of everything, they charged $25 to top off coolant -- something that takes a couple minutes and minimal fluid. None of these extra charges were clearly explained upfront. The pricing felt inconsistent and misleading compared to what I was initially told. I don't mind paying for service, but I expect transparency before the work starts. Would not return based on this experience. read more

Great experience -- Today I came in for an oil change and had a great experience. Roberto, the mechanic who helped me, pointed out that my serpentine belt needed to be replaced. The price they quoted was more than fair -- I double-checked with my regular mechanic and decided to have them do the work. As a courtesy, Roberto even vacuumed the carpets in my car, which was a really nice touch. Everyone was friendly, honest, and professional from start to finish. It's hard to find a good, reliable place these days, especially when it comes to car service, but this location definitely earned my trust. I'll be coming back. Went here for an oil change. The price quoted on the web site was $89.00. When I got there they said it would be $124. When I mentioned the web site quote they said that is not accurate. They also charged $67 to rotate my tires which is way beyond the typical fee for this (should be more like $20). They asked if I wanted my coolant topped off which I thought was free. They ended up charging me $15 for it. I would caution about this place. read more
