I went elsewhere and it turns out Matt's got my tread measurements wrong, and I was definitely overdue for a rotation. They also did not notice a gash in my tire. I called before my oil change light came on and Tony told me to wait until it started lighting up. I was immediately impressed because he could've made money off me but told me to wait. A few months later, the light came on and I made an appointment. It's difficult to get an appointment quickly but I didn't need one right away so it worked out. I think he was scheduling a couple weeks out. The day of, I dropped my car off around 9am and came to pick it up around 4pm. Plan to leave your car as there isn't really a waiting area. If you walk about 10-15min you can find a coffee shop. It's also on a bus line if you want to take transit somewhere. Tony is very friendly. The oil change was reasonably priced at $88 before taxes. It was a great experience.
