We went here for the first time today to take my new fleet vehicle for it's first oil change. The entire staff was super polite, personable and funny. When I mentioned this was my first oil change for my work car the guys even went out of their way and congratulated me on having a nice work car. They worked as a team to get everything done quickly and got us on our way. Additionally, I had a company account that the oil change needed billed to, and I was unfamiliar with how to go about that. Jose helped me find the account in their system and made it very easy for me and made sure to get me a printed copy of my receipt to turn in for work. They even washed my wind shield and back window which I'm sure were caked with yucky seasonal pollen and dust from my driveway. SO, I needed an oil change and at first I went to Wal-mart, because I mean $20 oil changes. BUT, that wait was just extremely tooooo long, plus they didn't even seem like they wanted to be there. Anyways, took my baby (my car) to Jiffy Lube to see if maybe, they could give me an oil change and BOY was I GLAD to have gone there. They were soo nice and so willing to help me out (not just because it was there job either). It didn't even take them 15-20 minutes like they said. They vacuumed out my car, changed my filters, and changed my oil (of course) in like 10 minutes!! I even made it home right when dinner was coming out of the oven!! If you need a quick and well done oil change (or any service for that matter) come to Jiffy Lube (at this location), they're great! read more

I recently moved to this area. I liked the Jiffy Lube in Port Townsend so I thought I would give this one a try. They were awesome! Sorry Port Townsend, but here, they remembered to reset the oil change alert in my car. Something I kept having to figure out how to do on my own after my last couple of oil changes in Port Townsend. They were efficient here and very friendly. They welcomed me to the neighborhood and were helpful with information about other local businesses I'm trying to find. I will definitely be a repeat customer! My Dad taught me this in life: "Maintenance is your cheapest repair." I apply it to all areas of life and especially to automobiles. read more

So I'm writing this as I sit here currently. A friend of mine just had his car delivered coincidentally in the parking lot next to Jiffy Lube from across the country, and suddenly it doesn't run. I walked in and asked on a whim with little hope if someone could take a look at it when they weren't busy, and two of the employees came out and helped my friend for free. They just added a spring where there was one missing and gave advice on trustworthy local mechanics and services. It's a temporary fix, but they got it running for now until we can make it to a mechanic. Wonderful, honest people here. Considering we aren't even customers, they are unbelievably kind. read more

Best oil change service I've received. The other places I've tried attempted to upsell their service with saying they vacuum the floorboards but it was totally half-assed. That's not the case at this Jiffy Lube! All the mechanics were very friendly and quick about getting me on my way. I appreciated the check-ins that their customer service rep did so they can keep you up to date on the life of certain key components in your car. They did a great job with fulfilling every part of the oil change service I went in for. No pressure to buy more add ons or services was the biggest plus for me and I'll definitely be back! read more

However, true to their name they were finished with service/oil change before I could log into my laptop! This is the best oil change that we have had with our large truck, which pulls our rv. We were serviced immediately by some of the nicest people we have met while in the area. I love going to the Jiffy lube on Mountain hwy. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. I went in for an oil change and I can't believe how fast they were. They checked all my fluids and filled what was needed. Jose is always so nice and thoughtful.
