Didn't top off brake fluid, even though the light is on, and bottle was sitting right next to the reservoir/master cylinder. Charged me to top off coolant. Looks like they mostly added just water. Was bright green before I brought it in, clear now. Didn't ask me. Charged me to top of washer fluid even though you can clearly see all the lines to the jets are gone. Didn't ask me. The part cost $150.00 at the dealership not $257.66. 'Shop Rates' (labor) are $170.00 not $260.00. They charged me $15.00 for 'shop supplies. What shop supplies did they use ? They charged me $15.00 for 'EPA/waste removal.. I took the old part home with me ! Sub total was $647.66!! if i paid cash it would have been $659.17. $12.00 more if I paid cash ? if I paid with a CC it was $698.72. $51.00 more if i used a credit card?! That doesn't even make sense!! They never offered a senior discount when I was at the counter to pay. The never offered a Veterans discount when I was at the counter to pay. Good business practices say all the above was wrong.

We completely expected them to keep our car overnight but they got to work as soon as we got there. I can't believe how surprised we were and how relieved we were, I'm sure they thought they were just doing their job but it meant much more to us than that. After having dinner and discussing what happened, we decided to stay in Show Low for the evening so we could bring them pizza first thing in the morning. I strongly recommend this location and whenever we come back through (happens about 4-5 times a year) I'm going to bring them pizza again. Justin pulled it apart and compared the new pads to the old and told it was more like I had only used 15% of my pads so I really didn't need new ones but I didn't want him to have pulled them for nothing so had him put the new ones on and I kept the old ones in case I have trouble later getting parts. He did my brakes quick and easy and for like a third of what Firestone wanted. GREAT JOB!!!

This is the third motor that they will be installing into our one (1) owner, ran great and quite. Took it to Haralson's for a radiator & tires.. Nine (9) months and $11,000.00 later we got it back.. It sounded like a thrashing machine and loud...we took it to an independent shop to check it out because did not feel comfortable driving it.. The independent shop found that the timing was off, 4 bolts- 3 missing, 1 not even finger tight and the water pump was leaking, just for starters... The mechanic dropped a bolt down the intake, in our original motor, the second one they are blaming the motor company for the motor having a grove in it and that is why the water pump is leaking ? Right !!! Now we are waiting to hear when the new motor will be in and installed.. My main complaint this time is The treatment I am receiving, like I am the bad guy ?? The manager (Cari) at the Taylor, AZ shop is not getting back with me, I have called the main office In Sanford, AZ I've talked to Joey (Manager), Shawn Haralson and someone named Chris.. I have talked to all of them, and left voice maiLes.. No one has gotten back with me. I called and asked to speak with the Owner ( Casey Haralson ) a gentleman named Chris said she was not there could he help me, I started to tell him my name and the situation and that we needed a loaner because we couldn't go another nine (9) months without our truck.. he said he would talk to Casey and call me back in an hour, that was two(2) days ago !! I've tried to call three or four times during business hours, they see my number and just let it ring and ring. My advice to anyone considering, thinking or wondering if they should take their vehicle to Haralson's DO NOT. They don't even have a Certified Mechanic, the correct equipment or knowledge to even do tires ...! Giving them 1 star is way too many. Stay tuned, I'm not done

The staff were always friendly, personaliable and the interior was cared for with a waiting room. (I prefer to drop and leave to run errands). In short time my vehicles were completed in a timely manner and at a fair price. I don't remember if it was quite two decades of experience he had working for international mechanic before he opened his shop, but it was quite a few years to be sure. Shawn is a friendly owner operator of the shop who specializes in big truck diesel engine repair. This isn't the shop to bring your Prius for new batteries, but if you have a big truck with a diesel engine this could be the guy for you. I have found Sean to be far more friendly and honest than dealing with most of the dealers in the area. When it comes to getting things done the only bummer can be that since he's only a two man shop he can get a little bit behind it it might take a little while to get your vehicle done, but it's probably worth the wait since I don't think he's actually trying to rip anybody off. Stop by and give Shawn a try, it will definitely be better than most of the other shops in the area.
