I think a lesser talked-about aspect when getting your car serviced, especially as a woman who doesn't know much about cars, is the feeling of safety when coming into a place where all the workers are dudes. I only felt a little intimidated at first when I drove up since the entrance was hard to spot and I wasn't sure what to expect. But I was received promptly and courteously, spent only a few minutes in the waiting room where there was a TV and a restroom, and the manager only came in once to talk me through a few additional options (e.g., filter & fluid replacements) and answered all my questions nicely. Paying them and getting my keys back only took a minute and then I was back on the road. I'd like to thank the guys at Jiffy Lube who were working around noon on June 18. Quick and convenient oil change. Federico, the older man with grey hair, is kind and friendly. It's pretty similar to other Jiffy Lubes in terms of price. One difference is that you have the option of staying in your car the whole time (there is still an indoor area you can sit in if you prefer). One random thing to note, they don't do alternator tests so go elsewhere if you want that. read more

Came in for an oil change and after waiting about an hour, was informed that they didn't have everything needed for my make / model in stock. I was told to call back in a few days or visit a different location. I called back on the day they told me to but the dial just rang on forever. Never got an answer. Since this location isn't far, I decided to just drive out and see. Got there and they still didn't have it, so I went ended up going to the location in Wallingford. I'm so glad I did because the experience was spectacular. A year or so later I came back here again for my next oil change and was quite unimpressed by the service. I walked up to the window to get service started but there wasn't anyone there to help me. I never mind waiting for help but it starts to bother me when I see employees sitting around or chit chatting instead of providing the service they're being paid to do. After I was able to flag someone down, I asked for an estimated wait time and they said they couldn't give me one. Unwilling to wait for an unknown amount of time, I went back to the Jiffy Lube in Wallingford and would recommend everyone else do the same (or at least just not here). read more

This was my first time at this location and will definitely be returning. I don't know if I went on a particularly busy day or if this is how they usually operate, but I was the 4th or 5th car in line. To my surprise, I only had to wait about 30 minutes, and then they serviced my car within 10! I was a little confused where to wait, as the line lot only fits a few cars before it backs up into the street, but the employees were helpful in directing us so we could all fit.
