I got there when they open at 8:40am and it took until 11am to get done. 3 people came after me two of them left before me the other one left with me I was just getting an oil change. When I got my car I was just so upset at this point I hoped they did the job. I well never go back to your establishment . Will let my family and friends be aware and not go . The oil was changed OK and everything checked but, it wasn't jiffy and they filled the tires to 32, without asking me my preference, when the mfr and tire call for 35. Note ~ did not get my car serviced as they don't work on certain types/years of Mini Coopers. Very polite in letting me know why (kind of spoke a foreign language as I don't know much about Mini's) and guided me to a location that does. Had low pressure in tires, helped me out in that area. Looks like they could have used the business, but stuck to their protocol and I appreciate that ~ thanks! I'll bring my typical Chev Tahoe there when it's time. read more

what a postI've experience at the Jiffy Lube on Via Linda. I don't remember the names of all the workers but Gabriel and his crew were great. We are visiting from out of state and needed an oil change so based on previous reviews, we went here. wait time was about 15 minutes to get in and they even allowed us to bring in our own oil and filter since my husband likes to use a brand different than what they offered. I will definitely be back if we need an oil change before we leave town and recommend this place to others as well. read more

They put in wrong oil, need full synthetic, they put in blend damaged engine and cost me $150 to have oil replaced and fixed. Store manager refused to do anything, even though he had service bulletin that car needed full synthetic. Not happy customer. read more

Love love love this location! When I came for my first appointment, I had no wait - this location is in North Scottsdale and it wasn't busy at all when I went midweek around 9:30am. I was able to just pull my car up, which is a very convenient feature. As a first time customer, they gave me a discount on my oil change and they were incredibly honest when reviewing how my car is doing. I get my car regularly maintenanced and know if someone is trying to pull one over on me and these guys were so transparent. They showed me my car filter, which was filthy, and guided me in buying the right one (which was not the most expensive one). For fast, reliable, and honest service, go here. They did a good job here. The staff here seem pretty honest and straightforward as compared to other Jiffy Lube locations I've been too. First time I came they said it would be a 2 hours wait due to the backlog of vehicles. I came back two weeks later and they said 30 minutes. It was completed in 30 minutes without high pressure and misleading tactics like some Jiffy Lube locations. They were courteous, fast, and professional. read more

Took my bmw 2013 750li V-8. 4.4 twin turbo in order to change the oil it's 1 One screw and a lock washer and also eat oil filter that unscrews from the bottom I am unskilled I have changed my oil before myself literally took me 10 minutes just did not feel like changing it today it was a little hot out with the Phoenix Arizona weather the guy said it's too complicated LOL said he would not be able to take it on Lmao he was a service technician not sure his name he was a older white man with ‍ bald head please don't waste your time going to this place he was so stupid and I even had my own filter oil and tools set 8mm wrench it's all it took to change the oil I repeated my self over and over trying to express my point that it was a 5 minute job ? Just did not want to help I was so mad if you have any kind of European vehicle do not go to this location very unhelpful read more

Integrity and Excellence. This is the first time I had service at this location. I was immediately impressed when Jarred was very prompt and thorough in apprising me of the wait time (they were helping a few other customers) and service time (oil change and injection fuel cleaning). Everything went smoothly and I went on my way. Except, my car literally stopped about 20 feet from the station after I started to drive off. Of course, Jarred and another associate immediately helped to inspect what was wrong. He was very prompt and courteous and explained what he was doing. In short, he took immediate ownership for any issues, but the good reality was that the car was fine after some fine tuning (there was something in the injection air pipe). It has been a while since I have had such responsible and responsive service. Kudos to this team at this Jiffy Lube. You earned yourself a repeat customer. read more

I drove a bit out of my way to come to this Jiffy Lube with five stars. I was not disappointed. When you go to Jiffy Lube you can always expect the following: get out of your car, sit in the waiting area, get called to review the maintenance you want then wait for it to be completed. Then because of jiffy in the name, it's expected to be fast. This location meets expectations and the service guys are friendly and courteous. I was greeted by the manager, he also cashed me out. Another guy reviewed my service options without any hard selling. I like getting all of my fluids checked when I get an oil change, one less thing for me to worry about. I also appreciate being in and out under 30 minutes and still getting friendly service. I would come back here. Be sure to always check Jiffy Lube of Arizona's website for coupons.
