I was told that the amount I was paying was inclusive of the detail and the oil change. But when I picked up the vehicle, I was charged an additional $89 for the oil change. I thought the first time it was a misunderstanding, but the same thing to happen twice is a pattern of dishonest business. The only manager on site responded with "I wasn't the one you talked too" and "I have people I have to answer to". So not only is the staff dishonest, but they lack accountability as well. It's not a company I will continue to do business with.

Everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They completed my oil change quickly, but what really impressed me was that they took the time to point out that my key fob battery was getting low before it became a problem. The biggest surprise was when I mentioned I had been struggling to reconnect my phone to my car's Bluetooth. The manager came out, took a look, and had it connected in less than two minutes! That level of customer service went far beyond what I expected during a routine oil change.
