Went in for a state emission inspection. They took the opportunity to do $60 of unauthorized maintenance without asking me in advance. Cabin air filters are not part of a state emissions inspection! He said that he is required to do this by management. When I objected, they offered to lower the cost to $30! Very untrustworthy. I don't appreciate it when you take your car in and they start taking it apart and replacing stuff without your prior approval. Makes you wonder what else they messed with. Came in this afternoon for a state inspection and the guy assigned to my vehicle told me I needed replace my windshield wipers in order to pass my inspection. I asked him how much the cost would be and he told me $80 per wiper. Are you kidding me???!!! I've never paid that much for an entire set. Definitely didn't plan on paying that for one wiper! Been to jiffy lube a few times for state inspection and they do a good job of getting you in and out as best as they can.

I've come here twice for oil changes. They list "fill windshield wiper fluid" as one of the components of the signature oil change service. Both times I've tried to use windshield washer fluid after oil change and it was empty. I know it's not a part of the oil change itself but if you list it as a service, you have to do it. Not a 10 minute oil change as I had hoped, but 15-20 minute for a drop-in visit wasn't too bad. It was MUCH better than taking my Sonata to the Sterling McCall Hyundai dealership that takes over an hour for a scheduled oil change, so I'm not going to complain. The inside waiting area was very clean, well air conditioned, and didn't smell like diesel, which made me feel very comfortable. The staff there were friendly and helpful in addressing the concerns with your car and explaining the options you had. What I liked most was that they didn't exaggerate any problems out of proportions and force you to stack on more services than necessary, like other auto shops do in order to increase their revenue. With the coupon I printed from online, a $30 basic oil change wasn't a bad price considering how fast they were, and they even vacuumed the carpet and adjusted my tire pressure. They probably only took a little longer with my car due to other cars that were ahead of me, but they do have a full team of 4 people working and not that many customers so they get to your car fairly quick. And with the location so close to my house, that definitely would make me a returning customer! read more

If you want a quick in and out job these are your people but don't expect them to do anything more then oil change and charge you an arm and a leg. Stopped in to get a quick inspection. Absolutely nothing is/was wrong with my vehicle. I was expecting to pay $25 -$30. The racist person (white male) that attended to me check out an African American lady before me. The lady was quiet and while paying he was frowning at her and not saying anything. Not even thank you to her when she left. She is the one that told the employee (of Jiffy Lube) thanks, and have a nice day. My turn, dealing with the same guy. He pulled my car up to start the inspection. I sit down and wait, after 3, minutes he come inside to tell me "my windshield wiper blades need to be replaced". My windshield wipers blades worked just fine. He mentioned "they are not clearing enough, so do I want a fail inspection" I told him no, (because even if I accepted the fail inspection, I still have to pay), don't fail the inspection and I asked him how much are the wipers. He said "about $20". I told him to go ahead. When he was finished with the inspection and installing the (UNNECCESSARY WIPER BLADES), the price came to $80.48. Before paying I asked to see the break down. The wiper blades were not sold in pairs (which he did not explain to me). One cost $30 and the other $25. Two blades for the front windshield. Total bill, minus his %15 discount, came to $76. All this for an inspection. This is EXTORTION!!!!! The racist came when he saw when I was paying that I was angry, I did not say anything to him - I know he saw the frown on my face, he asked me "are you having a nice day?" I told him "No, what I thought would be $25, because of wiper blades, I'm paying you almost $80. He also said "You have a nice little car, do you like it?" "Well, ma'am, I'm just doing my job"....he kept talking and talking. As I was leaving out the door he yelled "You have a nice day!" I was silent the whole time. I've always went to jiffy lube for my oil changes faithfully for about 2 years. This isn't my usual location but i was in the area and stopped by. They change my oil great the customer service was cool. The workers did seem a bit annoyed and very under staff. keep in mind i got there when they opened and was there for almost 2 hours.. NOW what really ticked me off! i had a bottle of Titos in my back seat UNDER my driver seat. I don't know if they threw it away(which i doubt it was a full bottle) or saved it for themselves! Do not take your car here. They are rushed and I don't think they know what they're doing. Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation and some other small items. For an oil change alone they are a lot more expensive than the dealership. Left and my tires were making a horrible grinding noise and they definitely didn't add air, in fact it seems like they let air out of my tires. Went back in and they just moved the tires back to their initial placement/state, didn't even try and trouble shoot the issue. Shockingly very clean restrooms (I've seen horror stories at other locations.) I was in and out at 1:30, even with one person waiting before me. We recently had oil change in Austin, TX and after returning home we noticed oil leak under car in garage. Because we couldn't return to original Jlube we decided to see if local JLube would take a look. This place was so wonderful and caring to checkout someone else's work. They found out that the drain cap was not tightly placed and immediately topped off the oil and tightened the cap at no charge. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Writing this review after this being the second incident when going in for service at this location. I purchased a Groupon both times for an oil change and lube service, they changed my oil but I noticed to the oil leaking when I parked in the drive at home and called to have them say return it and they had to tighten the bolts on the oil pan which was left loose and replenish the oil that had leaked from my vehicle so no problem that didn't any direct mechanical problems so I just thought maybe they were busy and accidentally overlooked the loose bolt, this is the closet jiffy lube to my location and it was convenient for me to leave work in the mornings and swing by here since it's on my way home, well oil chnage due again and yesterday I took my vehicle in and get the usual oil change but noticed when I left my brakes went down to the floor and the vehicle would not stop, later that evening when my husband got home and looked at my truck he noticed when pressing my brakes that brake fluid was shooting out and that the mount where the air filter was checked was disconnected and not put back on, in addition to the brake line being busted he called and spoke with the store manager and district manager and they sent a young guy that appeared to be no older than 19 to take pics of my truck and the brake line and he said it looked like it had been leaking before and they WOULD NOT be fixing it.....long story short is PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!! they are obviously negligent and will not admit to fault when I have never had any problems with my brakes and timely maintenance has always been done on my vehicle. I arrived with my check engine light on. When I parked in front and a mechanic looking guy came up to me he asked what I needed done. I pointed to the light and asked if they could check my engine. This dude said they didn't do things like that. Only oil changes and 'stuff' like that. I didn't want to argue so I went else where. I wasted time and gas to go to that location. When there was a problem with the machine to do the inspection for my old car they called when it was fixed and got me in and out quickly. Great place to go with good service! This location is incompetent of doing their job. Took my vehicle for an oil change and the mechanic put in the wrong oil filter. This caused our engine to stop working because all the oil drained from the bottom of the vehicle while I was driving back home. The metal components in the engine started to rub against each other causing my vehicle to be totaled due to the engine damage. Going through their insurance was a complete hassle. We went more than one month before everything was settled. We had to end up adding in more money for another vehicle as our car was old, but it still worked fine. Go elsewhere, or if you do decide to go to this location make sure they did their work properly before leaving. read more
